(Billie's Pov)
Today Trig is taking me out. On a date. It's actually happening. She's been on her meds for a week and she's seemed a lot calmer, which I love because I think I'm starting to get the Trig I know back.
Trig told me to dress casual because with her, she doesn't do the whole let's go to a restaurant thing. She'd rather do something simple or fun because all she really cares about is spending time with me, and I love it.
I got all smiley when I heard a knock at my door followed by a text from Trig saying she was here.
I opened it to see Trig looking me up and down and biting her lip
"how do you always look so perfect" she said making me blush
I swear I could've just kissed her right there and then
She took my hand and opened the car door for me before shutting it and getting into the drivers side
"where we going?" i asked
"it's a surprise" she smirked
"do i not even get a clue" i whined
"whining won't get you anywhere" she smirked and placed her hand on my thigh
It wasn't long before we pulled up to a building and Trig opened the car door for me
"oh my god" I squealed once I realised where we were "you remembered?"
"baby i remember everything about you" she said lacing our fingers and walking us inside
It was an escape room. I've always wanted to do one, I even told her back in the mafia.
A creepy jester in a suit led us into a room without saying a word
"you good?" Trig teased wrapping an arm around me
We both got blindfolded and got led individually into the room
We got locked into a room and the timer began meaning we could take the blindfolds off
When I took mine off I found myself in a small tiny room by myself
"what's in your room?" Trig yelled
"uhh a string and a little hole and buttons"
"do you have a little cabinet thing and a whole at the door?"
"yeah" i shouted
"i have it too get the string there's a magnet on the end and go to the whole and fish the keys"
"okay" i yelled. God she's smart. I mean she was in a mafia so this should come natural to her
"OH SHIT" i heard her yell with a bang
"what was that?" i panicked and managed to get the keys
"nothing be careful when you unlock the cabinet because the door falls"
"okay" i carefully unlocked it and found a piece of paper
The cabinet that was now on the floor left a whole which revealed Trig in her room
"let me see your paper" Trig said "okay press the buttons that's marked on the paper and i'll do the same"
"okay" i smiled
I liked her ordering me about, it was hot
I pressed the buttons and heard the door unlock as well as Trigs
"hiiii" she smiled pulling me into a hug
"go check that suitcase i'll do the shelf" i said
I moved things around on the shelf and found an old keypad phone with a note saying 'use morse code'
"this is locked" trig mumbled and came up to me to look on the shelf
"do you know morse code?" i asked
"a little but- Ah look" she pulled out a board with morse code on it
"uh the phone says long dot dot, a dot dot long and another long dot dot" i said
"you what now" Trig laughed "give it here"
"it's d u d"
"what does that mean wait what's the lock on the suitcase"
"shit yeah" she gasped running to it
"wait it can't be it's numbers" i mumbled
I heard a click and the suitcase opened
"d u d is down up down" trig said proud of herself
In the suitcase was a bunch of books with numbers on them
"look for a code" Trig scrambled to the shelf
I knew there wasn't a code there though as I've looked through everything so instead I decided to look inside the books
I noticed that in every book they had one page with the page number circled and that said the orders of the books.
"Trig look" I said "they have numbers circled"
"fuck you're smart" she squealed and ran to the pad that was by the door
"okay um 52861"
DING
the door opened and the same jester came to lead us the way
"congratulations" he said with no expression "you live.. for now"
"now he speaks" Trig mumbled only so I could hear forcing me to hold back a laugh
We went back to the car and as expected Trig made sure to open the door for me. God she was being so cute
"so do you think you're gona start touring again?" she asked out of the blue driving to they burritos
"haven't really thought about it, i miss it like a lot but i don't know if i like.. can you know? i've let my fans all down"
"hey" she said grabbing my hand "you haven't let anyone down play? you're fans love you so much they understand that you went through something so shit and unexpected so it's okay if you still don't feel if you're ready or even if you never do it again but do what's best for you" she reassured me and turned to look back at the road

"thank you for today" i said as i was going to get my shoes to leave
"where you going?" Trig asked
"home" i smiled "i'll come by tomorrow don't worry"
"stay" she said quietly getting up
"Trig I cant"
"i said stay" she said cutting me off and pressing her lips against mine
Although she rushed to get her lips onto mine it soon turned really soft and gentle which made me get butterflies
"o-okay" i whispered pulling apart feeling all tingly and warm
"cute" she smirked at my blush and leaned in again
