A month later...
"Welcome to your second home Bhabhi"... Anuj welcomed me to office again...
I was coming back here after a long time...
I had recovered well physically... I was able to walk like before and dad told me that I must take back my CEO position before Raghav quits.
And I was shocked... I knew Raghav was planning to train Anuj to take over but no one told me Anuj will replace Raghav and Raghav will completely move out of "Malhotra's and Sehgal's".
When dad announced me this last night on the dinner table I saw Raghav who was sitting opposite to me... But like last entire month! He did not see my face.
Probably that night's incident was still fresh in his head.
I had slapped him after all.
I knew he was shocked... I was myself shocked at my action. It was spontaneous... Nothing was planned... That ... that kiss was a shocker.. I dont know I just.. Shit!
But he should also have asked my consent...
But then I must not have slapped him...
But wait he should also not have kissed me like that..

While I was still in my thoughts Anuj came and stuffed one laddoo in my mouth and Laxman Chachu asked me how I liked my cabin.
I smiled at Chachu and said... "I loved it Chachu...thank you"
But my eyes were still searching for him...
While Bash Chachu said softly in my ears "The man your eyes are searching for is in an important presentation.. But then you are the CEO... wanna see our acting CEO's presentation?" he asked
My eyes lighted up and I smiled a yes.
He chuckled and in no time we barged into a meeting room.
He was busy giving a presentation... My eyes had a sudden shine and I felt my stomach knotted after seeing him.. Although in same house.. I would hardly get to see his face properly...
Specially him talking... He had gone all silent after that incident...
Hearing his voice gave a happy flutter to my painful heart...
While he noticed me entering in his reaction and expression changed... I noticed his jaws got a little more tighter and his body language stiffened...
The smile on his face was gone but his presentation skills... Huhh!!! He is the bloody best!
He was one year back the same and this man was like wine! Just got better!!!
A smile lingered on my face. Seeing his confident tone. I always admired his presentation skills. No wonder our combo was a killer one at every fest. My way of putting up ppt and his way of putting it across... Our college memories indeed.
While suddenly he asked me "Anything funny Mrs Sehgal?"
Ohhh did I offend Mr Perfect Sehgal. Ouchhhh!!!
But I was glad he addressed me after a month! How much I waited for him to talk to me...
"Ummm... Ummm...No Mr Sehgal... I think its just going great...Please continue" i said.. And he blinked a little his jaws clenched a little more and he continued.
Back to SERIOUS Mode on!!! BEAST!!!
By the way I never knew he got glasses...

No wonder M&S had only climbed up and come to become top 5 Asia Pacific Organizations under this Beast's guidance. He proved himself to be a bloody good CEO!!!

"Sorry Mr Christie... I will no longer be continuing as the CEO after this friday. This week will be my last week as Acting CEO/Director in this organization. I was only covering up for Mrs Sehgal when she was unwell... She will continue as the CEO from today and I will continue as the director till this friday which also will be taken over by Mr Anuj Sehgal from next monday. But believe me Mrs Sehgal and Mr Anuj are both extremely capable and talented folks... We promise you... You wont have any complaints."
Although Mr Alfonso Christie our client from Ireland wasnt very happy at this announcement but Raghav and his convincing skills. I mentally chuckled.
And we had the contract. While everyone was celebrating I saw Raghav quietly move his things out of my cabin to a seperate meeting room. I walked to the cabin and asked Raghav...
'Raghav..."
He didnt turn around and said "Yes Boss..."
Ouch!!! That still hurts!
"Call me Siya or Mrs Raghavendra Sehgal!!!" I said in a commanding tone.
Thats when he shot his head back in my direction...
"Mrs Sehgal... Give me some time.. I am just clearing this clutter... "
"And why are you clearing it??? We can share the cabin.. I mean I need your assistance to understand what has happened in last 6 months... I have no idea about anything" i said hopefully...
"No Mrs Sehgal... Its fine...And for your assistance.. I have kept every minute detail recorded and kept it on this laptop. Password is still SiyaSehgal*777 with both S as capital. You further have any doubts you can call me.. I am just moving to the next meeting room" he said and didnt wait for my answer...
My jaw started quivering and my eyes filled up.
He doesnt even see my face when he talks...
Tears started flowing from my eyes...
He is hurting me...He is ignoring me.. How can he do that?
Sniffing through.. My anger overpowered everything...
I walked out of my cabin and barged into his meeting room...
"Raghav... you cant ignore me... that night fine whatever happened.. Ok.. I am sorry I" and I saw he was sitting with Mr Christie's team and I was hell embarrassed.
SHIT!!!
He turned around and said softly...
"Mrs Sehgal you would want to join us at this discussion?" he asked clenching his jaws...while he noticed tears in my eyes...
His hard expression changed into a soft one...
I blinked through my tears and started walking out saying "I am sorry"
Him coming closer to me hurt me...
But him ignoring me is killing me...
I hate you Raghav!
I sniffed through my tears...
While I got a call from Gayathri ma saying I need to come home soon as Urmi has come home and she wants to meet me...
Maa told me to make sure I must get Anuj and Raghav along...
Listening to Raghav's mention tears again filled my eyes...
But I said Ma that I will get him...
While I called Anuj and told him that "We have guests at home Anuj.. Maa called... we both must go home soon...Laxman Chachu and Bash Chachu are already home.. Its only we three... So.. can you inform Raghav too' I said...
To which he said.. "Sure Bhabhi.. I just have one meeting .. I will probably take half an hoyur.. Bhai just finished his meeting with Christies... Can you please inform Bhai.. I am getting late.. "
And before I could say anything he rushed out...
I swallowed the lump in my throat...
I am not meeting that idiot Raghav!!!
But then I didnt have a choice...
I slowly went to the meeting room which was now his cabin.,..
I knocked at the door while I heard a "Yes please come in..."
I saw he was scaring the laptop by starring at it... His chocolate tub with a layer of glass on it...
And his fingers were running like a bullet train on the keyboard...
"Ummm... Mr Sehgal.. " I said..
While his typing stopped...
Probably realizing I was here...
I swallowed my saliva...
When he finally lifted his head up and looked at me...
Mr Chocolate brownie was shooting me to death!
