behind our ancient town church.
i seethe,
the storm in my mind
can crush you down, my love :

from this grotesque delirium.
i am wrecked,
like the titanic ;
but i'd be content

north atlantic escapade.
so tell me,
would you even dare,
to step into this
ghoulish misery ─
to become my salvation?
