-Saying affirmations when you're trying to shift is like manifesting to the universe that you're in your DR or that you are shifting.
-There are "I am" affirmations("I am shifting" etc.) but there are also Identity Affirmations. Identity affirmations are statements about your DR. Saying them basically confirms that they are true facts about you and your DR. These statements are like " I am (insert your name)" "I am (insert DR age)" "I was born (insert DR birthday)" etc.
