This method I use with another method as it is very simple and I feel like it's not powerful enough to bring me to my DR.

- First get ready (check out my "get ready" chapter if you haven't already as it might help). 

- Put your script underneath your pillow (or you can hug it) and lie in you bed. 

- Make sure your comfortable

- Think of your DR and say affirmations

And that's it, super duper easy! <3 Happy shifting
