I stepped out the van wearing a black crop top with a black blazer and matching slacks, and made my way towards the entrance of the tall building. "I'm going in," I said while pressing my earpiece. "Okay be careful and don't drop your guard. Who knows what could happen in there," I heard Jennie reply. "Copy that."
Once I entered, I looked around to find the enemy and saw him walking towards the elevator with his companion. Upon seeing that I quickly fastened my pace to be able to catch up to them, but once they were on the elevator, the doors started to slowly close. Damn it I'm gonna miss my chance. I thought to myself and ran towards the elevator. It's too late. Suddenly an arm prevented the doors from closing and made the doors open up again. "Get in ma'am," I heard a male voice say causing me to look at their face, just to see that it was the enemy. Shit. "Thank you sir," I said in a low tone causing him to smile. "No problem."
I stood in front of the enemy and the man he was with to prevent any signs indicating that I'm following them, but as I stood there, I couldn't help but feel the burning gaze of the man next to the enemy. It was as if he was burning holes through my back and the feeling wasn't pleasant, it gave me goosebumps but I tried my best to ignore it. I can't let them see that I'm uncomfortable. After a few minutes of standing in silence, we made it to the last floor of the building which led to an entrance to a fancy restaurant, hearing shuffling behind me, I stepped off the elevator. I then stepped to the side and pulled out my phone to make is seems as if I was messaging someone while they walked ahead of me and went inside the restaurant.
"They're going inside a restaurant on the last floor," I said through my earpiece. "You're most likely gonna need to have a reservation to go inside, but follow them either way. Try to persuade one of the employees to let you in, you know what to do," Jennie replied. "Copy that." I then started walking towards the restaurant entrance, but as I walked inside, I was suddenly stopped by one of the waitresses, who seemed to be in her early twenties. "Ma'am do you have a reservation?" She asked with a smile. Here goes nothing. I thought to myself while mentally praying that this will work. "No, but if a cute girl like you could let me pass through that would be great," I said while pulling off a charming smile causing the girl to blush. Easy target. "I-I'm sorry but I can't do that. I-I'll get in trouble-." I stopped her by putting a finger on her lips, making her stay quiet. "They don't need to know do they? Either way if you let me pass through I'll repay you for your gratitude," I said while showing her the $1,000 that was inside my blazer. "R-Right this way ma'am," she immediately said while guiding me to a table causing me to smirk. Good girl.
"You can have a seat here ma'am. Let me know when you're ready to order," the waitress said as she gestured me to sit on the table next the enemy. Perfect. I bid a quick thank you and sat down, and started to skim through the menu. Okay Lisa just act normal. I mentally told myself so that I could calm down. I should order something so that I won't look too obvious but what should I order. My thoughts were suddenly interrupted when I heard Jennie speak. "Jisoo hacked into the surveillance cameras and Rosé hacked into their phones already, we're just gonna connect our radio to their phones so that we could eavesdrop on them. For now just keep a close eye on them just in case we miss something or anything suspicious happens," Jennie said.
This won't be hard... right?
Rosé
"Jisoo unnie I'm gonna transfer all the data into the USB drive so that we could save it for later."
I said while quickly typing on my laptop and downloading all the information on the USB. "Okay Chaeng-ah thank you," Jisoo replied while setting her computer on top of the empty cup holders next to her seat so that we can all see the camera footage from the cameras inside the restaurant. "I connected their phone audio to the radio just try to find the right station." Jennie then started to turn the knob of the radio, after a while of switching through multiple stations we heard a deep voice start to talk.
"So what are you gonna do about the enemy's daughter?"
"Jennie start the tape recorder," Jisoo said as Jennie quickly pulled out the tape recorder from storage compartment and clicked the power button.
"You mean Shuhua? Well I had a plan organized but my stupid crew members couldn't do their job properly and fucked it up," the enemy said while aggressively stabbing his steak with a knife.
"Language son. About those crew members of yours, I managed to gather another of my best men to start working for you since it's pretty clear that your old ones were useless," his father said while taking a sip of his rum.
"Thank you father, I appreciate it."
"Also about that Seo girl that you're obsessed about, I think it's best if you don't waste your time on a woman focus on expanding our business."
Seo girl. Who are they talking about? I thought to myself while looking at Jennie and Jisoo who had the same confused expression on their face like me.
"She's not just any girl father, I mean have you seen her body, she basically screams sex. She the woman perfect woman for me and I want her to be mine and only mine, I'll do anything to have her all to myself even if it means that I have to kill anyone that gets in my way," the enemy said with a smirk on his face.
"Fucking psychopath," I heard Jennie mutter under her breath with a grimace on her face.
"Son enough of that you're starting to sound like a horny teenage boy. Either way if you want her that bad then why don't I see her sitting next to you?" The enemy's father asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Because I don't want to just snatch away and make her mine. That's boring. I want to have a little fun and make things interesting, especially since I know that she's our little's Shuhua's weakness."
Jennie
"I think we have enough information. You can stop the tape recorder now Jennie," Jisoo said.
"I'm gonna call Lisa back to the van," I said as I finished put the tape recorder away and pressed my ear piece. "You can come back now Lisa, we got what we needed," I said while watching Lisa call over a waitress on Jisoo's computer.
"You wanna know something fun father?" I heard the enemy say. "You know that woman that just got up from the table behind us?" Wait this doesn't feel right. I thought to myself as I listened to what the enemy said. "What about her son?" The enemy's father said.
"She's one of our enemy's spies."
"Shit. LISA GET OUT OF THERE NOW," I screamed as I pressed my earpiece and watched the enemy pull out a gun.
Lisa
"Did you need something ma'am?" said the waitress I had bribed earlier.
"I just wanted to let you know that I'll be leaving now and I left your tip on my table," I said with a wink before standing up and making my way to the exit.
"You know that woman that just got up from the table behind us?" I heard the enemy say as I walked by their table. Are they talking about me? I thought to myself as I listened attentively to what the enemy said. "What about her son?" The enemy's father replied as I made my way through the restaurant.
"She's one of our enemy's spies."
FUCK.
"Shit. LISA GET OUT OF THERE NOW," Jennie screamed through the earpiece as I quickly turned to look behind me to see that the enemy was pointing a gun at me with a wicked smile.
"Surprise," he said before cocking his gun and started shooting at me. I quickly flipped the table in front of me, dodging the bullets and pulled out my pistol from the waist band of my slacks. As the sound of gunshots being fired and the screams of panic and fear started to fill the air, I ran behind a counter and started to shoot back. If I take the stairs and the elevator it'll take a while to reach the lobby. Not only that but since the enemy and his father are here, then there's most likely a swarm of body guards surrounding the building. I thought to myself as I reloaded my pistol while trying to think of a way to escape.
As I started to look at my surroundings to find a possible way of escaping, my eyes landed on the big glass window in front of me. Bingo.
"LISA WHAT ARE YOU FUCKING DOING HIDING LIKE A DUMBASS!? GET OUT OF THERE BEFORE YOU GET KILLED!" Jennie screamed through the ear piece.
"I'm gonna do something crazy right now but I need you guys to start driving away as fast as you can," I said as I successfully shot the father of the enemy on the chest.
"What are you-"
"JUST DO IT!" I screamed before standing up and taking a deep breath. Here goes nothing.
I then quickly ran towards the big window in front of me while the enemy shot at me. "HEY STOP RIGHT THERE!" Screamed one of the enemy's bodyguards who entered the building with more behind him. As I picked up my pace and felt my body hit the large window, for a moment it seemed that my body was going to defy gravity. I felt the window shatter under the impact of my body, and I felt myself falling 100 stories straight down. "Shit I forgot this was the Lotte World Tower," I muttered to myself as I looked up to see some of the enemy's bodyguards still shooting at me. Now where are the girls. I thought to myself as I searched through the streets below, but soon found the a white van speeding through the street with the back doors open with a hysteric Rosé looking around. "Found you Rosie Posie," I said with a smile while pulling out my grapple hook gun that I was hiding inside my blazer. Before my body was a few meters away from hitting the ground, I quickly pulled the trigger, causing it to wrap itself around a light post and swung my body towards the van. "INCOMING!" I screamed before colliding against Rosé inside the van, making the two of us groan in pain. "ARE YOU FUCKING CRAZY LISA YOU COULD'VE DIED!" Rosé scolded me, causing all of us to look at her in surprise since she rarely ever cussed. That's kinda hot.
"Alright ladies save the arguing for later, we have company," Jisoo said. I then turned to look out the back doors of the van just to see four black cars following us.
