Milo found he had more leverage than Sam did. After calling their bluff and offering to move out, his parents found it more difficult to enforce their 'our house, our rules' ultimatum. They still weren't happy about their son's relationship with this older man, but they knew they had to accept it if they didn't want to alienate him. Milo spent more time around Sam's in the week than he ever had done before. Now he didn't have to lie about where he was it gave him a new level of freedom. His parents didn't ask too many questions when he told them where he was going.  They just nodded and quietly accepted it. They knew that any objections would push him further away from them. At least this way they could keep an eye on what was going on on his life.

Sam, however, was getting no further with Michael. He was still being difficult and refusing to let him see Jess when Milo was with him.

'What are you going to do about it?' Milo asked him. 'Are you going to take legal action?'

'I don't want to,' said Sam. 'We've been able to keep it fairly civil up to this point. I don't want Jess seeing us argue. It's not fair on her.'

'But we can't keep going the way we are.'

'I'll talk to him again. I think he just needs time getting used to us being together. I can't say I can blame him for being upset with us, with our history.'

'Yeah, I get that,' said Milo, 'but he's going to have to get used to it. We're together now and that's not going to change.'

'I know. Like I said, I'll talk to him first.'

After an hour in his boss's office, Luke managed to convince him that he wasn't responsible for the video being sent around. Thankfully he accepted that it had been done by whoever had picked up his phone. But whilst he managed to keep his job, it didn't solve several other problems. Pretty much everyone he knew had seen a video of him having sex with his boyfriend. Everyone knew what they both looked like naked and what they liked doing in bed together. This intimate knowledge that was once just between them, was now public domain.

He'd had to cancel his weekend away with the boys to try and sort things out. He'd managed to get the link removed from his social media and regain control of his accounts (the hacker had changed all his passwords so he couldn't delete the post himself). It took a couple of days to remove the video from the host site, but by that time it had been viewed thousands of times and shared hundreds. He knew that even if he got rid of those posts, it would be shared a whole load of other times again after he'd done that.

The environment at work was uncomfortable. He knew that every single person he spoke to had seen his cock. His team were upset with him for pulling out (of the game that is) as they needed him. They lost the game that day and although nobody said it directly, he knew they blamed him. Then there was Max.

Max knew that Luke wasn't responsible for sharing the video, but if he'd just been more careful with his phone, then this wouldn't have happened. Luke couldn't blame him if he did think that, as he felt it about himself as well. He'd known that the video was on there, so should have checked his pocket before leaving the bar.

He'd managed to gain access to his email account again and retrieve any unopened emails. The email had been sent to both his mum and dad's mailboxes, which thankfully he'd been able to retrieve before they opened them, but over half had been opened and (he assumed) viewed.

When Luke hung out with Max that evening, they hadn't spoken much about it. There was nothing to say really, other than Luke telling him what steps he'd done to put it right. But he could never completely put it right. It was out there for people's viewing pleasure and probably always would be. They just had to get used to the idea.

Max was refusing to go out in Soho, as he knew so many of his friends had already seen it. His close friends had been really supportive and told him not to worry about it. Most of them hadn't watched it any further than the first few seconds, as soon as they'd realised what it was. But there were other people he knew from the scene, who'd sent him less supportive messages.

Wow! That video is hot. Maybe I can have a go myself?

Nice cock. Can I have a suck?

Your boyfriend knows how to fuck. Fancy lending him to me?

He deleted all those types of messages without replying. He couldn't even really blame them. They probably assumed that the video had been sent out deliberately as some kind of thirst trap. They were simply responding to it, complimenting them both on a job well done. There was only one person he was angry with and that was whoever had sent the video out.

He couldn't understand why someone would do that. If they wanted to watch the video for their own personal enjoyment, then that was one thing. But what was the point of sending it out to everyone they knew and uploading it to a porn site? What benefit could that person possibly get from that? It was just evil. He just wished he knew who'd done it, so he could tell them exactly what he thought of them.

'Thanks for meeting me,' said Danny. He knew he'd done the right thing in contacting Ali with one look at her kind face.

'That's okay,' she said, 'does Ocean know you're with me?'

'No, does Kai?'

'No.'

It felt like they were having some kind of secret affair, but that couldn't have been further from the truth. Danny didn't want to burden Ocean with everything. He was so good to him, but he felt like his problems might be getting too much for him.

It was strange for Ali seeing Danny again. That was part of her life that she'd moved on from. She was with someone who she really loved now, and had tried to forget the way she felt when Danny had left her. Her common sense told her to end this friendship before it began, but she couldn't do it. She'd seen a wounded soul in him the first time they crossed paths and she still saw that in him. She was too caring for a person to simply walk away.

They sat across the table from each other, both holding on to their drink.

'So how have you been?' Ali asked. It seemed like the obvious question to ask. Before Danny could answer, they heard a voice from behind them.

'So this is the reason you've started doing yourself up like a pansy. I must admit I'm a bit relieved, I thought for a second you'd turned queer.'

'Dad, what are you doing here?' said Danny, shocked by his father's sudden appearance.

'I wanted to know what had changed you and now I can see exactly what that is. So is this your new woman then?'

Ali was about to tell Danny's father they were just friends, but Danny spoke first.

'Yes,' he said, 'this is my girlfriend Ali.'

'Nice to meet you, Ali, I'm Frank. So is that short for Alison?'

'That would be the easiest explanation,' said Ali. When she'd shortened it from Alastair, she hadn't really wanted it to be short for anything.

'She's feisty this one, son. I like her.'

Frank slid on to the bench beside Ali, invading her personal space a little too much. He smelled like he hadn't showered in weeks.

'Dad, can we talk about this later?'

He didn't really want to talk to his dad at all. He thought when he walked away from him that he'd removed him from his life, yet he was acting as nothing had happened.

'Ashamed of your old man, are you? said Frank

'Of course not. We've just got some stuff to talk about.'

'There's nothing you can't say in front of your old dad. Besides, I want to meet this girl who's changed my son so much.'

It was all just a power game. He knew his dad was trying to get back into his life to get him to do what he wanted.

'Actually, I need to get off,' said Ali. She felt like she was getting in the middle of something. Danny had wanted to tell Ali all about his father and what had happened, but he'd shown up before he had the chance. He had no idea if his father knew he was in a gay bar, or that Ali was trans.

'You don't need to leave on my account,'  said Frank.

'I'm not,' said Ali. 'Honestly, it was lovely to meet you. I just realised there's something I need to do.'

'You'll have to come over to mine one night, the both of you. We can sink some cans and get to know each other better.'

Ali smiled, not confirming if she would or not. 'Give me a call Danny,' she said.

'I will.'

Frank turned his head and watched Ali's ass as she walked away. Danny wondered what his father would think if he knew the truth about Ali.

'She's a fit little piece' said Frank. 'You've done well there.'

'What do you want Dad?' Danny asked again.

'I thought we could talk about this little job I've got for you.'

'I already told you, I'm not...'

'Because I'd hate to tell that little girlfriend of yours everything about your past.'

'What?'

'You heard. So are you in?'

Reluctantly, Danny nodded. 'This is the last time,' he said.
