It starts with you smiling at your phone like an actual idiot...
You're sitting in the living area with your knees up to your chest and a big grin on your face. The screen of your phone illuminating your face and making your eyes sparkle with joy.
Tony is the first to notice. He asks you about it and you reply with a shrug. None of their business why you're smiling at your phone right?
Then you sneak out almost every evening you have off. You tell them it's because you're not feeling well but when one of your fellow avengers check on you, they couldn't find you anywhere.
It all went to hell when you would go on "missions" that didn't even exist, you would be gone for days and the team starts to get worried something is up.
'This calls for an intervention...' Nat sighs. 'She's been acting strange lately...'
'And what do you suggest we do? I mean there no proof that what she's hiding is actually dangerous...' Clint replies.
'Okay... does anyone else with actual brainchild want to comment anything?'
'Hey!' Clint defensively says.
'Maybe we should put a tracker on her or something..'
'We could just ask her..' Peter suggests.
'She won't tell, I've already tried...' Tony shuts it down.
'I think we should follow her, she where she heads every time and then wait for her there?, whoever is manipulating her will get scared...' Steve says.
'Maybe it's not something negative she's doing-' Peter starts again but gets ignored by the others.
They come up with the perfect plan, a real intervention at the adres you sneak off to every evening.

'I had fun...I don't think I've ever had this much fun in my life...'
'I'm glad you had fun babe... but the fun ain't over yet...'
You hum with a smile. 'Oh?' You smirk as you open the door to his/her apartment.
You grab his/her hand and drag them indoors, still not a clue that the team is sitting in the living room and can hear everything.
'Can't wait...' you wink taking off your coat rather seductively, causing a blush to rise on Steve's face. 'You go wait for me in the bedroom, I'll be there in a second...'
'Yes ma'am...'
You move to the kitchen, flicking on the light but paying no attention to the dark living room. Why would you anyway?
It isn't until you've filled and gulped down a whole glass of water that you finally turn around and see everyone sitting there with either a blush or wide eyes.
You let out a scream, making your significant other run into the kitchen to protect you, they wouldn't be able to no matter who was there but it's still sweet they care so much.
'What in the hell are you doing here?!' You say clutching your chest.
'You kept disappearing and we got worried!, you acted so weird.. even for you.. and that's quite the achievement..'
You hear your gf/bf chuckle under their breath and you glare. He/she throws her hands up in defence.
'Are you sure you're safe?'
'With this marshmallow of a gf/bf?, yes...'
'Hey!'
'Oh come on if you were to actually threaten me it would sound like it's coming form a cupcake...'
He/she shrugs, it's not a complete lie.
'So uh... Peter I think we owe you an apology...'Tony turns to the young spider.
'Uh, Hello?!, You're still here, in my girlfriends/boyfriends house that you broke into..' you wave at them.
'Its okay y/n, I'm just glad that they're not actually dangerous..'
'Pff, like you could've protected me...' you roast him/her.
'Remember when I asked your opinion... yeah me neither...' he/she fires back.
'I like him/her already..' Natasha says.
'You were ready to kill him/her about two seconds ago...'
'Charges my mind... for now...' she walks past him/her to the front door, followed by the rest of the team.
'Oh and y/n-'
'Byeeee!' You push the door closed and lock it.
'They care about you... that's really sweet...' Your gf/bf smiles.
'Yeah, they are sweet..to an extend, this was borderline stalking but okay...' You reply wrapping an arm around his/her waist.
'You're freaking out aren't you?'
'The avengers were in my fucking living room!'
'You have an avenger girlfriend...'
'The avengers were in my living room..' he/she repeats again while you unwrap yourself from him/her again.
'I'll go wait in bed until you're done freaking out...'
