YOU: "That was so fun!"
AKI: "Man, we went all over the place! And you bought so many souvenirs, You!
Are you okay? Do you need help carrying them?"
YOU: "Who do you think I am? I'm a high diver and a dancer, you know!
You think I can't carry a couple of bags?"
AKI: "Right, right. Sorry about that."
YOU: "Anyway, Odaiba is so much fun! There's a Ferris wheel, a mall, a TV station, a Museum ot Maritime Science, Nijigasaki High School, and even a seaside park! Man, if only Ayumu could've joined us."
AKI: "Yeah, I really wish she could have too. Next time we'll make sure our schedules line up."
YOU: "Yay! So when are we going? When are we going?"
AKI: "Whoa, whoa, hold up. We gotta ask Ayu what her schedule's like too."
YOU: "Oh, right..."
AKI: "Well, anyway... I guess it's about time for us to go our separate ways. If we stay out any later, it'll be dark by the time you get back to Numazu."
YOU: "Yeah... Oh, but before we do that... I wanna ride the water bus!"
AKI: "The water bus?"
YOU: "I've been curious about it ever since we got here, but I couldn't decide if we should do it first or wait 'til after we'd done a bunch of other stuff."
AKI: "Water bus, huh? That sounds like something you'd be interested in. I think there's one leaving soon, too.
But if you wanted to ride it, you should have said so earlier! We could've ridden it somewhere, hung out for a bit, then caught another one back."
YOU: "Y-Yeah, but...today is special. I wanted to get the most fun I could out of it..."
AKI: "What do you mean?"
YOU: "Well, it's a day I'm getting to spend together with you in the city you live.
Like, we can call or text any time, but we don't get too many chances to actually spend time in person. Y'know?
Tokyo and Numazu are pretty far apart, so even though we're both same age high school students, we live in totally different worlds.
So when I said I wanted to hang out and you said you were thinking the same thing, I really thought it was a miracle, y'know?
So I didn't want to waste it... I want to make sure I don't have any regrets about the way we spent today."
AKI: "You, that's...so dramatic."
YOU: "What?!"
I'd expect that from Shizuku, but You?
AKI: "If you want to see me, you can come see me anytime you want. And whenever I want to see you, I'll just go see you.
We'll have tons more chances in the future, too.
It's not a miracle or anything like that bringing us together. It's just common sense!"
YOU: "Oh! Yeah... Yeah, you're right!"
AKI: *Laugh* "All right, let's go board the water bus!"
YOU: "All aboard!"
AKI: "Wait... Are you sure we've got time left? I don't want your parents to worry about where you are."
YOU: "Oh, don't worry about them. My Papa's taking my Mama on one of his voyages. They won't be back until next Sunday."
AKI: "Is that so?"
Hmm...
AKI: "I've got an idea, you don't want this day to end right?"
YOU: "Right!"
AKI: "One of the stops that the water bus takes is a block away from my apartment complex.
So... Why don't you stay the night?"
YOU: "Huh?"
Yikes, I don't want her to get the wrong idea here.
AKI: "I-I'm just thinking since you'll have to go to back to Tokyo tomorrow anyway. If you stay the night then we can just hang out until it's time to meet up with the others. Then you can go home with the rest of Aqours."
YOU: "Will your parents be okay with that?"
AKI: "My Mom's in Kyoto for a political seminar. My father lives in America as a Japanese diplomat.
They're not here, so it'll be fine."
YOU: "Looks like we both have Papa's that we never get to see."
AKI: "Yeah... But, are you okay with that? I imagine you have spare clothes with you for tomorrow."
YOU: "Of course I'm okay with it. I'd love to have a sleepover!
Also don't worry. I bring my uniform with me wherever I go, so I'm prepared for anything!"
AKI: *Laugh* "You really love uniforms, don't you?"
