So Jonghyun's character here isn't the kpop idol, I haven't written the story by imagining him. But if you want to imagine him, it's okay. Or if you have a problem than just think of him as someone else.

"Tae? What is all this?" The decoration was noticeably special, it was meant for something else than just a normal dinner, but what exactly? And Taehyung's outfit too was very different, the suit he wore was visibly very expensive. And the brand tag just gave it a different value, his hair was neatly slicked back, and the smile was a lot more brighter today.
"You will know. Firstly come and sit, you must be hungry." Taehyung made jimin take a seat just opposite to him, served him the freshly made food, making sure to add all the things jimin liked and excluding the ones jimin hated. Taehyung knew all, he knew what jimin hated and what he loved.
"Now eat." Taehyung said sweetly, proceeding to his seat, he already cut the stake for jimin. Jimin blinked a few times, confusingly, but in the end just shrugged it off and started eating. He was very hungry after all, he ended up finishing everything on the plate, then smiled contentedly, his belly was full now.
"How was it?" Taehyung's sudden voice almost scared jimin, he completely forgot that he was eating with Tae, being too focused on the food, he didn't realize in which place and situation he was in. It has become a habit of not talking while eating, jungkook doesn't like to talk while eating so both of them avoid it when they eat together.
"It was delicious. And now will you finally tell me why you have prepared all this?" Jimin asked, growing more and more impatient to know what was going on. Was Taehyung trying to propose someone and maybe wanted Jimin's help. Maybe?
"I know you are curious." Taehyung suddenly rose from his seat, coming to jimin, kneeling on both of his knees in front of jimin, taking the omega's hands in his.
Jimin didn't know what to expect or do. Everything suddenly began to feel strange, the person in front of him somehow felt like a stranger. And the words that came out of Taehyung's mouth were totally unexpected.
"You know how we have been together since childhood, just the past few years I wasn't with you. But still I never spent a day without missing you. Even when we were kids I always use to be with you even though my parents scolded me. I didn't know why I did it but I knew it was something I wanted. I felt safe with you, I felt somehow different. And even now I feel the same. The past years without you were extremely Terrible. I missed you very much!" Taehyung's eyes glowed, the affection and purity dripped of his voice.
"Tae?-"
"Wait let me finish. In these passing years I realized something, something I already knew but was trying to avoid but now I can't because it's too much. I finally know why I feel this way. Although it might be sudden but believe me I have been in this since the last years."
"Tae? Wait."
"Everytime I am with you, I feel special. Everytime you smile I feel happy, and everytime you come to me with the silliest problems I somehow feel proud that I am the one you come to. So now I want to finally commit myself to these feelings. I want to finally do this, with you. I love you Park Jimin."
Taehyung finally did it! God he was dying to do this, he has been planning it since almost a year now but didn't have the chance or enough courage. And on finally doing it he felt like he just crossed the biggest hurdle of his life, and now he was ready to commit. Confessing to jimin was something he never imagined he could do but finally he has done it.
He believed he had his chance, he assumed that he was the one. He believed he too deserved it.
"Tae? What are you saying?! You love me?!" Jimin's reaction was completely otherwise of what taehyung expected.
"Yes." A particular feeling slowly crept inside taehyung, sending him to a very dreadful conclusion. Why was jimin this shocked?
"You shouldn't tae! You can't! I can't!" Jimin stood up hastily, snatching his hands away from Taehyung, not noticing how Taehyung's body was slowly shaking.
"What? Why?" The horror was clearly evident in Taehyung's voice and eyes. The glow was long gone from his face, instead it was replaced with a very terrible frown. His voice came out as a whisper.
"Because it's not right, Tae. I am in a relationship with Mr Jeon." Finally jimin said it, the factual truth for which he can't be with taehyung, the reason didn't end there, jimin didn't have any feelings for taehyung except as a bestfriend.
"What?!" Slowly it made sense. Jimin is in a relationship with Jeon Jungkook.
But that thing was what Taehyung despised.
"Break up with him." After a moment of silence taehyung spoke, his voice no longer remained soft, the beast in him was slowly rising and he didn't restrain it from happening.
"What?! Tae are you out of your mind?! I love him, how can I break up with him like that?" Jimin asked in disbelief, what was taehyung trying to imply?
"Yes, fucking do it! That fucker doesn't deserve you!" Taehyung's voice dangerously roared in the place, he didn't care if at this point he was scaring jimin. His rage wasn't controllable now.
"Taehyung! You can't decide that. I love him. And I don't love you tae, I do but not that way. I am sorry if I am breaking your heart, but I can't force myself to love you, it's not good for both of us. Please give up on me, I don't deserve you, you deserve better." Jimin tried his best to not sound rude, he knew he was breaking Taehyung's heart but he knew he had to do it. That's the best for both of them.
This thing was totally unexpected, and dealing it was a different story. He wasn't ready. He didn't even know that taehyung had feelings for him.
"I don't care! He doesn't deserve you! Break up with him!" Taehyung's voice suddenly took a different turn, his alpha self was acting up and he wasn't holding it.
Jimin finched at the sudden outburst, his legs felt weak, that voice was enough to make almost everyone in the entire restaurant to submit to Taehyung, even alphas would submit to that voice.
"Tae! Snap out of it! You are not in your right mind!" Jimin screamed, trying hard to reach tae, but the pheromones were preventing him. Taehyung made a barrier around him, his alpha self knew that it was hurting, so it was muting all the emotions, letting the alpha act only with rage.
"Yes I am! I want you and i will have you! I will never give you up for that man! I love you. And I will never give up!" Taehyung once didn't care, he didn't feel to be exact. The scared face of jimin would have definitely made an effect on him if he would be in his sober self but now it was a different case. Now he didn't feel anything for that.
"Taehyung, stop it! Understand this. It's for your own good."
"No it's not! I am hurting. It hurts so how can it be good. No, I can't give up jimin. I can't! I have loved you from a long time, I was just afraid of commitment so I suppressed my feelings but now i can't. It's too much now! I don't have control over this heart anymore! I only want you! Please be mine." Even in that way, taehyung somehow managed to remain rational, he wasn't gonna hurt jimin.
"But I can't Tae." Jimin painfully witnessed just how he was shattering that poor heart that hasn't received any love since he was born. Taehyung has only been seen as a product of fine blood, so even without his consent he was put to work, he was forced to put on a mask, and suprisingly he managed in wearing that mask for so long.
His facade was assumed unbreakable, but now that completely wasn't the case, Taehyung was breaking in the most dreadful way. And the reason was love.
"Tae, I really wish I could but I can't. I love Jungkook. Not you."
Every word felt like a stab on Taehyung's already broken heart. The bandage he was asking for was the comfort, but it wasn't happening. Instead the wound was just deepening.
"You deserve better Tae-"
Suddenly a figure enters the terrace, jimin didn't even notice. And within seconds taehyung was out of his crazy alpha self, two arms wrapped around his stomach, soft soothing incoherent words echoing into the small room surrounded by glass walls.
"Everything is okay. You are fine."
It was Jihyun.
Jimin didn't realize when he entered, Jihyun's sudden appearance helped.
"Go away." Jihyun turned to jimin, telling him to go away. Jimin was confused again.
"Ah?"
"Go away, your words were almost killing him. I will take care of him. Go hyung, that's the best." Jihyun muttered, jimin didn't know why but suddenly his brother to seemed like a different person.
The seriousness clearly stated that Jihyun meant what he said. And finally jimin glanced at Taehyung's face, he looked miserable. And just now he realized he didn't see how taehyung was breaking down as jimin kept saying that he doesn't love him.
He slowly rose from the ground and started walking out, not daring to look back at the figures which felt unfamiliar.
But then, he was being pulled by a hand towards back, and then even before he knew it, he felt a pair of lips on his.
Taehyung was kissing him! It clicked in Jimin's brain and immediately he pushed taehyung away a bit too harshly and left without sparing another glance. Anger build up in his mind.
Just why did it have to be tae?
