I was just salty I'd have to live on campus Freshman year
before I could live with Feebs and Page off campus.
All I saw was a ditzy girl
rushing for a sorority.
I made assumptions
before you spoke.
I assigned you stereotypes
before I learned
of your internal wounds.
That wasn't right of me to do.
Nor is it ever ok for others to.
You're more than
what others think of you.

what you present yourself as.
People will always see you
as this bombshell with legs for days and a snatched waist.
But I will always see you as the first woman who comforted me after my first transphobic comment.
