Author's POV
"Taani, come down jaan!"
Rey called her from the living room only to hear her reply,
"Aa rahi hu Rey, aap kitne impatient hain."
The gang snickered at her reply, Rey glared at all of them shutting them off. The whole gang was already in Singhania mansion early in morning to leave for Goa. Rey was already down ready along with luggage but Taani was doing some last minute packing, unaware that the gang was there. Finally she came down holding her handbag hurriedly,
"Here I am, aap kyu tabse shor macha..."
She stopped saying noticing the whole gang there, smiling sheepishly at rey she wished them,
"Good morning guys!"
"Good morning Taani!"
They greeted her back and she stood with Rey who shook his head at her antics. Sharon said to all of them,
"Since, everyone is here now, shall we leave?"
All of them nodded excitedly, Swayam was the one to say,
"So, 7:30 hours ki drive hai, give it more or less including stops or breaks. We have two cars, sitting arrangements kya hai ab?"
"You, me, Taani, Sharon, Vicky and Neha in one, the others in the second one."
Rey said seeking their approval, when Sharon said shaking her head,
"Nope, this time it's gonna be different. You boys take a car and we girls take another one."
Reyam's face fell hearing her while all the others agreed, both Reyam said together,
"No!"
The remaining boys looked at them like they had grown another head, they pulled Reyam a little back and Nil said,
"Arre oo humare dono majnu, ek din ke liye to apni laila ko akela chod do, hum sab karenge na maze sath mein."
Amar too said after him,
"Haan yrr, we will have our boys time."
"Shut up Guys!"
Saying that Reyam again came forward Swayam said,
"Girls and boys ki kya zaroorat hai, hum vese chalte hain na jese Rey ne bola hain."
Rey too nodded continuing,
"Haan vese bhi tum girls itni long drive nahi kar paogi."
"Haan!"
Swayam too agreed when Shaani frowned and Sharon said keeping her hands on her waist,
"What are you guys trying to say?!"
Taani continued after her,
"Haan, aapko aisa kyu lagta hau we can't drive that long, hum girls drive kar sakti hai vo bhi aap sab boys se zyada achhi."
"Yes!"
The D3 girls said in unision after her, Rey sulked thinking,
Jaan, abhi kyu lad rahi ho, vese to you don't fight much with me. Aaj kya ho gaya hai tumhe. Yahan mein koshish kar raha hu hum sath travel kare or tumhe aaj hi gussa karna hai. Please samjho ye main ek sath time spend karne ke liye kar raha hu.
Rey looked at Taani with a puppy face and gestured her to follow his lead but she didn't and giving him attitude looked in other direction when Neha concluded with a final word,
"Yes now final it is, girls and boys traveling in alag alag cars. Chalo girls."
Saying that all the girls followed after Shaani picking their luggage when boys said,
"We have no problem."
Saying that they too walked out leaving Reyam sulking, they threw each other a sad look before throwing their bags down in frustration when Vicky's voice reached their ears,
"Rey, Swayam aao na yar."
Swayam said irritated,
"Aa rahe hai na."
Cursing their fate and friends both of them moved out, by the time they reached their car, girls were already settled in their own car. Sharon on the driving seat while Taani riding shotgun and other girls in the back. Vicky was already sitting on the driving seat when Reyam came, Rey hit Vicky's head slightly,
"Chal move behind, I am driving."
Vicky shrugged before crawling behind to the backseat in the car itself making Rey slap his head in annoyance, Swayam shook his head while the other three snickered. Swayam said,
"Grow up guys!"
Rey settled himself on the driving seat while Swayam sat beside him. Sharon's car reached beside their's and she asked,
"So boys, ready?"
Rey nodded wearing his glares and soon both the cars were leaving Singhania premises and hit the road. Both cars were bustling with excitement and activity. Boys were having fun discussing all the nonsense, and the girls were no less they were busy in gossip while shaani were having their own little chit chat about Sharon's wedding plans and her outfits. Taani wanted to make sure that her brother and bhabhi have the perfect wedding. Taani was busy discussing the latest bridal wear trends with Sharon showing some of her designs on phone when it binged with Rey's message. She opened the text and read,
Jaan, it's your medicine time. Since it's been time when you had breakfast, please take your medicines. And don't make those cute faces seeing them, I have kept a chocolate for you too so have it after eating them. Love you mera bachha!
A wide smile came on Taani's face, she thanked her Krishna ji mentally for sending rey in her life. Sharon looked at her smiling at the phone and asked knowingly,
"Rey ka message hai?"
Taani nodded at her in agreement, Sharon smiled in amusement,
"You really have my best friend whipped over you."
Taani blushed slightly along with giggling softly, before answering back,
"Just like bhai over you."
This time it was Sharon's turn to blush and giggle, they continued discussing about their partners, their supportive nature and everything. When Rinni said,
"Guys! It's so boring, stop discussing about your husbands and future husband. We are on holiday and boys are not here, let's do some fun."
"Haan, Simmi, you bringing your guitar na, why you not playing it?"
Neha said and Simmi agreed taking out the guitar from it's bag and tuning it before she started playing it. The girls soon joined in with the tune and started singing along the music that they didn't even come to know when the singing converted into a full fledged antakshri.

The gang finally reached Taarey's farmhouse in Goa, Swayam and Taani parked the cars before the gang came out and started moving inside the house.
All of them slumped down on the couches like guiny bags, so tired after a long car ride. After settling down in the living room Rey asked them,
"So guys, kal ka kya plan hai?"
"Let's hit the beach tomorrow."
All agreed immediately when Nil asked,
"Or abhi dinner karke sone chalte hai, main sahi mein car mein baithe baithe thak gaya hoon."
He groaned and all the boys followed when Sharon said annoyed,
"Oh god, will you guys stop behaving like oldies."
Girls snickered at them, boys huffed making faces at them and Reyam sighed at the girls vs boys war going on from the morning. Rey said annoyed,
"Will you guys stop with this girls and boys thing, hum yahan sath enjoy karme aaye the or tum sab aise fight kar rahe ho. Goa ye karne aaye the hum."
All of them finally became serious and said in unision,
"Sorry!"
"Good! Ab ye dinner kare uske baad sleeping arrangements bhi dekhne hai."
Simmi shrugged,
"Usme dekhna kya hai, as usual you boys in one room and us girls in one room."
Rey's eyes widened hearing her and he immediately said,
"NO!"
Everyone jumped at their place shocked hearing him, before the boys snickered apart from Swayam, Bharat said,
"Haan bhai tu to bolega hi, isse Taani ke saath jo rehna hai."
Sharon shrugged teasingly,
"Well agar aisa hai to tumhe ye plan change karna hoga. I don't care tumhe Taani ke bina neend aati hai ya nahi, but as you said hum yahan trip hai to Taani inn kuch dino ke liye hamare sath rahegi. You adjust with swayam and boys."
Saying that Sharon and the girls pulled Taani towards the other room, she turned to give a last glance to Rey who was looking at her with a puppy face. He groaned and sulked, and said,
"Yrr that's not fair yrr girls, she is my wife."
But the girls voice came from far,
"But now she is our FRIEND!"
His shoulders slumped in defeat and he pouted, Swayam kept a reassuring hand on his shoulder but inside even he was enjoying seeing the troubled look on Rey's face. After all atleast for a couple of days, his baby sister will live away from him, and there would be no romance which is a plus point for Swayam. He smirked evilly at his best friend,
"Main samjh sakta hu jijaji, apne room mein chale?"
Rey looked at him with a sarcastic and dead look, before shrugging his hand off and walking to their room with his luggage leaving Swayam snickering behind.
