So this a different method to the previous Stair method but it is quite similar.
- Once you have gotten ready and lying in your bed visualize some stairs leading upwards. Their can be as many as you want just make it reasonably long.
- Each step you take, think of a memory in your CR it can be good or bad
- When you reach the top of the stairs the are more stairs leading back down. Each step you take downwards think of your DR (and say affirmations if you would like to)
- When you reach the bottom you see your comfort character from your DR and they take your hand and say "are you ready to go home" and you reply with "yes". They lead you to a door and once again when the door is opened light emerges from it. Step forward into the door when you feel ready and feel the light against your body.
-You can either fall asleep and wake up in your DR or you can open your eyes when you know you've arrived in your DR (smelling you scent that you scripted etc)
