~~LEVI~~
I've now been living with the jeagers for 2 years
I am 11
Me eren and mikasa were all sent out to get fire wood
We went to this Meadow
Eren laid down in the meadow
He looked peaceful
And I'm pretty sure he fell asleep
I didn't want to wake him though
Me and mikasa gathered fire wood
"So you love him" mikasa said
I looked at her confused
"It's obvious you know ever since we first met him I could tell you love him" she then said
I didn't know what to say to that
Did I love eren
Could I love eren
I've never felt this way about anyone
I guess I do
I looked at her and nodded
"I knew it" she said
We carried on picking up fire wood until we were done
We went over to eren
"Eren wake up" mikasa said
Eren woke up there were strange tears in his eyes
I got down to his level where he was laying
He sat up
I touched his cheek with my hand
He turned his face
He looked confused
"Eren were you crying" mikasa said
He wiped his eyes
"I don't know" he said
We all stood up
We started walking
We then all saw hannes
"Good morning mr hannes" Eren said
"Morning runts you wanna play a quick game" hannes said
His breath wrecked of beer and alcohol
He turned around and pointed at other garrison members who were playing cards and drinking
He was part of the military
I tugged on erens sleeve
Eren looked at me
He held my hand lightly reassuring me that we're not joining the game
"No we're good" mikasa said
We started walking and I was still holding erens hand
"Be careful kiddos stuff happens out here" hannes said
I could tell eren was set off by this
"We're fine in the walls that's what my dad said" Eren said
I looked at eren
"Well we can't go against a guy who single hand saved us from the plague" hannes then said
I felt erens grip on my hand get tighter
He was getting angry
"You all are cowards you say it's not safe but you haven't even been outside only the scouts would know" Eren said
He was about to carry on
Until
"We should get going your mum would be worried about us" mikasa said
I felt erens grip on my hand get loser
That was definitely going to leave a mark
We all started walking
After a while
He stopped
He grabbed my hand and saw how red it was
"I'm sorry levi I didn't mean to hurt you" he said
He looked down
I touched his cheek and his head lifted
"I'm fine" I mumbled
He smiled
"Also can you not tell anyone I cried" he said
Me and mikasa nodded
We started walking again
"You know eren you should really let this scouting thing go" mikasa said
"No not you too" he said
We heard a horn
"Come on we can make it the scouts are back hurry up I want to get a good view" he said excitingly
We all ran
We saw loads gather around
We were all short so we couldn't see so we stepped on stalls
I was especially shorter than everyone else
We saw all the scouts walk in
Eren looked extremely happy
Until
We saw the other injured scouts
Some had lost limbs
And bled through there bandages
Erens smile turned into a frown
I just stared at him
"Why do they even try just look at them soon the Titans will eat all of them" I heard someone say
Eren got off the stall box thing
He grabbed a stick
And went up to the guy and whacked him on the head
"Your wrong" Eren shouted at him
"Why you little-" the guy said about to slap eren
I grabbed erens hand
They looked at me
"Don't hurt him please" I mumbled quietly
They looked at me
They still looked angry but less
"Just get out of here" the man said
I nodded
Mikasa saw us and dragged us Away
"Why did you do that" Eren yelled at me
"Eren leave him alone he was trying to help you" mikasa said
Eren calmed himself down
"Your right I'm sorry levi" he said.
We then started to walk back to the house
I nodded
He held my hand again and we walked all the way back
We got in there and Carla was cooking dinner
"Morning children Eren Levi will you lay the table and mikasa can you lay cups and plates" Carla said
We all nodded
And done as we were told
Soon doctor jeager came in to the kitchen
"Good evening everyone" he said
"Morning dad" Eren said
I nodded greeting him
"Morning doctor jeager" mikasa said
"Morning darling" Carla said
We all sat down on the table and started eating
For some reason I'm always given the most
Eren said it's because I need to put on more weight
Because some people say to the jeagers that I'm so skinny it looks a little unhealthy
I don't know why I'm so skinny I eat plenty most the time anyway until I get full
I started eating
"So eren was thinking about joining the scouts"mikasa said
I dropped my cutlery
Why did she tell them
Carla looked annoyed and went up to eren
"Get those stupid thoughts out of that head of yours" she said to him
"But mum they're special I can see it" he said
I was feeling overwhelmed by this
"Enough I'm going away for a few days and I'll be back soon eren if you behave I'll let you in on what I've been doing in the basement" dr jeager said
He showed us the key around his neck
Eren nodded
"But grisha scold him do something" Carla said
"He's old enough to make life choices now" dr jeager said and left
Carla looked at mikasa
"Mikasa you have to look after him" she said
Mikasa nodded
Eren left the house
I followed eren
And mikasa behind me
"Thanks a lot" Eren said to mikasa
"I never promised you I wouldn't tell" mikasa said
"That doesn't mean you can snitch on me" Eren then said
I heard something infront of me
While mikasa and eren were arguing
I ran up to it
It was punching
I saw a bunch of people beating up armin
I ran up to them
"Levi" armin said
I tried to get one off him
But they punched me right in the face
That busted my lip up
Then one kicked me in the stomach
Usually I can defend myself but today is different it's like I don't have the energy
I was kicked again and again
"Aren't you gonna say anything oh wait you don't talk" one screamed at me
I finally stood up
I finally felt that energy I was missing
"Get away from him" I heard someone shout
I looked behind me and saw eren
"Oh here for another round" one said
Then they saw mikasa
"Oh shit her" they said
They all started to run
They both came up to me and armin
"Just one look at me and there scared" Eren said
I rolled my eyes
Eren looked at armin
"You ok armin" he asked
"Yeah I'm fine but they really beat up Levi" armin said
Eren looked at Me
"Oh my god Levi" he said
He kneeled down by me
And touched my face
I flinched when he touched me because it hurt
Armin gave Eren a handkerchief
Eren put it on my lip trying to wipe the blood away
Then he checked the bruises on my back and stomach
He hugged me
I did flinch but it felt nice being in his arms
"I'm sorry you had to do that levi" armin said
He looked down
He was sad
"It's my fault I was being reckless it's not your
fault" I mumbled
Eren held my hand again
But then the floor seemed to rumble
"What the hell was that" Eren said
Armin ran infront
He looked scared out of his mind
"Armin what is-" before eren could finish
There was a hand on top of the wall
A Titan
You could see it's head
I was trembling
Eren squeeze my hand tighter
The wall fell
I couldn't even blink I was so scared
Loads and loads of Titans broke through the walls
They were running everywhere eating people
The Titans then went a different way
Eren pulled me
"Eren where are you going" armin screamed
"My house is that way" Eren said
Me eren and mikasa ran
They can't have gotten there yet have they
Please say erens mum is ok I can't lose anyone else
When we finally got there
The house was down and Carla was laying there
We ran up to her
"Mum" Eren screamed
He tried getting her out
The crushed pieces weren't moving
"Levi mikasa push" Eren demanded
We tried So hard but it wasn't moving
Then I heard footsteps
From a far distance was a strange smiling Titan
"Eren you have to go" Carla said
"I'm not just gonna leave you" Eren said
We tried harder but nothing was moving
"Eren my legs are crushed I can't move you have to get out of here save yourselves look after Levi just please go" she begged
"It doesn't matter I can carry you" Eren said
"For once in your life can you just shut up and listen" Carla screamed
We heard something
"Hannes thank god get them out of here please" Carla begged
"Oh come on Carla there's a Titan right there you don't think I'm just gonna leave it" hannes said
Hannes ran up to the Titan
"No" Carla screamed
Soon after hannes was back
Coward
He grabbed us all apart from Carla who was still stuck
"No what are you doing" Eren screamed.
"I love you" Carla screamed
Hannes started running
Eren was screaming "no"
I had tears streaming down my face
Then the smiling Titan Ripped the roof off of Carla jeager
The Titan grabbed her
She was trying to get out of the grip
But then the Titan ripped her head off
Soon after the Titan slowly gobbled her up
I felt numb
I've been through this so many times
Why now
Hannes ran all the way to the way out of the wall
Until he dropped eren
Eren fell to his knees and I heard an "ow"
I got out of his grip
I went to help eren
He shoved me out the way.
Mikasa came over to me and helped me up
"What the hell was that you coward you could have saved her" Eren yelled at hannes
"I'm sorry kid but when your older you'll understand" hannes said
Soon after he was about to walk away until
"I know your mad but don't take it out on your friends" hannes said and then left
Eren looked at me
He dropped down to the floor and cried
I went up to him tears in my eyes
He hugged me
I felt my tears streaming down
And thats how we all lost everything
I changed the cover of this book
I thought it was nice so there
