~Chapter 13: Makeup Time?~
"Hey guys we are back again with another video and this time it's my turn to choose what we do." Dani says into the camera while Rider and I stand off to the side, out of view from the camera
"What's is going to be?" I yell so the camera can hear me
"You already know." She says sending a glare my way. "So this week's video is me doing Rider's and Jay's makeup."
Once she says that a smile comes to her face.
"I beat both of them in Rock, Paper, Scissors." She says with a hint of bragging in her voice
"Well it you took you longer to beat me than Jay." Rider says like a comeback
"Does it matter?"
"Guess not." I mutter
"Alright since Jay lost first I'm going to do his makeup first, makes sense right. Come have a seat Jay." She says patting the spot next to her on the couch
I trudge over to the couch and sit down next to her.
"Day moment!" Rider yells and I send a glare his ways before I turn back and face Dani
She sits criss cross on to the couch facing me trying to open some makeup thing.
"First blush!" She says once she opens it and she shows it to the camera before she puts it on my cheeks
"It tickles." I say moving away from her
"Come on stay still or I'll make sure I stab you in the eye when I put on eyeliner."
"Alright fine."
I stay as still as I possibly can but its kind hard because...
1. I don't really trust Dani with putting stuff on my face
2. I'M A GUY, I DONT WEAR MAKEUP
3. She threaten to stab me in the eye
"Almost done?" I ask with my eyes closed
"Almost." She answers and I hear Rider chuckling. "Done!"
I open my eyes and grab the hand mirror from her hands.
"Holy..."
"Don't say it." She interrupts me
"Crap." I finish
"Good. Alright Rider your turn."
"If I'm going to look like that no thank you." He says taking a few steps back from the couch
"What is on my face?"
"Blush, eyeliner, mascara, foundation, eyeshadow." Dani answers
I put the mirror down and give her an annoyed look.
"Come on Rider be a man." I say getting up
"Oh ok I'll be a man Jayla." He says
"Jayla?"
"That's your girl name."
"Ok. Come on we both lost fare and square so you have to do this."
"Fine." He mutters stomping over to the couch
He sits down and Dani gets to work.
"You know we are getting you back for this, right?" Rider says to Dani and she nods
I walk over behind the couch to watch Dani put on Rider's makeup and also be in the camera's sight.
The more makeup she puts on Rider's face the more he looks like a girl and less like a guy.
"Looking good dude." I say and he tries to slap me in the face but he misses and slaps my arm
"Hey! Stay still!" Dani says loudly
Then the front door opens and we freeze. Usually the front door never opens but I guess everyday is a new day.
We all look to see my mom was the one who walked in.
As soon as she sees us she looks surprised.
"If this is what you want to be I'm ok with that. But remember this isn't what you have to do." She says
"Mom. I'm ok. It's just for the video." I say
"Ok good." She says putting her hand over her heart like she just had a heart attack
I look back at Dani and Rider as my mom starts to climb the stairs.
"Your mom is weird." Dani says as she continues to do Rider's makeup
"When are you going to be done?" Rider whines
"You can't rush perfection." She says and I roll my eyes
Ha! Perfection my butt!
"Done!"
Once she says that she hands Rider the mirror and he snatches it from her hands.
"How much makeup did you put on me?" He asks looking in the mirror at his reflection
"Anyway they both now are looking beautiful." Dani says as I climb over the couch and sit on the other side of her
"Yeah and once this video is over I'll be taking this off." I say pointing to my face
"No you are not. I have one more thing to put on." She says before she runs off
"Do you have any idea of what she's getting?" Rider asks with a scared look on his face
"No clue but I know we are doomed."
She finally comes back.
"I found them." She says holding up wigs
"I AM NOT PUTTIN ON A WIG!!" Both Rider and I say at the same time
"Oh yes you are." She says shoving the wigs towards
We both groan as we take the wigs from her. We look at each other before we put on the wigs.
"We'll look at that we have Jayla and Riley." Dani says sitting back down between us
"Anyway guys this concludes our video for today." I say
"Aw what." Rider says
"Laters." Dani says before she sticks her tongue out
I put my hand over the camera and end the video.
"Well I'm taking this off." I say throwing down my wig before I head to the bath room to wash off the makeup
"This was the worst video we have ever done." Rider says following me
"That's not a lie." I say
"Wait don't remove the makeup!" Dani says appearing in the doorway of the bathroom
"Don't you ever knock. I could have been going to the bathroom." Rider says
"Oh yeah like you would pee with the door open and Jay also in the bathroom."
"You don't know me." He says and she rolls her eyes
"Why do you not want us to take off the makeup?" I ask
"Because...I have an idea."
We should have taken it off the moment she said not to, but knowing us, we are nice people so we didn't.
"Look great!" Dani says before she take out her phone
I look down at myself and I'm a White Girl, literally. Im wearing ugg boots, yoga pants, and a sweater from Pink.
What else does a White Girl wear?
"I would like to see you dress up as a guy." I say to Dani and she snickers as she takes a picture
People pass by and they look at Rider and I weird.
"Oh my god! Your Dani from We_Shining_Stars!" A random group of girls says coming up to Dani
"Uh yeah." She says
"Where's Jay and Rider?" One asks looking around and Dani points our way
They girls follow her finger and once their eyes find our faces they scream.
I guess people at Walmart are excited.
"OH MY GOD! You are total White Girls!" One girl says as the group walks over to Rider and me
"That's how we do it." Rider says, sassy putting a hand on his hip
"Don't do that." I whisper to him
"I'm just trying to have fun." He whispers back
Fun! That's the only word that sticks in my brain out of all the words he says.
"Let's take a selfie." I say in my best girl impression as I pull out my phone
Many duck faces and fierce pictures later.
"Thank god we are done." I say falling onto my couch as I put the wig on the coffee table
"I'll take that." Dani says taking my phone from my hand
"Woah what are you doing?" I ask pushing myself into a sitting position
