I woke up again
Gosh another nightmare
It's happened every night this week
Everyone also wakes up from my screams
And they stare at me
I put my head back on my pillow
The next morning
I sat at the table with eren armin and mikasa again
"Hey are you alright" mikasa said
I looked at her
I nodded
"You look really pale and you have bags under your eyes" armin said
I shrugged it off
I looked at eren who just had concern in his eyes
"I haven't been sleeping well lately" I mumbled
Eren looked at me
He held my hand under the table
"You've woken up every few hours I see it every night" Eren said
I looked at him
"It's like how they used to be aren't they" he then said
I couldn't lie to him anymore
I nodded
He looked concerned
He squeezed my hand tighter
We were given our meals
I wasn't hungry
"Levi you need to eat" mikasa said
I shook my head
"I'm not hungry" I said
"Please Levi for me" Eren said
I nodded
I took the bread and ate it
Two people came over to us
One brown haired girl and one blonde haired
"Hi everyone I thought I'd introduce myself I'm Krista lenss hi everybody" the blonde said
"And I'm Ymir if you do anything's to harm my Krista you'll pay" the brown haired said
I guess that was aimed at me
They sat all around us
I looked at them confused
"And who are you lot" Krista said
"I'm armin and these are Eren mikasa and Levi" armin said
"Your the guy who beat up that horse over there" the brown haired one said
I looked down.
"So what if he did he deserved it" Eren defended
"I've got nothing against it just watch your back he obviously has it in for you" Ymir said
I nodded
"So it's true you really don't speak" Krista said
I cringed at this comment and looked to the ground
"Sorry if the subject makes you uncomfortable it's just I'm curious but don't worry you don't have to tell me anything" she said
She's an angel
Her personality
Her looks
My mum used to tell me story's about angels who have blonde hair and blue eyes
She said I was a special angel since I was raven haired and had grey eyes
Everyone looked astonished by her
"CADETS TODAY WE WILL TEACH YOU HOW TO USE 3DM GEAR IF YOU CANT DO IT YOU WILL BE KICKED OUT OF HERE" we heard shadis scream
Eren looked excited
"Do you know what this means Levi" he said
I shook my head
"We're one step closer to joining the scouts" he said
I nodded and gave him a small smile
We all got our uniforms on and went to the place we were told to go
I was hooked onto these wires and lifted up into the air
I kept a perfect balance
I was told to stay like that for a few minutes
Then I was done
Armin and mikasa then done it
They done it fine as well
But then it was erens turn
He was hooked onto the wires he looked super confident
But when he went up in the air
He immediately fell down on his head
I heard him say "ow"
I ran over to him and helped him up
"What no let me try again" Eren said
He done it again and the same thing happened
"Shit" he said
He tried again and again
But it wasn't working
He wasn't giving up
He kept hurting himself it pained me to watch
I made him stop
"Levi stop it I want to try again stop it" Eren said
He suddenly stopped
He knew I was right
Armin and mikasa came over
"Don't worry Eren I know you'll be able to do it if I can I know for certain you can" armin said
Eren smiled
"Thanks guys but just in case if I can't do it I want you guys to-"
Before he could finish it I covered his mouth
I patted his chest with my index finger and then I done the same on my chest with my other index finger
Then I clapped my hands together
Meaning we're together in this no matter what
He smiled
"You still do that you've been doing that ever since we were kids" Eren said
I nodded
"I guess i should start asking others how they're able to do it" he said
I nodded
We went inside
We went over to Reiner and berthold
"Hi do you mind if we speak with you guys" Eren said
They both nodded
"I was just wondering about the 3DM gear how are you able to do it" he said
They both looked at each other
"Well we just believe in ourselves and balance and don't fall" Reiner said
"Is that it" Eren said disappointed
"Yeah basically" berthold said
"Hey can we ask you something" Reiner said
We all nodded
"You were there during the fall of shiganshina what exactly happened" he asked
We looked at each other
Eren looked terrified just remembering
I touched his arm and he held my hand
"It was just a normal day when we all saw a Titan over the wall the Titan broke down the wall and we saw loads of other Titans come in they ate people we care about" Eren responded sadly
I tugged on his sleeve
He put an arm around me
"But at least we have each other" he then said
"I'm sorry to hear that that must have been awful" berthold said
Berthold it was strange
I didn't exactly trust him
He just seemed off as well as Reiner
The next day
That night I didn't even sleep
I ate as much as I could in the morning
But not enough
And then when we went outside it was Eren one chance to be able to do this
He was hooked up to the wires
Which lifted it up in the air
He was wobbling but doing it
Everyone cheered for him
Until
He suddenly fell on his head
He was now angry
"Wait" shadis said
We looked at him
He pointed at someone and said
"Change gear with jeager"
They did so
And then Eren tried it again
He was a natural
Shadis showed us erens gear
"See broken it wouldn't be able to hold you it's basically impossible you stayed straight for that long we'll fix this for you" shadis then said
Eren had the biggest smile on his face
That made me happy
It's been a while since I've seen that
Hi I'm sorry about this chapter it was rushed I'm just really tired it's real late in the uk but I wanted to finish this
