White noise enables the user to make someone they focus on only they can hear, including themselves. It can also be magnified if the user chooses to do so via concentration. They can adjust the volume and pitch of the white noise, making it a dangerous quirk that can leave some deaf. White Noise can make one who hears it fearful, anxious, relaxed, tired, and other (sometimes somewhat troubling) emotions.

Quirk Side Effects:
White Noise can make the user drowsy after using their quirk for a long time and can make the user faintly hear white noise for a certain amount of time if overused. Deafness can also occur, depending on how much the quirk was used.
