Emily POV:
I wake up in Brighton's bed with her snuggled into me.
I frown when I remember the events from yesterday.
I check the time on my phone, and it's only 7 AM.
I have time to get out of here and to Ravenswood if I wanted to before Alison wakes up.
But I don't leave.
We need to work through this.
I get out of bed and do my morning routine.
By the time everything is ready, it's already 9 AM.
Alison and the kids should be up soon.
"Wake up." I hear Alison tell one of the kids.
I finish setting the table right when everyone walks into the kitchen.
"Mommy!" Emerson says.
I guess that's a new thing. Usually she calls me mama. Only Eli calls me mommy.
"Hi." Alison says and smiles.
"Hi." I whisper back, and help the kids into their chairs.
Alison puts Eli in his high chair and gives him puffs and bananas.
"Mmm..." Anderson hums as he eats his eggs. I giggle at him and he sticks his tongue out at me in a joking way.
After everyone is done eating, I get ready to leave. Everyone is fed and taken care of, so why stay?
I grab my purse and I'm about to walk out the door when Alison grabs my arm.
"Where are you going?" Alison asks me with a confused look on her face.
"Out." I say annoyed.
I try to pull my arm away but her grip tightens on my arm.
"Let go." I say sternly but she just stares at me.
I turn around to open the door but Alison spins me around.
"We need to talk." She exclaims. She pulls my arm and I wince. By now her nails are scratching my arm.
"You're hurting me!" I tell angrily, and rip my arm from her grip.
Alison POV:
I look at where my nails were clawing and digging into Emily's arm and soften.
Emily looks at me with hurt in her eyes, and I go to hug her, but she pushes me away.
"I'm sorry." I whisper.
"AHHH!" I hear Brighton yell from behind me.
I turn around and see her looking at me angrily.
"No, mom!" She shouts, and throws her juice filled cup at me.
"I need time." Emily notifies me, and walks out of the door.
I let a few tears fall, and my eardrums are met by a bunch of screaming children.
"I WANT MOMMY!" Anderson shouts and stomps his feet.
"Mommy!" Emerson wails as she cries.
Levi looks at me with the DiLaurentis glare, and runs off, screaming.
I hear a crash from the kitchen and I go in to see Eli throwing food off his tray, his plate upside down on the floor.
Emily POV:
I sit in my car and bang my hands on the steering wheel.
I look back to the front door and see Brighton running out.
I get out of the car and walk over to her.
"What do you need?" I ask with a small fake smile.
"Please I go with you?" She asks with her best puppy dog face.
"We have to ask mama." I say.
"Mom." She corrects, and looks at me.
I walk back inside to ask Alison if I can take Brighton with me, and I'm met by screaming.
"MOMMY!" I hear Emerson yell at Alison as she cries.
I look in the kitchen and Alison is picking up food off the floor as Emerson screams at her.
Eli is in his high chair crying, and I can hear Levi having a tantrum upstairs.
I put Brighton down and get Eli from his chair, and leave the kitchen with Emerson and Brighton trailing behind me.
"Levi!" I shout up the stairs case.
He runs down and jumps into me.
"Take me!" He cries.
"Only tonight." I tell all of the crying children.
Anderson comes downstairs and grabs my hand.
Him and Emerson practically drag me to the door, with Brighton and Levi pushing me from behind.
"Come!" Emerson orders and opens the door.
Alison POV:
I hear Emily take the kids as I clean up the mess on the floor.
Once I've finished cleaning, and sit on the floor and just cry.
Why do I have to be so stupid?
The other girls don't even know we're fighting.
