I've been living with the ackermans for 4 years
I'm now 9 years old
I'm still antisocial
I rarely ever speak full sentences only small ones and that's rare
The ackermans taught me how to read And write
And proper manners
And I'm happy
But I still have nightmares about what happened in the underground
But who wouldn't
I nearly died
I have had a few visits from doctor jeager and he checks up on my health
And today is going to be one of those visits
I was sitting down at the table with my family
Mikasa and mrs ackerman were sawing
"Is this good mum" mikasa said
Mrs Ackerman nodded
"That's great mikasa these sawing techniques have been in our family for generations and one day you can teach your kids" mrs Ackerman said.
"Kids but how can I have children mum" mikasa said
I was curious myself
"Why don't you ask your father" she said
Me and mikasa looked at mr Ackerman
"Please dad" mikasa begged
"Umm why don't you ask doctor jeager when he gets here" mr Ackerman said
We both signed hoping we'd find out
"Do you like it levi" she said showing me
The stitches were great and it was in a cute pattern
I nodded
She smiled Happily
"It's nice" I said
She was shocked that I said anything
But smiled
We heard a knock at the door
"That must be doctor jeager now" mr Ackerman said
Mr Ackerman went to the door
He opened it
At that moment everything changed
Erens POV
I was walking with My dad
To one of his patients homes
"Eren I want you to be nice to them ok" my dad said
"I'll only be nice to them if there nice to me" I said
"Just remember that Levi doesn't speak very much and mikasa is rather protective of him" he said
I nodded
"What's up with him anyway" I said
"He's had it rough eren so you can't judge him for that" he said.
I nodded
We got to the door
My dad knocked on it
The door creaked opened
In the house
I saw i saw so much blood
There were two bodies
And blood was everywhere
My dad walked in and checked there pulse
"Eren do you see the children are they outside" he said
I looked
There was no one there
"No I can't"
"Eren run to the cliff top and wait for me I'm going to get help" he said
I nodded
Levi POV
Mr Ackerman opened the door
While saying
"Doctor jeager we were just talking about yo-" he said
He stuttered
I was confused
I looked to see him fall to the ground
Blood pouring out of his white clothes
I gulped
Mrs Ackerman grabbed the scissors she used to cut the string for her sawing
She ran up to the group of men standing over mr Ackerman
They held her hands
They were shouting they were so loud
I put my hands over my ears
"Mikasa levi run" she screamed
"Mum stop your scaring me" mikasa said
"You should be scared take Levi and run" she said
I realised the situation
I grabbed mikasa arm trying to pull her
She wouldn't budge
"Run ple-"
Mrs Ackerman was about to finish that sentence when they stabbed her the group of men
I fell to the ground
Mikasa made sure I was ok
But when the men came over to us the next thing I new I fell into a pool of darkness

My eyes fluttered open
I woke to the sound of voices
"We'd get a lot for the boy you know loads of perverts love raven heads" I heard
I looked next to me to see an emotionless mikasa
She wasn't dead but was still knocked out
"Yeah he may get a lot but the girl she has beautiful and handsome features everyone would like her" I then heard
I saw mikasa eyes flutter open
I felt tears flowing down my face knowing she wasn't dead
She had tears also
We kept staring at each other
Until we heard a knock
I looked to the door
The men opened it
There was a boy around my age he was definitely taller than me Well who isn't
He had brown hair
And pretty carrabian eyes
"Well what do you want runt" one of the men said.
"I...I I lost my parents and can't find them" he cried
The men looked at each other
"Well you don't say come on in we have a dog if you'd like to mee-"
Before he could finish the boy stabbed him in the gut
The man fell to the ground
Then the boy ran to the other man and stabbed him
What's with this guy
They're both dead
He ran over to me and mikasa
He untied me first
"Your Levi right my dads grisha jeager your doctor or something we saw what happened and I found you I'm eren" he said
He then untied mikasa
I poked mikasa
She looked at me confused
I held three fingers up
There were three guys here before one of them walked away
She didn't understand
She shrugged it off
I kept pulling at her sleeve
"Levi what's wrong" she said
"Just spit it out" the boy said
"T...t..three p.." I stuttered
They just realised what I said
I heard footsteps
"Hey you little runts what's going on" the other guy said
He grabbed eren and mikasa
And held them high in the hair
"Run levi" mikasa said
I saw the knife on the ground
"Do it" eren said
I picked it up
"Do or die it's up to you please" eren said
I ran up to the guy with full speed and And stabbed him in the gut
I could feel and see the blood on my hands.
The guy fell to the ground
And then I did
Mikasa ran up to me
"Levi" she said
I looked at her
And then at eren.
"So you can talk" he said
I was confused at that comment
Mikasa helped me Stand
And then we started walking out
"I'm sorry about what happened you didn't deserve that" he said
I nodded
He took us to this cliff
"My dad said for me to meet him here" he then said
I sat down
I hugged my knees
I saw a figure come up to all of us
I took a step back
I accidentally went into eren
I stuttered out sorry quietly
"Hey it's fine it's just my dad" he said
I looked to see the figure was doctor jeager
He came up to us
"Eren where the hell did you find these two I told you to go straight to the mountain" doctor jeager said
"I couldn't just leave them dad you should be thanking me they should be as well" he said
"He's right sir thank you eren from both of us"mikasa said
I nodded
"I want to hear him say it" he said
Mikasa looked at him angrily
"Eren" dr jeager said
"Dad he can speak I heard him" Eren said
"Th.... thank y.....y..y.you" I mumbled
I have a stuttering problem and I don't like speaking so it's hard
They all looked at me
"Doctor jeager can you take us home there's nowhere else for us to go and it's cold and I'm tired" mikasa said
Eren went up to her
He put her scarf around her in a horrible way if I say
"There's no need you will be staying at our home for now on we best get a move on" dr jeager said
Mikasa was still
We all started walking
I stopped
They looked at me
"I want to go home" I said
Mikasa was surprised I said a full sentence
"I'm sorry son but you just can't" dr jeager said
He tried to put his hand on my shoulder but I slapped it away
I turned around and ran
I don't know why I ran but I did
I ran until I stopped
"For someone so small you run hella fast" I heard
I looked to see eren
I rolled my eyes
"Hey look I get your upset but you can't go back to that house" he then said
I look away From him
He takes my hand
"Hey come on we can be friends now since you'll be living with me and my family I can introduce you to my best friend armin I can tell you'll get along" he said
I looked at him
I don't know why but I felt happy
Something inside me Just clicked
I nodded
We started walking
He was still holding my hand
"Can I ask why you don't talk much" he said
"Asocial" I mumbled
"Your asocial" he said
I nodded
"But your 9 right how can you be asocial at this age" he then said
I shrugged that comment off
We got back to the others
I nodded my head meaning 'I'm sorry'
Mikasa hugged me
And therefore out I lived with the jeagers
