A/N: Back to Kokichi's p.o.v

Kokichi looked up to his monitor as the announcement rang. He had been doodling on the floor just a while earlier. His room was curently a mess. Oh well, he could fix it later.

The announcement meant that the class trial was starting. He figured he should probaly get going. With one last look around his room, he left the dorm and locked the door behind him.

He exited the dormitory and walked through the courtyard. He soon arrived at a big, red door sitting there obnoxiously. He wondered who built it, and why. It certainly wasn't necessarily.

Unbeknownst to human nature, he managed to open the doors and walk in. Quickly scanning the crowd, he saw that everybody was already there, except for Shuichi.

He walked up to Kirumi and started chatting with her. At the same time, he was looking at the others, trying to find out who seemed the most calm. Why would he be looking for the calmest you ask?

He knew that everybody would be nervous. After all, their lives were on the line. Everyone but the blackened. He imagined the blackened must have nerves of steel in order to even commit a murder. They'd probably already be used to having their lives on the line. Although, they would try to appear nervous in order to fit in.

His train of thought was interrupted as the red doors opened, and a awkward Shuichi walking in. Everyone grew quiet and turned to look at him. Kokichi could basically feel Shuichi squeaking like a cornered mouse.

Shuichi rushed over to Kaede's side, hoping to avoid the looks from the others. He looked very awkward doing so. Kokichi had to bite down a remark.

"Mommy, when is the trial starting?" Kokichi turned to face Kirumi. Kirumi looked suprised to be called "mommy" by Kokichi, but he just couldn't help it. To both himself and him, Kirumi was like the mother he wished he had. Even if she was the same age as him, she still felt like a mother. He often forgot that she was the same age as him.

Kirumi didn't respond to Kokichi's comment, but he could tell that she felt happy. "Im not entirely sure Kokichi. I imagine that we'll be lead somewhere from here."

"Ohhh. How useless." Kokichi said. He knew that Kirumi wouldn't take it to heart, but he still couldn't help feeling guilty. Kirumi had helped him so much, and here he was. Insulting her.

His eyes landed on the fountain. Ontop, there was an extremely buff Monokuma holding something up. He seemed so out of place, Kokichi couldn't help but call it out. "Wow! What a buff Monokuma!"

As soon as he said those words, the state started to move. Everyone's heads snapped to face the moving statue. Soon, it had disappeared, and in its place there was a path. The waterfall had opened up, and a elevator entrance appeared.

"Wonder where that leads..." Kaito asked out loud. He imagined that everyone had the same question.

Kokichi skipped up to it, becoming the first to enter. "To our deaths!" He turned his head over his shoulder to look at them. "C'mon slow pokes! We're going to be late for the trial!" He walked in, not caring if they followed him inside.

When he stepped in, he realized it indeed was an elevator. The elevator was big, big enough to fit all fifteen of them and more. He walked over to a corner. He was able to see the entrance from there.

He put on his excited expression as the other students started walking in. After the first five came in, everyone else came quickly. Kokichi felt a little disappointed in them. They waited until others walked in just to see if it was safe. They used the first few as human meat shields. Not cool.

The moment they all went in, the door closed behind him, and it started moving. The elevator did. If that wasn't obvious.

It was quiet as they fell. Kokichi imagined that the others were were thinking about what would happen in the trial. They'd also probably be wondering that if they could find the blackened. Kokichi was thinking that they were falling for a long time.

After a few more minutes of falling, the elevator came to a sudden stop. The doors opened infront of them, and they were met with a court like room.

In Kokichi's opinion, it seemed way too obnoxious, but he couldn't help but gape in suprise. He wondered how they were able to build such a large facility under the school. He wondered how the place even existed. Wait, they were miles underground. How did they even get air down there?

His eyes landed on 16 podiums. He imagined that they were for them to get in. He smiled sadly as he saw a portrait with Rantaro's face on it. An × made of blood was drawn over his face. Kokichi assumed that if Rantaro was still alive, that would be where he would stand at.

He looked up and saw a chair much higher than the podiums. Monokuma was sitting there. The whole image reminded Kokichi of a judge looking down down on the accused.

"Great to see that your here. Now, go to your podiums so we can start this totally not boring, super awesome, extremely amazing class trial!" Monokuma's voice rang through the room, bouncing off the walls. The atmosphere changed to that of complete despair.

The students nodded and walked up to podiums. To Kokichi, they seemed so in place that it was scary.

He imagined that he would enjoy this very much. Kokichi smiled slightly at the satisfaction that he would never be able to enjoy this as much as he would've hoped so. He didn't know why, but knowing that he got completley the opposite of what he wished for gave him a feeling of joy.

"Now, let me give you a quick run down on the rules of the class trial." Monokuma exclaimed happily. "The spotless students will face off against the blackened student in an attempt to save their sorry behinds. The spotless with debate amongst themselves to decide whodunit. If they vote incorrectly, they all get punished and the blackened gets to walk away free. If they vote correctly however, the blackened gets punished and the spotless students get to enjoy the rest of the killing school semester. Isn't this exciting?"

(A/N: I may or may not have forgotten on what he really says)

After explaining, Monokuma grew quiet and sank down into his chair. This meant that the trial was officially starting.

"We should be careful with our decisions. We're all in risk if we vote incorrectly." Kirumi started the conversation, breaking the silence.

"Ohhhh~ I wonder what beauty I shall witness today." Kiyo sighed dreamily. To Kokichi, Kiyo was interesting in his own way.

"Shut up you creep! I don't want you staring at my bonkers!" Miu exclaimed quite loudly. Kokichi felt disgusted everytime that Miu talked.

"Atua says we should start with the murder weapon! It He says so, then it must be done!" Angie seemed to say something not weird, which suprised Kokichi.

"I agree with that." Kaede said. She appeared to be grateful that Miu wasn't bickering. Or was it Kiyo? Who knows.

(A/N: Okay, I'll explain how these Non-stop debates will work. Unlike my usual writing, I won't add what they're doing at the time they're talking. Instead, it'll only be their lines as well as a "said *insert character here*. Okay, bye.)

                                    Non-Stop Debate, Start!

"Rantaro's body was found in the library." Said Kirumi.

"Gonta not know why Rantaro die." Said Gonta.

"He was probably a huge pervert!" Said Miu.

"His body was probably dragged into the library." Said Kaito.

"Avocado man was strangled to death!" Said Kokichi.

"No, that's wrong!" Said Shuichi.

                                        Non-Stop Debate, End!

"I don't think Rantaro was strangled to death." Shuchi said. Everyone's attention was on him, but unlike his usual self, he didn't squirm in the eyes of the others. Must be his detective instincts taking over. "I don't think his death had anything to do with the mark around his neck."

"Oh really? Then how did he die?" Kaito asked, clearly suprised at the fact that he didn't die by blood loss or anything like that.

"I'm pretty sure he was poisoned." Shuchi looked down as if thinking.

"Oh my, how terrible!" Tsumugi exclaimed. "But, how do you know?"

"His mouth." Shuichi simply replied. "On his tongue, I could feel the remains of a pill." Everyone turned to look at him, their expressions mixed with disgust and admiration. Shuichi's ears turned red as he realized that sticking your finger in the mouth of a dead body wasn't something most highschool freshmen did.

"Only the detective would think of doing that!" Kokichi attempted to take away the attention Shuichi was receiving. As if knowing what Kokichi was doing, Shuichi shot him a thankful expression.

"Shuichi, you truly are a detective. Be more confident. You got it!" Kaede spoke encouraging words, making Shuichi mumble a "Kaede...".

This pissed off Kokichi. He decided that he would ruin the trial. He smiled, realizing that he was what fans called an "antagonist". He certainly wanted to be one. Too bad for him.

"I know who the killer is!" Kokichi said as everyone turned to look at him. He pointed at Gonta, his face lighting up like a child who just won the spelling bee. "It was Gonta!"

"Gonta no do that! Gonta gentlemen. Gentlemen no hurt friend." Gonta seemed so confused that it almost made Kokichi feel bad for blaming him.

"Kokichi, what makes you say that?" Kiibo asked. He was the robot in case you didn't know.

"Of course a dumb robot wouldn't understand!" Kokichi earned a "That's robophobic!" from Kiibo, but he ignored it. "Gonta is strong enough to strangle Rantaro, duh."

Shuichi sighed. "Kokichi, we just covered that. We conclude that Rantaro was poisoned, not strangled."

"Nyeh. That's right! Someone teleported a pill into his mouth and killed him. Not me though. I can only teleport pills into your eyeballs." Himiko added.

"O-oh? Really? I'm sorry... I guess." Kokichi said with pure regret. Although to the others, it seemed fake.

"It okay! Kokichi forgiven!" Gonta seemed to be the only one who took note of his sincerity.

"Oh Gonta. Your too forgiving." Tsumugi said with a small smile.

"Excuse me for my words." Kirumi spoke, making everyone turn to face her. "I do apologize beforehand, but I swore to do my best, and as a maid I shall fulfill my responsibility."

"Kirumi? Did you find something?" Kaede asked, clearly intrigued to what Kirumi had in mind.

"I have found a possible suspect." Everyone's attention was on her immediately. They knew that she wouldn't lie, so if she said that she found something, she most certainly did. "Tenko. You are my suspect."

"I- What?!" Tenko instinctively posed into a fighting stance. "M-me? Kill Rantaro? What proof do you have of that?"

                                     Non-Stop Debate, Start!

"What proof do you have of that?!" Said Tenko

"For starters, you got into a fight with him beforehand." Kirumi said.

"You ugly who're was mad at Rantaro for making Himiko hate you. So you turned him into guacamole!" Miu said.

"Nyeh? What does this have to do with me?" Said Himiko

"You also don't have an alibi, if I recall correctly." Said Kiibo

"Got into a fight with the victim, as well no alibi... your quite in a pinch, aren't you?" Said Kiyo

"But what does that have to do with anything?" Said Tenko

"Just fess up already. You lured Rantaro into the library, and shoved a pill into his mouth!" Said Kaito

"No, that's wrong!" Said Shuichi

                                         Non-Stop Debate, End!

"What do you mean, Shuichi?" Kirumi asked, turning hers and everyone's attention to him.

"The way that Rantaro got the pill wasn't by force." Shuichi nervously said. He was probably worried about having to explain the fact that not only did he have his finger in Rantaro's mouth, but he even felt his lip too.

"You mean to say that he willingly took the pill?" Maki asked.

"No, that's not it either." Shuichi replied.

"Then how was it?" Ryoma asked in that deep voice of his.

"It was with a kiss." Shuichi said simply.

"A k-kiss?" Miu asked, clearly suprised at the new piece of information.

"Oh my~ What an interesting turn of events. Do tell how you came to this conclusion." Kiyo spoke the question on everyone's mind, just worded differently.

Shuichi nodded, his ears turning pink. "His lips." Everyone looked at him confused. "The texture of his lips was different. It felt bumpy, as if bitten. I think that the culprit had the pill in their mouth, and forced it down Rantaro's mouth while kissing."

Everyone grew silent, which caused Shuichi's ears to grow even redder.

Kokichi burst out laughing in an attempt to break the uncomfortable silence. "Wow Shumai! They don't call you the Ultimate Detective for nothing, do they? I guess you really aren't dense while investigating dead corpses."

It seemed to have worked since Kokichi could see Shuichi relax slightly.

"Shuichi, I have a question." Kaede said. Kokichi could tell that she was also trying to break the silence. "If Rantaro was poisoned, then what was the sense of the injury on his neck?"

Shuichi thought about it for a little before responding. "I think it was to confuse us. I imagine the culprit wanted to make us think that the wound was the cause of death, when in reality, Rantaro was poisoned. They certainly didn't expect for somebody to check his mouth."

"I see. Thank you Shuichi!" Kaede responded.

"But this does raise the question." Kiyo started saying. "Where did the culprit get these things? Or better yet. Where did they hide them?"

"Good question. They just couldn't carry around murder weapons without anyone noticing. There's also no hiding place close to the library. I imagine the culprit wanted the weapons to be at hand when Rantaro would come in." Kirumi added to Kiyo's statement, resting her gloved hand on her chin in thought.

In all honesty, Kokichi was getting quite bored. He wanted the trial to move faster.

"Geez, you guys are so dumb." Kokichi said as he picked nonexistent dirt off his fingernails. "The answer is as clear as day."

"R-really? I, the gorgeous girl genius already knows, but p-please explain it to these dimwits." Miu said. It was obvious that it wasn't as clear to her.

"Kokichi, please explain." Shuichi said, desperation tinting his voice.

"Anything for you Shumai~!" Kokichi smiled.

"The globe."

A/N: I don't know how to make non-stop debates. The class trial is halfway done... I think.
