"Miss Alex, ito na po lahat ng kailangan nyo. Pero saan nyo ilalagay ang mga ito?" Tanong ng isang lalaking sa tingin ko ay kasing edad ni si Isaac.
"May kasamahan akong lumabas para kumuha ng truck. May construction site kaming nakita. Let's just wait for them"
"O-Okay po Miss Alex" he said nervously.
"What's wrong?" I asked when i saw him act so strange. He check the surroundings from time to time.
"Miss, nasan yung ibang mga kasama mo? Yung mga lalaki nasan?"
"Sila ang inuutusan kong kumuha ng mga trucks. Bakit ho? May problema ba?"
He stared at me in shock and in distressed. I can also see pity in his eyes.
"Hindi na dapat kayo nagpunta dito Miss Alex. Si Isaac at ang grupo niya ay hindi mabubuting tao. Kailangan nyong tumakas dito"
"I know, but we need these medical euipments. What is your name? What do you do before?" I asked curiously. Someone like him should be part of Isaac's team. I can see that he has strong physique inside his thin and tall body.
"Dati akong university basketball coach. Ang tawag nila sa akin ay Ron"
I nodded.
"How many are they in Isaac's team?"
He looked at me in confusion.
"63, kasama na si Isaac at ilang grupong nakahalo sa grupo namin para mag spy"
I looked at him in surprise.
"How did you know someone's spying on you?"
He smiled at me after lifting an equipment.
"Hindi sila marunong umarte. Mas magagaling pang gumawa ng play ang ang basketball team ko kesa sa kanila"
I laugh and looked at him in amusement.
"It's easy for you to enter Isaac's group. What's stopping you?"
He stopped and looked at me and smiled. I was frozen in my spot when i saw extreme hatred in his eyes. The smile on his lips and hatred in his eyes doesn't match at all. If it's other people who see it, they will be frightened. He didn't answer me and continued lifting.
"Miss Alex, alam kong mabubuti kayong tao ng mga kasama mo. Kaya kung sana, tumakas na kayo ngayon palang. Hindi mabuting tao si Isaac at mga kasama nya. Nakita namin kung paano nila tratuhin ang mga kababaihan. Mag iingat ka. Kung noon, kinaiingitan ang mga taong may magagandang mukha. Iba na ngayon. Ipapahamak ka lang nito"
"Naiintindihan ko. Hindi ako bulag. Sa panahon ngayon, hindi lang mga halimaw sa labas ang kalaban. The most frigthening enemy in apocalypse is human, not the zombies"
"Kung ganon, umalis na kayo!" He couldn't contain his own emotion and almost shouted it. Mabuti nalang walang nakapansin.
"Coach, do you know. Our base is like 8 hours away from here. "
He looked at me in surprise. Maybe because i called him Coach or the fact that our base is too far from here.
"A-Anong sinasabi mo? Nagbibiro ka ba?"
"I am serious."
He looked at me in shocked. He couldn't speak and stared at me with wide eyes.
"Don't underesrimate us. Do you think we can travel and reach this base, because of luck? No. We killed all the way here. We killed monsters, and we also killed people. Those wicked people doesnt deserve to live at all. If I let them live, the consequence in the future will be huge. I want to uproot them before they became great villains"
I left and didn't spare him another glance.
Isaac.
This person needs to die.
For a few hours of observation, I already concluded this base as trash. For a base of more than two hundred people, they failed to overturned 63 evils. Their eyes are dead ~ No will to fight at all. Only Coach Ron is different. I can see his eyes burning with determination. I know he can escape but chose to stay. Even Eli, chose to escape this hell. Why does he wants to stay here?
If Isaac is not evil, I will be impressed. Magandang ideyang piliin ang lugar na to as a base. The walls are enough to protect the people inside. Because this is a private hospital, the buildings are new and clean. It has one entrance and exit. Before the apocalypse, this hospital was built for wealthy people.
How did they cleared this building? Isaac's group are skilled?
"Nandito ka lang pala Alex. Nasa labas na si Dylan dala yung truck"
"How about the others"
"They are on the way to Scarr's base. Can they do it?"
I laugh at Monica.
"We're talking about the Trio here. Let's not talk about Seb and iSen. Ice can annihilate them singlehandedly"
"Ughh you're right! Yung yelong yon ay abnormal. Did he learned to kill when he's at his mom's womb?"
"Asked him"
"Nevermind. So kailan tayo magsisimula?Kanina pa ako nandidiri sa mga mata nila. Are they treating us as stupid??"
Right. They are looking at us with meaning. It's as if we already met our end and we are their prisoners.
"Let's start now. Just follow Lyka, she will know if it's time to kill" She nodded before leaving.
I was about to go to Isaac when six people surrounded me. I tried so hard to stop myself from laughing.
"What is the meaning of this?" I asked in fake angry tone.
They looked at me with greed and lust.
"Sa tingin nyo, pwede ishare ni Boss ang babaeng to? First time kong makakita ng ganto kagandang babae sa buhay ko"
"Duda akong hindi. Obsess sa isang ito si boss"
"Kapag nagsawa na si Boss, baka pwedeng tayo naman diba? Hahaha!"
Disgusting! Are they treating me as deaf??
"When was the last time you took a bath? You stink!" I asked them while holding my nose
"Aba! Siraulo ka ah! Akala mo siguro hindi ko maiintindihan! Halika dito, dadalhin ka namin kay boss" he tried to touch me but I evaded him. Those hands are dirty!
I looked around and saw other people looking at me with pity, while others are just watching like they are used to it already.
"Don't you ever touch me or else I will kill you!. People like you are the most disgusting!"
the guy who seems like the leader of the group glared at me and grit his yellow teeth.
"Kunin nyo sya! Pero wag nyong sasaktan kung hindi tayo ang malalagot kay boss"
I didn't wait for them to touch me. I already jumped and stab the nearest person in the head.
"Ugh!" He didn't have the chance to talk at all. When i let him go, I looked at the others. They all looked shocked and step back frightened.
"hindi ba sabi ko, 'wag nyo akong hahawakan?" Sabi ko habang dahan dahang lumalapit sa kanila. I don't know why, but I am smiling in excitement.
"Wag kang lalapit! Sumunod ka ng maayos sa amin, kung hindi , 'tong baril ang makakalaban mo. Kung sa tingin mong natatakot kami nagkakamali ka"
I looked at his face and looked to his trembling knees.
Not scared huh?
"How about let the guns down and I'll let you live?" I asked while smiling at him.
Strange. They looked more terrified when i smiled at them. I'm giving them a chance, why do they look like that?
Bang!
I didn't move an inch. The bullet passed at the side of my neck and hit the wall at my back. When he saw that he didn't hit me, he shoot again.
It's a pity that his markmanship is trash. I also notice the others preparing to shoot. Too bad, it's too late. I just stepped aside to avoid the bullet , pulled the gun inside my jacket and then shoot consecutively.
In just a few seconds, four of them died with a gaping hole on their head.
"This is how you shoot" i said and smile at him. He fell down to the ground terrified. I frowned when i looked at his wet pants.
"Wag! Wag mo akong patayin. Sumusunod lang ako kay Boss. Patawarin mo ako. Hindi na ako lalaban. Parang awa mo na!" He pleaded with snot and tears.
"Nag sisisi kana ba? What are your sins?"
"Oo! Nag sisisi na ako! Wag mo akong patayin!"
I glared at him.
"What are your sins? Don't make me ask again!"
"O-Oo, Oo! Isa akong kriminal, marami akong pinatay at ginahasa. Nag sisisi na ako! Nagsisisi ako. Humihingi ako ng tawad. " He cried so hard while slumped in the ground.
Hehe. This fucker.
Bang!
"Apology accepted. Say hello to the king of hell" I whispered.
I slowly cleaned my dagger using his clothes. When i am already satisfied, i smiled and slipped it inside my boots.
"If apology can make the dead live, make the injured heal and make those women cleaned again ~ how happy the world will be. Am i correct?" I looked at them with smiles.
"..."

Eleiza's POV
I looked at Alex with complex emotion. This person is different than last night. I can feel that she's kind and warm, but when she kills ~ she's coldhearted and merciless.
But she's right. Sana lahat maaayos ng simpleng pag hingi ng tawad. Sana kayang itama at ibalik ang lahat ng pagkakamali ng pagsisisi.
I watch her stare with cold eyes and sweet smiles. Her face looked so beautiful making us breathless. She looks like a wild rose, beautiful but full of torns. Just what kind of hell did she experience to have this expressions? This doesnt match her age and looks at all. The way she fought that monster and kills people looks so normal and fun for her! Who the hell is she?!
"Your base has 245 survivors, they are only 63! You all need to wake up! If you want to live in the new era, you need to be strong and useful! If you're not strong, then be smart! I will kill Isaac's group, those who wants to remove their shackles come forward. Those who wants to be slaves and bystanders forever, hide and stay wherever you are"
I look around and saw them fidgeting and avoiding Alex' gaze.
"M-Miss, gusto rin naming lumaban pero mahina kami. May mga anak kami, mga bata pa sila. Wala kaming choice kung hindi sumunod" Lakas loob na sabi ng isang babae. I remember her, she lost his husband early and only have her son with her.
"Tama sya, madaling sabihin para sayo dahil mahusay kang makipaglaban at sanay ka ng pumatay. Ibahin mo kami. Hindi kami mamamatay tao!"
"Anong laban namin sa kanila? May mga armas sila. Suicide ang sinasabi mo!"
Alex nodded and looked at them.
"Fighting is not just about picking weapons and killing. You can fight using your brains. You can fight with your words. As long as you have the determination, as long as you are united ,you can fight them all! How long can you stomach them kill and rape all of your loved ones? Hanggang kailan kayo magugutom habang sila busog at nag sasaya? At pano nyo nasisigurong mapoprotektahan nyo ang mga bata mula sa kanila? Many years from now, they can be another person who will be thrown to the zombies as a sacrifice. Or they can be another girl who will be another sex slaves for their bosses! Don't wait! You need to be strong! If not physically, at least mentally. There's no law, no one will rescue and protect you from harm! Don't be a fucking bystanders! Because bystanders are coward! When they attacked me, did anyone from you thought of helping me? No! Because you all are cowards! You heard what he did right? He killed and raped people! The people he killed and raped can be your daughter, your wife , your niece , your friend, your family! Just what the hell are you waiting for?!"
I burst out crying with her words. I remembered my brother. If someone stood up and helped, he should be alive now. He was sacrificed to save others. Even though they know it was wrong, they didn't speak out. They became mute and scared. But what if everyone was brave enough to fight and reasoned out? My brother should still be alive today!
I wiped my tears and walk in front of Alex. She looked at me and smiled.
"My brother should still be alive if I tried to fight from the start, Alex. Now that i don't have anyone now, it's useless to live. At least I can avenge my brother right?" I said and picked up the gun that they are using earlier. My hands trembled because of the cold weapon. It's heavy but i felt more confident. When i look around again, i saw a few people in front of Alex. My eyes shine because i know these people!
They are the original leaders of the base. They are the one who cleared the hospital! If it wasn't because they trusted Isaac, they will still be the leaders of the base. Others don't know them but it doesnt mean i don't! The leader Ron, is kind and trustful, but he is a good leader.
"Coach Ron, pick up the weapons. You know what to do"
They knew each other!
"Okay. Pero bago ang lahat, tinanong mo ako kanina kung bakit hindi pa ako tumatakas sa lugar na 'to. Ito ang dahilan. Gusto kong bawiin ang base. Pinaghirapan ng grupo naming itayo ang base na ito. Dugot pawis ang tinaya namin para malinis ang lugar na ito. Maraming buhay ang nawala para mabigyan ng tirahan ang pamilya namin at ibang mga tao. Hindi ako aalis hanggat hindi ko ito nababawi. Tulungan mo kami Alex" I almost cried again. He's right. I remembered how they closed the gate and entered and killed all the zombies inside! They are like warlords fighting with a couple of guns, baseball bats and knives!
Tiningnan ko si Alex, at nakitang gulat itong nakatingin kay Leader Ron. Her eyes are shining. It's as if she found diamond. She laugh out loud. If she's not beautiful, i will call her crazy.
"Distribute the weapons Coach Ron, ask the others to pick up anything they can use. Eli, bitawan mo yang baril, sino nagsabing sasabak ka sa gyera? You're not trained yet, go inside the building and lock the kids, elderly and women in a safe place. Don't go out without my permission!"

"I-I want to fight too!"
"Fool! Get inside now!"
Tarantang binitawan ko ang baril at pinapasok ang iba sa loob. May mga ibang nagpaiwan sa labas pero hinayaan ko nalang. Nilock ko ang entrance ng building.
"sundan nyo ako sa pantry area!"
Agad naman silang sumunod kaya nakahinga ako ng maluwag.
"Doc Eli, nandito na silang lahat. Ni lock ko na ang main door" sabi ng assistant at kaibigan kong si Naomi.
"That's good to hear. Now we will wait"
"Doc, p-pano kung.. Natatakot ako" My heart softened when i saw her cry. She's one of the best intern in our hospital before the apocalypse. If i didn't protected her and threatened to kill myself, baka kung ano ng ginawa nila sa kanya. She's not as beautiful as Alex, but she's still pretty. Some of the survivor who's still pretty decided to sell their body to eat bread. But we can't do that!
"It's okay. Trust me, that girl is amazing. She can save us. She told me , she will bring us to their base. They care about their members. Do you know, they trade 10 sacks of rice for medical supplies. They wanted to treat their injured members. They are not like Issac who will let us die without treatment. She also have a group with her. Kahit di ko pa sila nakikita, sigurado akong they are as skilled as Alex"
She looked at me in shock. She stopped crying.
"Talaga? Thank you Doc. Let's go with them!"
I was about to talk when someone beside me laugh.
"Fool! Do you think a bunch of kids can defeat Isaac? Don't forget they have Boss Scarr"
I glared at him.
"Director, don't talk nonesense. Sa mga panahong ngayon, dapat mas pinapalakas mo ang loob naming lahat!"
"Hahaha! Do you think i am like you? Isaac is not stupid. Among us, he has spies. Kahit i-lock mo ang main door, your enemy is inside this room! Hahaha!"
I froze. I looked at everyone and they went pale.
"y-you. Traitor!"
"Doc, don't get me wrong. We need to do anything to survive. At isa pa, i am one of Isaac's people from the beginning. He is smart enough to know that some of you might rebel. Boys, don't hide anymore!"
From the crowd, i saw at least ten people holding gun and knives. They have hostage in their hands.
"That's my son! Don't hurt him!"
"Wag ang anak ko!"
I trembled when i saw them bring some of the kids on their side.
"Director! Don't do this! Don't hurt the children!" i pleaded.
"Doc, you are really stupid. If you surrendered from the beginning and became Isaac's woman, your brother will not die. You can eat food and rest well. But since you pleaded, i will not hurt them. But you need to do one thing for me" he said while looking at me like a hungry wolf. "Be my woman. I won't treat you bad"
I shivered and felt all of my hair in my body stood up. This pervert is looking at my whole body lecherously making me want to throw up. This bald and bloated belly director is really evil!
"No! Wag doc!" Naomi cried and hugged me.
"Ho? This one is also pretty! How about the two of you serve me obediently?"
"Shut up! Don't touch her!" i shouted in anger. I looked around and talked "sampu lang sila, kaya natin lumaban. Let's fight them!" I shouted pleadingly. They are my only hope. If we fight together, we may have a chance.
"Subukan nyo!" They raised their guns and aimed it at everyone.
I almost cried when they all looked down and sat cowardly.
I sighed and surrendered.
"P-Pumapayag na ako. But you need to promise not to hurt Naomi and the children!"
"Don't do this! You're not human anymore! She saved your lives before! Her brother was sacrificed to save you! Why are you doing this! She's a good person, don't do this!" Naomi cried and shouted in anger.
"Miss kung kami ang nasa katayuan mo gagawin ko rin para maligtas ang mga bata. Kaso hindi naman ako ang napili nya, kaya tanggapin mo na"
"Gawin mo nalang Miss, sex lang naman yan. Di ka naman mamamatay"
"Kasalanan nyo rin kasi nakinig kayo dun sa babae. Kung hindi kayo nag rebelde hindi mangyayari to. Sumunod nalang kayo sa pinaguutos nila. Wag mo na kaming idamay!"
I felt Naomi trembled in anger. We both undertand now. Human will do everything to survive.
It's okay Naomi. I think this is my fate. And i almost abandoned you last night. If you knew, you will resent me. Because without me, you will suffer.
I looked around and saw them avoiding my eyes. Alex is right, kahit napakarami namin ngayon at sampu lamang sila, hindi nila kayang lumaban. Because they are coward! Why did i even bother saving them before? And why bother saving them today? If it wasn't because of the children, i won't do this!
"Hahaha strip naked now!" He ordered. But i didnt move at all. "Alright, Let me do it!"
I closed my eyes when i saw his hand reaching out to me.

Huh?!
I opened my eyes in surprise and saw his body fell beside me. His head has a hole between his eyes, blood flowing from it.
"S-sino ka --" he didn't finish what he is saying. He fell down with the same hole in his head.
Consecutive gunshots was heard inside the pantry area. Those men hostaging the children didn't have the chance to fight back. One of them tried to use the kid as a shield but it didn't work. His head was hit without any obstruction at all. This markmanship is amazing!
"Is there anymore spies here?" a beautiful girl ask in a very lazy tone. She's holding a gun in each of her hands and eating a lollipop at the same time. It's as if she didn't killed people at all. She's wearing uniform as Alex!
"You. You're saying something earlier? I think you're a spy. I need to kill you" She coldly aimed the gun at the people who talked before.
"H-Hindi! Hindi kami spies!"
"Oo m-miss. Hindi kami kagaya nila!"
"Miss nadala lang kami ng emosyon kanina"
Halos sabay sabay nilang bigkas. Tiningnan ko yung kagrupo ni Alex. Bored na bored itong nakatingin dun sa tatlo habang sipsip pa rin yung lollipop.
"If you don't want to help, just close your eyes. Why bother talking? I'm not as merciful as Alex. It's easier to kill than save people like you"
Bang! Bang! Bang!
"oops. Nadala lang din ako ng emosyon ~ Is there any spies here??"
I was shock while looking at her. I am trembling in fear and excitement. I don't know what to feel. I am grateful that she saved me, but fear her for killing people like it's normal! Those people are not armed.
"Wala ng spies? Maybe all of you are spies? Maybe i should kill you all." She smiled crazily while looking at us.
A chill run through my spine. This girl is scary!
"H-Hindi ako spy!"
"What's your name?"
"O-Oscar" he answered trembling
"Good name. How old are you?"
"29"
"Guess how old am i?"
He went silent and then answered
"nineteen?"
"Right. You're older than me, and here you are pissing you're pants like a child!"
I saw him looked down and ashamed.
"Hindi nyo pwedeng irason na marunong kaming makipaglaban at kayo hindi. Don't even reason out that we are strong and you are weak and afraid to fight. We are skilled and stronger than you because we fought with our lives outside for a year! We killed those freaks and people outside and trained ourselves to die! There's no weak people, there are cowards! " She sat and opened another lollipop and eat it.
"She's so cool!" I heard Naomi exclaimed. I admit , she's really cool. But Alex is cooler!
"you are Eli right?" I was shocked when i saw her beside me. I didn't even notice her moving! She was just sitting there!
"Y-Yes!"
Inabot nya sa akin ang baril pati na rin kay Naomi.
"Protect yourselves. I will help the others clean up. Hey Oscar, this gun is yours. Don't piss your pants again!"
"Y-Yes!"
"If there are more spies, i will just bomb this building or just let those zombies in to have a feast. Don't even try me"
Her voice was heard in the hallway and her back dissapear from our sight. I looked at the others sighing in relief. When they saw me watching, they avoided my eyes in guilt.
"Naomi, we will leave this place today. I will bring you, steve and frank with me. They need our medical skills at their base. "
"Okay! I will follow you!"
I smiled and pat her head. I really hope that their base will welcome us. I really don't want something like this happening again. I hope that the leader has a good heart and can protect their people well.
Scarr's POV
Fuck! Who are these people?!
"Boss, tatlo lang sila pero halos maubos na lahat ng tao natin!"
"Anong balita kay Isaac?"
"Boss, wala pa. Pero sa tingin ko tumba na ang grupo nila. Yung tatlong naka uniforme na umaatake ngayon ay umambush sa grupo natin na papunta sa campo ni Isaac! Mukhang natunugan na nila ang plano natin!"
"This stupid Isaac! Hindi nag iingat! Yung mga armas natin naitago nyo ba ng maayos?"
"Yes Boss! pero mukhang hindi natin kakayanin ang tatlong iyon! Boss, lahat asintado. Walang laban ang mga tao natin. Anong gagawin natin?!"
I have fewer men than Isaac. But we have a lot of cold weapons making us invinsible. Who would've thought that we will just end like this!
"Let's go. Tingnan natin kung gaano sila kalalakas!"
I aimed my gun and prepare to fire.
"Where are they?"
"Yun nga Boss. Sobrang bilis nila at kayang ilagan ang mga bala. Kaya din nilang makapagtago agad. Para silang mga trained special forces. Kung hindi ko lang nakitang mga teenagers sila, baka yun na ang naisip ko"
Teenagers?! That's what Isaac said. How can these kids fight like this?!
"Boss ayun!"
I aimed my gun and fire. The guy ran in zigzag avoiding my bullets, but he didn't stop shooting at all sides.
"Ugh!"
Sunod na tumumba ang mga tauhan ko na para bang shooting target na walang kalaban laban
"These kids are mosnters!"
I turned back and decided to escape. As long as they can't find the weapons storage, i will come back.
"Boss ugh!"

My only right hand died in front of my eyes. And we can't even fight them. I continued to ran and escape.
"Wanna escape?"
I froze and looked at the guy in front of me. He's looking at me with cold black eyes. He's not even aiming his gun at me, but i am so scared because of his killing intent. His aura is suffocating. I only experience this powerful aura before when i accidentally met the country's most wanted mafia Lord before the apocalypse. I'm just a bar owner during that time who happened to have a few followers. I didn't expect someone this young to have the same domineering aura. This is an aura of a person who killed hundreds of people before. No wonder, we lost.
"What do you want?"
"I need the weapons. Don't waste time"
"And if i don't give it to you?"
He looked at me. My scalp went numb. And I also felt so cold. Just what the hell is this? I am so scared with just his stare.
"I won't tell you. I'll show you " i tried to run but, i felt a cold wind passed beside me. The next thing i knew was, my neck being hold tightly and being dragged outside the gate.
"W-What are y-you doing! Don't"
"Your men should know where the weapons are. For now, I will play with you. I wanted you to experience turning into a monster slowly, then i will kill you"
"N-Noooo! Sasabihin ko na! nandon sa kwarto ko. May underground wine cellar doon"
"Show me"
