3 months later
Emily POV:
"Emily. Wake up, babe." I hear that sweet voice say.
"No." I groan.
Alison POV:
"No." Emily groans in her raspy, yet sexy morning voice.
Brighton, Levi, Emerson, and Anderson all come running into the room.
"Mum!" Brighton exclaims, going over to her.
"Hey, baby." Emily says, her voice muffled by the pillow.
"Wake!" Levi yells.
"No." Emily responds.
"Pweaseee?" Emerson asks, batting her eyes and making a pouty face.
"Mum is tired." Emily says.
Anderson looks at her with an unamused face, and puts his head in the crook of her neck.
Brighton smiles and kisses her belly.
Levi lays down, cuddling into Emily's side, and Emerson lays on the pillows above her head.
I smile, and take my phone out.
I take a picture of them to put in Instagram, and caption it:
"Love mornings with these 5. Soon to be 6.😍❤️"
"I don't think they were ever this affectionate with me while I was pregnant." I say, referring to Anderson and Emerson.
"They like me more." Emily jokes. But it's sort of true.
"Okay. Let's get up. You have your 6 month ultrasound today." I say, hitting and shaking Emily's legs.
"Ugh! Fine!" She groans.

Hanna POV:
"I have some good news for the two of you!" The doctor says to me and Caleb.
"It looks like you're having twins again!" She says, and me and Caleb smile.
"Really?!" I ask excitedly.
"Yep. It looks like you're about 5 months along." She tells us, me in particular.
"Would you like to know the sexes?" She questions us.
"No, thank you." Caleb says.
"Same." I say.
"Well, you and the babies are healthy. It looks like you are good to go home." She tells us.
We thank her, and go back to the house.

Emily POV:
"Mom and baby are both healthy. Would you like to know the sex?" The doctor asks.
"No, thank you." I say. But at the same same time, I get a 'no' from Alison, and a bunch of yes's from the kids.
"I'm hungry." I groan once we've gotten in the car.
"Let's go eat then." Alison says, and maneuvers the car out of the parking lot.
I look down at my belly, and smile.
I can't wait to meet you. I think to the baby growing inside of me.
