I was stupefied the minute I saw the person sitting there!!!
Siya!!!
She was here...
She said she will never come back to India!
She said she is going back to London!
FOREVER!
Now what is she doing here!!!
Am i dreaming??? Wait a minute...Who is that man with her?I have seen him somewhere...But where?
Just then Ashwin uncle spoke up...
"Finally the VIP is here... How long do you take man Raghav... Come take a seat..." he said
I diverted my gaze from her to the man sitting on a chair opposite to him...My dad!!!
While I could still feel her sharp gaze on me!!! I shot her one last glare & sat on the chair next to my dad...
So the order was Dad, me, that man & HER!!!
I looked at dad and asked... "Is everything alright?" by lightly pressing his shoulders...He nodded...
"He is good Raghav... Ram is way too strong for a tini mini heart attack to destroy him right Ram" the man next to me said looking at dad to which my dad smiled hesitantly...
I turned around to look at the man & he smiled forwarded his hand to me...
"Young Man... Vishal Malhotra!!!" he said
That second I realised... he is Siya's dad. While Siya diverted her gaze elsewhere...
I stood up & touched his feet. He smiled & said "Sankaar (Values)"
I didnt react & just went back & sat on the chair & looked at Ashwin uncle and asked..
'Whats the matter uncle... you suddenly asked me to come here & these ...these folks"
To which Ashwin uncle put on his glasses & started telling..
"Yes Raghav... They had come here to sign the legal papers of acquiring Sehgal India"
& that left me stunned & I stood up from the chair...
"But Aroras were going to!!!" i said..
To which Ashwin uncle said... 'Arora's are mere puppets under Malhotras... A major investment share into Arora's business comes from the Malhotra clan... Mr Vishal Malhotra is the main investor to take over Sehgal India!!!" he said & next minute I was clenching my jaws...
I looked at the man next to me with disgust...But my utmost hatred was on the girl who sat next to me browsing through her smart phone..
I looked at them & started shouting "Oh wooow... so I was right.. my information was apt!!! You were the mastermind behind Sehgals destruction in India... excellent.. You ...you called yourself dad's best friend right? How could you do this to your own best friend? To his family? Even your mothers were besties...Once... Once it didnt kill you before playing such a dirty game??? Answer me Mr Malhotra... Your daughter... She was my best friend... She came home every sunday for lunch.. She called my Daadi as her Daadi... She would hug my mother saying... "You remind me of mom...Once...Once you guys never realised whom you were to destroy right? Money!!! Thats all is important... Power..Position... Prestige...
I am disgusted!! Chi!!!" tears fell from my red bloodshot eyes... While she was busy doing something in her mobile,...
"Enough Raghav.. do you even know what you are blabbering... How can you blame me? How can you blame Siya... We are just investors into Arora's business we dont take their decisions...I was told we are taking over a major company, little did I know its Sehgal India..." he said...
"Oh really uncle...And you want me to buy that shit? Siya did her project work here & dont tell me she wasnt aware of the investment that went into Aroras... You guys have come together to trap Sehgal India..."
Next I looked at Siya while my nostrils & my lips pursed in a way to make a face of disgust...
"You... you too ditched me in friendship right??? No wonder you mixed something in my drink so I"
Before I could complete she shouted "Raghaaaaaaaaaaaav" & slapped me on my left cheek.
"Shut up!!! I ... I dont even want to explain you Raghav... Dad... this is why i said I wont come.. I dont want to be here...This man is a zero when it comes to trust factor... You can do anything with the Sehgal's business I am not into this..." she said falling on the chair while bursting into tears...
It pinched me somewhere to see her cry...
I hate to see tears in her eyes... I cant tolerate it.. But she double crossed me.. My family...
"Raghav... Siya... you both please sit seperately... I am your lawyer here & if I have called you here there is something important right?
You both must act matured when I am explaining things..
While I shouted...
"There is anything further left to explain is it Ashwin uncle? They ate up our ancestral business...they cheated upon us..In the name of friendship this man & his daughter went & sold relationships for mere pink papers & a bigger acquisition!
Done right!!! What more is left!!!
I am taking my dad from here & leaving.. There is nothing left to talk further..

I went to dad & helped him to stand up while dad said...
"Raghav.. sit down & listen to what Ashwin & Vishal want to talk to you... I dont want you to create a scene or jump to any conclusions... Let Ashwin speak!... Ashwin... go on" Dad said...
And I looked at dad & he kept his hand on mine... & made me sit on the chair again...
Silence covered the room which finally Ashwin uncle broke...
'Malhotras have a proposal for you Sehgals...' Ashwin uncle said...
I looked up while he said...
'Vishal wants to merge Malhotras & Malhotras with Sehgal India!!!'
And my head shot up in his direction & then looked at Mr Malhotra...
'And why so???' i asked directly...
'Well because I think a merger with a more honest organization for our Asia Pacific business is better than going for a cunning Arora who tried to frame my daughter & you in the hotel room!!!' he said
'But it was Siya who mixed something in my drink!!!'
'You think Siya will do that?' Mr Malhotra asked me..
While I saw Siya's teary eyes look in my direction & next second she went towards the window of Ashwin uncle's cabin & started looking outside...
While I looked upto Ashwin uncle & said .. "Sorry uncle...i dont trust anyone!!!'
'Well okay then Raghav...this was your only chance to redeem your family business but if you are ok to let go'
While I heard a voice next to me "We are ok with the merger Ashwin!!!'
And i looked at Dad in shock...
"Dad how can you? These people are the cause for everything!!! Our family is in what condition... you daadi...everything...how can you agree?' I asked & dad asked me to calm down...
"Its not you or me here Raghav...its family...we will be finished in next 7 days... Its now or never!!! And anyways I believe in Vishal..he is a good man!!!'
I was quiet now...
Ashwin uncle continued... 'But Vishal has three conditions...'
I looked at Mr Malhotra and asked...'And those are???'
Mr Malhotra said...
'1st... My daughter will be the CEO of the organization... She will be 51% partner!'
I looked at dad & he blinked a yes...
I nodded a yes silently although I was pissed...
'And 2nd... You will marry my daughter...And will be the primary owner of Sehgal Mansion'
To which my head shot together in his direction!
It was like a lightening that was struck! While she was standing silently there looking outside the window... Like this was so normal.
And before I could reply anything
Dad said.. 'Done.... Raghav will marry Siya!!!'
I was dumbfound!!!
'No i wont!!!' i said and jumped from the chair...
'I...I cant marry her...i screamed
'Well then not just Sehgal India... your family will be on roads as Sehgal Mansion will also be occupied by my company and your family will be on streets Raghav!!!'

'Your family will beg on streets Raghav if you dont take this decision!!!' Mr Malhotra said & I had droplets of tears fall down when i look at my dad who was already looking down & shedding tears silently...
'Daaaad... how could you?? It was Daadi's...And did Daadi agree?' I asked him...
'Why wont Janaki aunty agree, Ram is her first born... Just like you Raghav... Its simple...I only have you do two things...
First... My Daugher becomes the CEO post merger
Second... She becomes Mrs Raghavendra Sehgal...
Third... Siya will be the primary owner of Sehgal Mansion...
Anyways you dont have to bother... This marriage is only to cover up the mess that was created by Arora to frame my daughter... He thought he could get away double crossing me to malign my image but little does he know.. The amount of money I invested here in India is not even 1/4th of my business!

Before I could complete I heard a voice from behind me saying...

And this time I blinked through tears & I was shocked !!!
