This is a sleeping method happy shifting I believe in you and DON'T give up! <3
- First get ready do meditation etc
- Lie on your bed or where you feel comfortable
- Imagine yourself in an elevator and it's going up (or down)
- Between each floor feel more energy to shift and you can say affirmations and imagining your DR
- Once you feel like you are ready leave the elevator (at the floor you want to get out off) and go to a door and you see your DR self sleeping in your DR bedroom. Make sure to visualise in as much detail as possible.
- Now visualize pulling your consciousness into your Dr self
- When you wake up you should be there
