AKI: "Great job and thank you guys so much for today!"
HONOKA: "Let's toast to that!"
EVERYONE: "Cheers!"
ELI: "Great job, everyone."
YOU: "There sure were a lot of visitors!"
ELI: "Definitely, you should have seen how packed this place was yesterday."
YOU: "I guess the big city is just full of people, huh?"
MARI: "I wish Uchiura had that many people, too."
KANAN: "I don't think I'd like that too much..."
DIA: *Chuckle* "One of the great things about Uchiura is how peaceful and quiet it is, after all."
MARI: "You might be right about that! However if we had more people in Uchiura then maybe we could ha-"
KANAN: "I'll stop you there."
MAKI: "Nijigasaki really does do things on a different scale than Otonokizaka. Their School Tour almost became like a little festival itself."
UMI: "Yes, I could see how much effort was put into the running of it."
HONOKA: "Not just the school, but the clubs themselves really went all out."
RIN: "I guess that's what it means to be gifted in academics and everything else in between."
AKI: "Hey, there's something I need to tell you all. Shioriko just told me that we could perform live shows at school festivals."
HANAYO: "Wow, the School Idol Club's finally been recognized! That's so good to hear!"
NICO: "People really do change when they get to experience school idols for themselves. I'm so happy you guys don't have to worry about your club being abolished anymore."
KANAN: "I was sort of hoping for something like that to happen when I heard she was joining in on your practice sessions."
KOTORI: "I bet Ayumu's live show cast a little spell on her."
AYUMU: "I-I doubt that."
CHIKA: "Don't be like that! Your performance was outta this world!"
AYUMU: "Thanks. I'm really glad to hear you say that."
AKI: "I think your live show really influenced Shioriko as well."
YU: "And not just her, but you've shown me that the school idols at Nijigasaki are here to be supported!"
AYUMU: "Yeah!"
AKI: "However, why stop there?"
AYUMU: "Huh?"
AKI: "What do you all think about holding the School Idol Festival...at Nijigasaki High School?"
EVERYONE: "WHAAAAT?!"
YU: "The School Idol Festival?!"
RUBY: "At Nijigasaki?!"
NICO: "Hey, what happened to your lecture about homefield advantages?!"
AKI: "Judging from the speed the flyers were distrobuted, more people here know about you than us."
NICO: "I guess you have a point. But are you sure about Nijigasaki?"
AKI: "Yeah. I mean, look back on what the School Tour was like this weekend.
We can use the grand auditorium for the main stage, and we could probably set up the three sub-stages outdoors since we've got a spacious courtyard and sports ground.
I saw yesterday that the home economics rooms that the life design course use are huge, so we could use that to prepare food, right?
We've got the cafeteria and room for outdoor food stalls, and I'm sure we could handle any traffic rather smoothly since the station is just nearby.
And finally... Doesn't holding a School Idol Festival at an actual SCHOOL just seem like the natural thing to do?!
And what school is more capable for an event of this magnitude than the largest school in the country's capitol?!"
CHIKA: "Ooooh... Now that you mention it, maybe you're right!"
HANAMARU: "It never even crossed my mind to use the whole of Nijigasaki as the venue for the festival, zura."
YOSHIKO: "Well done, Right-Hand of Darkness. Your sharpened eyes have pinpointed the perfect location!"
KASUMI: "We had the answer right under our noses, huh!"
ELI: "I do think it's an interesting idea..."
DIA: "Yes, very much so..."
AKI: "Final verdict from our two Student Council Presidents. Is it a bit of a stretch, maybe?"
ELI: "It's hard for me to say, since Otonokizaka and Nijigasaki work on completely different scales."
DIA: "I would say it would be difficult if I was looking at it from the perspective of Uranohoshi."
ELI: "But what you're saying makes complete sense. I guess maybe all that's left is to think about how to convince President Mifune."
AKI: "Oh, yikes..."
I didn't think I'd get this far.
NOZOMI: "I like the sound of it! You have my vote! Let's go in with the mindset to break through any barriers we might come across!"
RIKO: *Chuckle* "I wanna avoid breaking things down if I can."
AI: "Holding the festival at our school... Think of how excited everyone will get! This is gonna rock!"
YU: "If it's anything like today's live show, then I'm ready to buy my seat!"
KARIN: "The School Idol Festival will also be good publicity for our school if it's a success."
AYUMU: "Maybe the school would be more receptive if it means they'll have more potential enrollments?"
SHIZUKU: "If that really is the case, then this idea is full of positives."
RINA: "It's a win-win!"
EMMA: "Maybe this'll make Shioriko happy, too."
KANATA: "She's practically an honorary guest of the club already, so I'm sure she'll be thrilled."
SETSUNA: "Maybe she will even take to the stage with us if we hold the festival at our school?"
AYUMU: "I like the sound of that!"
KASUMI: "Shioko's a great dancer, so I could totally see her being one of my back-up dancers or something."
Back-up dancers? That sounds pointless. What's the point in having school idols on stage if they can't sing?
You'd have to be pretty egocentric to relegate talented individuals to the backline while you steal the spotlight.
I know Kasumi is kidding, but I doubt there's any school idol out there who is that egocentric.
SHIZUKU: "She might stand out more than you."
KASUMI: "You're one to talk. I bet you'd be the one outshined by her, Shizuko!"
AKI: *Laugh* "All right, so are we good to put this suggestion to Shioriko?"
HONOKA: "For sure!"
CHIKA: "I hope this saves us from the trouble of needing to find a venue."
AKI: "Yeah, I really hope so too. I want to tell A-RISE, Saint Snow, Liella!, and all of the school idols from around the country who've contacted us about where the festival venue is, as soon as possible.
Me and Shioriko are on good terms right now, so I'll go ahead and talk to her about it tomorrow."
Convincing Shioriko to help us with something was hard enough when it was something to mutually benefit us.
But convincing a Mifune to help with something that doesn't directly benefit them...
It looks almost impossible.
ALMOST...impossible.
