Leo's POV
As I put on my cape, I looked at the time incase I wouldn't arrive late. Miss Nebula had strangely invited us all to attend this 'tour' to a unkown place. Personally, I find it very..suspicious?
Why the hell would Miss Nebula invite her least favourite class to some random fucking place in halloween?! Does she want us to get kidnapped by ghosts?
Not that they are real nor do I believe in such tales. To me, they're seemingly fake, just created to scare the souls of little kids.
As I walked over to my jewerelly box, I got out my golden crown, it looked like as if it were glowing as light reflected onto it. I carefully placed it on my head, making sure it wouldn't ruin my high volumnous hair.
You might've guessed by now, yeah, I'm a queen. Not that this even looked like a costume to me since I am royalty to myself each day. I could care less if I get called a narcissist, it's not my fault I look incredibly gorgeous!
I heard a knock on my door as I muffled a "come in"
Much to my surprise, my bestfriend Virgo, came in as excited as ever. Halloween is her favourite holiday afterall
"Hey Leo! You ready to walk to whatever cruel thing miss Nebula has planned for us?" She jokingly said
"Ofcourse! If she ever dare lay a hand on my outfit I won't hesitate to bring this back hand to her face!" I proudly stated

As we made our way down the corridor, the silhouette of Miss Nebula and our class could be spotted. It was infact easy to spot miss Nebula. Tall, broad, cold eyes, a blunt manner which I was all too familliar with, it was impossible for me to not recognise her
"Leo & Virgo, took you both a while to show up" Miss Nebula said as she glared at us, clearly very impatient.
"Sorry, we were a bit busy" Virgo said apoligetically
"She uses that excuse all the time" Capricorn rolled his eyes as Virgo made a face at him, clearly annoyed.
"Right.. so, I've booked a very old mansion, with possibly treasurous exhibits inside of it. The thing is, you can't take any of the items as I'll be heavily fined if you do so. Tho, a certain someone has set tasks for you, unless you finish them, you'll be able to get out. Goodbye" Miss Nebula sprinted, leaving the 14 of us dumbfounded
Taurus walked up to the door, reading a note miss had left before abandoning us.
"Group 1: Capricorn, Virgo, Pisces and me.." She stared at the piece of paper that she held firmly in her hand.
"Wait, I'm in a group with him?!" Virgo scowled, pointint in disgust at Capricorn who also seemed to disagree with this layout.
"I wouldn't want to be in a group with this bitch either, all she does is moan and complain, pick an argument with me become so self confident, it's sickening!" He huffed
"You guys do realize you've FINALLY agreed on something? Don't wanna be in eachother's groups?" Sagittarius pointed out as Gemina gasped
"Genius!" Aries fist-bumped Sagi
"Don't try to play smart over here, I'd never agree with a bastard!" Virgo exclaimed
"You two, just shut up I'm trying to watch my tellanovella over here" Libra said with his phone to his face
"Who the fuck watches a tellanovella in the middle of a possibly haunted house?" Gemini said
"Me. Now if Virgo and Capricorn want to continue flirting with eachoter then please go to another room" As Libra said that, Virgo & Capricorn glared at him in rage & disgust. Tho their faces were flushed.
"Alright uh.. I'll just read out the remaining grou-"
"No thanks, you don't read clearly nor loud enough" Gemina interrupted Cancer, who just stood there quietly, a frown plastering her face.
"I'll read it" Ophiuchus volunteerd as Libra's eyes shot straight up, his tellanovella paused.
"No way I'm letting a bastard like you read, you'd literally change up the groups! Or lie about everything" He glared as Ophiuchus rolled his eyes
"I'll read" Pisces said. Everyone seemed alright with that as we all knew the kind soul Pisces was.
"Group 2: Sagittarius, Gemini, Leo & Aquarius" I smiled at the group I was put in. I got along with everyone and it'd be nice to have a chat with them
"Group 3: Aries, Libra & Ophiuchus"
Libra grinned hearing the mention of Aries' name, but scowled at Ophiuchus. Aries however, absolutely dreaded the thought of Libra in her group. He'd non-stop flirt with her until she was redder than her own hair, but ofcourse, as the tsundere she is, she claims she gets red due to being "angry" or "mad". However, she was glad that Ophiuchus was in her group.
"I can't stand this being near this dimwit" Aries gritted her teeth
"Atleast this dimwit is your favourite dimwit" Libra winked at her as she
fiercely glared at him, annoyed as usual.
"Correction: least favourite" Aries shot back
"Ouch. That hurt, didn't have to be so cruel chica~" He got even closer to her as she attempted to push him away, which she failed to do so.
"Keep your distance Libra, there's a global pandemic going on and once again leave her alone" Ophiuchus sneered
"Nobody asked you, lowlife. You're the perfect example of an accidental pregnancy!" Libra glared at him as I chocked on my water, errupting in laughter while Ophiuchus stuck his tongue out at him.
"Alright, the last group is pretty obvious. Gemina, Cancer and Scorpio" Aquarius stated
"Also, miss Nebula wrote down in bold 'No pranks' which I'm assuming is towards Gemini and Sagittarius?" Scorpio pointed out
"Let's just do whatever in our groups"

Taurus' POV
As we walked into a room (finally after Virgo & Capricorn had stopped bickering) I picked up another note with literally no writing in it at all
"Guys I found this letter bu-" as I got interrupted, the letter started to float and a incredibly confusing poem appeared
"In shock, you may all be, let's play this little game but do not flee. The task awaiting for you could be your biggest do, a vintage locket, hiding in the mansion, awaiting for it's first touch in glancion. Your task as it should be, find out this riddle with glee.
Your sincerely, A" Pisces read out loud
"A vintage locket?" Capricorn raised an eyebrow
"Let's just search for it" I said, leading the way as Pisces followed on.
Virgo's POV
As I was about to walk, I felt myself trip on the old carpet as I shut my eyes tight, ready for the dusty unhygienic floor to destroy my face.
As I slowly opened my eyes, I felt myself on top of someone. I looked down, seeing a shocked Capricorn. It took him a few seconds to return to his usual cold, emotionless attitude.
"Get off of me!" He ordered as I snapped out of my thoughts, glaring at him. He then looked at my wrist as he raised an eyebrow
"Is that bracelet apart of your costume?" He asked as I looked at him in confusion. A bracele-
I looked at my wrist and squinted my eyes. That wasn't a bracelet.. it was the locket we were looking for!
"It's the locket! I might've tripped on it" I said amazed
"This means I'm a better detective than you, and it also proves my logical statements & the fact that I'm more intelligent!" I said, grinning
"This doesn't mean anything" Capricorn huffed
"A real detective finds it out by themselves, not through luck!" He glared

Gemini's POV
As I stared in shock, the mysterious letter disappeared just like that, in a poof! Honestly, my custom feels like a joke. I'm a wizard this year, yet I couldn't make miss Nebula disappear! Tho I did feel a little disappointed. No pranks were allowed inside the mansion, yet I just got into a war!
"Erm.. let's just do the tasks.. I gues-"
Leo got interrupted as the lights went off, I felt a force push me, my eyes widening in confusion. I could see Leo rush down to Aquarius while Sagittarius just stood still for a second, comprehending what had just happened. As she did, the comb we were looking for fell down, out of thin as it seemed. I gasped in amazement
"You guys, this rusty comb just fell down" Sagittarius gasped, holding it carefully in her hands
"It's the comb for our task!" Aquarius exclaimed
"Did we really just complete this under 5 minutes?" Leo said, amazed while Sagittarius just nodded.

Libra's POV
I stood still, examining the room I was in. It looked like a jail cell, I could clearly see rotten skulls laying in one of the cells, dusty and untouched.
"Alright, since our task is to find an old hat.." Aries paused before she continued
"It should be your priority and you work on it as fast as possible, the sooner we get out and I could leave" She bitterly hissed as I chuckled
"There's no need to be so harsh, chica" I grinned
"Once again, don't call her that" Ophiuchus glared at me, as I rolled my eyes.
"Since when did this conversation concern you?" I asked in a very sour tone
"Ever since defending people is my job. You're making her uncomftorable rather than fluttering her!" He stated
"Shut up, no one would ever 'employ' someone as delusional as you" I commented
As he was about to speak, the lights started flickering on and off, as this mysterious noise were heard. I could hear Aries and Ophiuchus gasp in shock as I remained calm and unbothered, It wasn't that big of a deal.Tho I could feel someone hug me from behind, so I decided to sneak a glance much to my curiosity. As I did, I met pair of amber eyes that I was all too familiar with. My little ram just stood there, in fear which absolutely shocked me.
Aries wasn't the type of girl to get scared, she'd be the one scaring people instead. Ophiuchus however, sat there in a corner by himself, whispering "mommy" and lullabies to keep himself sane. Eventually, the light returned
"I didn't expect you to get scared nor freak out like that, sunshine" I teased
"I didn't get scared! I was just practising my acting. And that was a one time thing!" Aries said while gritting her teeth. I could tell she was lying but decided to let it slip, for now.
"Can't you just leave her alone?" Ophiuchus complained again
"Go call your mom for that, mommy's boy" I sighed, while his eyes widened in embarrassment
From the corner of my eye, I could see a peculiar hat had appeared. I knew exactly what it was

Cancer's POV
"This place is so dusty" Gemina complained
"Probably because it's a victorian mansion which hasn't been used?" Scorpio pointed out in a matter of factly
"Wow, I didn't know that! Clever thinking, Scorpio" She hugged him as I watched, a heavy feeling filling my chest as if I were about to suffocate.
Scorpio noticed and asked in concern if I were alright, to which I responded by nodding, a fake smile plastering my face. If you ask me, not even I knew what was wrong with me.
After a while, we had all decided it was best for us to go to another room. As we did, the door closed on us. I stared at the lock, mortified as shock had completely took control of my emotions
I tried to open up the door in desperate attempt but it was no use, it wouldn't open!
"Great job Cancer, now we're going to have to spend the night here thanks to you!" Gemina said, raising her voice
"I'm going to try and get out of here. This is your fault afterall" She continued, tho a few minutes later she disappeared
I looked down, I could feel tears forming in my eyes. Scorpio decided to reassure me that it wasn't my fault but it was no use.
"Come on, don't let the bitch get to you. It wasn't your fault"
"It was my fault tho.." I suddenly felt my legs numb as I sat on the floor, covering my face as I chocked a few sobs.
I felt gentle hands lift my chin up as I was met with Scorpio's concerned expression, which I definitely didn't expect from him.
"It wasn't. Gemina is just being salty and besides, there's no need to listen to her uncalled for opinions."
As he said that, I felt much more calmer than before. My eyes feeling heavier and heavier with every blink, I shut them peacefully.

"That was a one time thing!" Aries said with frustration
