Everyday it was the same thing. Rumor after rumor after rumor. Rumors of Harry cheating. Rumors of Harry getting drunk and flirting with other girls. Rumors of Harry doing drugs. You never believed the rumors until you caught Harry with another girl. He was insanely drunk though so you gave him another chance if he promised to stop drinking. He did good for a few months but then it started all over again. He was never home or if he was he would be asleep. He never kissed you or told you he loved you anymore. The worst part though is he ignored his own kid. His only daughter, Kat. Harry wanted to name her kitten but you eventually talking him into the name Kat. Kat was only three. He never told her he loved her anymore. Told her to go away when she asked him to play with her. Never sang her to sleep like he use to always do.
You couldn’t take it anymore. So here you are signing divorce papers. Harry came in late as always smelling of alcohol and had hickeys all over his neck.
"Alright, let’s get this thing over with."
After three years of dating. After five years of marriage. He didn’t even bother to fight for you and Kat.
Y’all sighed all the papers and you headed back to your car.
"Sofi, I’ll be over for my stuff tomorrow."
You just got in your car and went home. Your mom was at the house watching Kat. When you walked in Kat came running to you.
"Mommy!"
You smiled and picked her up hugging her tight “Hey princess!”
"Hey hun" you turned around and saw your mom.
"Hey mom." you put Kat down and she went back to playing with her dolls.
"How are you?" she asked concerned.
"I’m good"
It was true. You were good. You didn’t feel like crying. You saw it coming when Harry started acting like this a year ago.
"How are you going to tell Kat?"
You sighed “I don’t know. That’s the only part that’s gonna kill me. She’s so young and I don’t know if she’ll understand it.”
"Well if you need help with anything call me."
You smiled “I will mom. Uh can you watch her tomorrow? Harry is coming over for his things and I don’t want her to see that.”
"Of course. Just call me and I’ll come get her."
She left and you started making dinner for Kat.
"Kat! Dinner’s ready!"
She coming running in and sat at the table while you fixed her plate.
"Mommy, where’s dada?"
"Uh, he can’t make it for dinner baby."
Y’all ate dinner and you played dolls with her before you gave her a bath and put her in bed.

The next morning Harry texted you saying he would be over in an hour so you called your mom to come get Kat. You woke Kat up and got her dressed. (Kat x)
Once your mom picked her up you got dressed and waited for Harry. (You x x)
You decided to start packing some of his stuff so he would be gone faster. You were putting his colognes in a box when their was a knock at the door. You went downstairs and opened the door to see a hungover Harry.
"Hey"
"Hey" you stepped aside and let him in.
He went to the room y’all use to share together and looked around at the boxes you had already packed for him.
"You trying to make me leave faster?"
You were putting his shoes in another box “Yea”
"You really don’t want me around anymore do you?"
"Well you don’t want to be here so I’m just helping you out."
"Who said I don’t want to be here?"
You sighed “You have barely been here in the past year and when you are you’re just asleep. You obviously don’t care about me or Kat so I’m just trying to get all you and all your stuff about before Kat gets home and I have to explain to her that her dad doesn’t care about her anymore.”
Harry looked pissed off and sad but didn’t say anything. He just started packing everything. Finally everything was packed. You put the last box in his car and went back inside. You didn’t see Harry anywhere downstairs so you looked upstairs. You saw Kat’s bedroom door open so you looked in. Harry was setting on her bed holding the teddy bear he picked out for her before she was born in one hand and a picture that sat on her desk of you three on her third birthday in the other hand. That was the last time you three were like a real family.
"Harry…"
He looked up and you saw tears in his eyes. He quickly blinked them away and stood up setting the teddy bear and picture back down.
"You can keep the picture if you want."
He weakly smiled and put the picture in his pocket.
"Uh, I guess I should go now."
He walked up to you and looked down at you. He was always so much taller than you. Your head just came up to his shoulders.
"Bye Sofi" he says giving you a kiss on the cheek and hugging you.
You hugged him back “Bye Harry.”
He pulled away “Uh, can I see Kat soon? I want talk to her. She’s so little and I know she won’t understand this so I want to try to explain to her what’s going on.”
"Yea, when do you have a day off?"
"Uh not for a few weeks but Saturday I only have to be in the studio till 11. Can I pick her up and spend some time with her?"
You smiled “Yea she’d like that. She really misses you.”
He sighed “I miss her too. Uh I guess I’ll go now.”
"Ok bye."
"Bye"
He left and you looked around at the house. It was empty without Harry’s stuff. For the first time since Harry changed you felt like crying. You laid on the couch and cried until you fell asleep.
You woke up a few hours later to Kat calling you “Mommy! Mommy wake up!”
You sat up and pulled her in your lap “Hey princess”
"Grandma took me to the zoo and to get ice cream!" she said jumping in your lap.
You giggled and looked over at your mom setting on the other side of the couch “Thank you for watching her”
"Anytime love"
Kat ran upstairs and to her room while you talked with your mom. You told her about Harry in Kat’s room and that he was going to see her Saturday.
"So are you going to tell Kat that you and Harry are divorced or let Harry?"
"I think I will. She’s so young so she won’t really understand but Harry said he’ll talk to her about it."
Once your mom left you went upstairs to Kat’s room.
"Mommy where’s my picture of me, you, and dada?"
"Daddy took it with him today."
"Daddy was here!? Why didn’t I get to see him!"
"You’ll see him in a few days baby. He was just here today to get his stuff."
"Why?"
You sighed and sat beside her on the floor “Baby, your dad and I are getting divorced.”
"What does that mean?" she asked not understanding.
"It means me and your dad aren’t together anymore. You’ll still see him when he has time off but he doesn’t live here anymore."
"But I want daddy here!" she said tearing up.
You pulled her into your lap “Baby don’t cry. Please.”
It did no good. She just cried and kept asking why until she fell asleep. You laid her in her bed and went to your room and started crying.

Kat was quiet the next few days. She didn’t mention Harry once. Today was Saturday so Harry was going to be picking up Kat. He texted you around 11 saying he was leaving the studio so he would be over in about 20 minutes. You went to Kat’s room and started getting her ready. (Kat x)
Soon there was a knock at the door. You opened it to see Harry.
"Hey"
"Hey Sofi" he walked in and hugged you tightly "Where’s Kat?"
"In her room"
You both walked upstairs to her room “Kat, your dad is here.”
She turned around and saw Harry “DADDY!!” she ran and jumped into his arms “I missed you daddy!”
"I missed you too princess." he hugged her tightly and sat her back down "You look gorgeous as always."
She smiled “Thank you daddy!”
He smiled “You ready to go?”
"Yea, is mommy coming?"
"No, it’s you and me today."
"Oh ok, bye momma!" she walked to you and gave you a hug and kiss.
"Bye love"
You walked them to the door. You told Harry bye and they left. You spent the time watching TV and relaxing. Harry texted you saying he took Kat to the movies but she couldn’t decide between seeing Monsters Inc. and Epic so he was going to take her to one now and the other after. You smiled and texted back letting him know it’s ok.
It was now five in the afternoon. Harry called saying he was bringing Kat home now. While you were making dinner they came back.
"Did you have fun baby?" you asked Kat when she ran up to hug you.
"Yes! Daddy took me to Chuck E Cheese, shopping, and to see two movies!"
You laughed “Well I’m glad you had fun. Go wash up so you can eat dinner.”
"Okay"
You turned to Harry who was holding five shopping bags “She looks adorable in everything so I bought more than I should.”
You laughed and took the bags from him putting them on the counter “Do you want to stay for dinner?”
"Yea sure. I’ve missed your cooking." you smiled and got him a plate.
Kat came back down and saw her shopping bags “Mommy you want to see me in my new clothes!”
You giggled “After dinner babe”
You were all laughing and talking like a family again. After dinner you all went upstairs. Kat was in her room changing into her new outfits while you and Harry sat in the hallway talking.
"So where do you live now?"
"With Niall right now until I get my own place."
Kat came in the hallway in one of her new outfits “Aw! You look so adorable baby!”
"Thank you mommy!" she went back in her room to put on another.
For the next hour she tried on her new clothes. Afterwards you and Harry gave her a bath and put her in bed. For the first time in almost a year Harry sang her to sleep. He sang her Little Things which is her favorite song. Once she fell asleep you and Harry went downstairs and talked. He left an hour later so you went to bed.

Over the next few weeks Harry would come by after work until Kat was in bed. You started feeling really sick so you called Harry and asked if he could watch her.
"I’m at the studio until five but you can bring her by and I’ll watch her. The boys have been wanting to see her so they’ll be happy."
"Okay, I’ll be there in half an hour."
You and Kat got ready and headed to the studio. (You x) (Kat x)
When y’all got to the studio Harry was waiting outside for y’all.
"Hey my princess" he said picking Kat up and kissing her.
"Hi daddy!"
"The boys are inside, they missed you."
"Really! I missed them too!"
Y’all walked inside and the boys took Kat.
You smiled and said hi to the boys and said bye to Kat. You turned to Harry and thanked him.
"It’s no problem. I’ll bring her home when I leave today if you want so you can rest for awhile."
"Okay thanks"
He hugged you and you left.

You were sitting on the couch looking at the paper in your hands. You had just came back from the doctors. You thought you had a cold or virus but no. You were pregnant. Two months ago Kat was at a friends and you and Harry were deciding if y’all should still be together. One thing led to another and y’all ended up in bed together.
What the hell were you going to do? Y’all just signed divorce papers a few weeks ago. You knew you had to tell Harry but you didn’t know how.
Harry bought Kat home a few hours later. “Uh Kat can you go play upstairs while I talk to your dad?”
"Okay mommy!" she gave you a kiss and went upstairs.
"What’s up?" Harry asked confused.
You knew you just had to tell him “You remember how a few months ago when we were deciding if we should still be together we ended up having sex?”
"Yea…"
"Well, I’m pregnant."
Harry was shocked “Re-really?”
"Yea" you showed him the paper the doctor gave you.
"Um, so…what happens now? Do you want to try to make us work again or what?" Harry asked not knowing what to do.
"I don’t know if I can do….us…again"
Harry looked down at his feet before looking back into your eyes “I love you Sofi. I always have and I always will. I fucked up so bad. I know. But I never stopped loving you or Kat for one second.”
"But you were sleeping wi-"
"I know. I know. I was cheating on you and I was never home and I was a terrible husband and I was a terrible father. I know. I leave this house every night and my heart breaks because I know you’re not mine anymore and I cry myself to sleep every night knowing I fucked up everything and I hate myself for doing everything I did to you and Kat. You two are my world and I threw it all away to live like single twenty-five year olds. We first got together when I was 17 and you were 16 and we married a month after you turned 19 and had Kat two years later. While other guys were out hooking up with random girls and partying, I was with you. I thought it’d be fun to be single and be able to do all the things I didn’t get to do. But I was wrong. I was so wrong. I look back now and realize how much of a fucking dumbass I am. I love you so fucking much Sofi. I would do anything in the world to able to call you all mine and to have my little Kat back."
"Anything?"
"Anything. You name it and I’ll do it."
"I want you to get help for your drinking and drug use. Do that and we can start over."

Harry listened and went to rehab the next day. You’re now almost ready to give birth. Harry re-proposed to you at that baby shower. After the baby was born y’all would start working on the wedding but y’all were just focused on the baby right now. Kat was so happy to be a big sister. Harry had moved back in and sat up the babies room.

You gave birth to a baby girl who was named Lauren with Harry right by your side. Y’all got remarried five months later. Harry was always the perfect father and husband since getting help. No matter what he was always there for his girls. Everything was finally perfect again.
