Genesis
After a few hours, there's a knock at the door. I'm laying on my bed on my phone. I get up and open the door and it's Liam.
"Why did you leave like that?! You worried everyone." He says moving me aside and closing the door quickly.
"Why would you care anyways?" I say as I sit on my bed and look up at him.
"Because it could had cost me my job." He says, looking frustrated.
"Oh you mean the job your trying to get rid of? The job that you absolutely can't stand because of me?" I say rolling my eyes.
"What are you talking about?" He says sitting down next to me.
"I heard what you told my dad! I'm sorry if your the only person on this base that actually listens to me." I turn away from him.
"Why did you follow us." I can see his jaw clenching under the mask.
"Doesn't matter." I get up and go to my closet.
I look for my black dress with the slit in it.
"I had a reason." He says following me into the closet.
"Oh really? I don't want to hear it." I flip through hangers until I find it.
"Listen to me. Me being your body guard isn't the best thing for either of us." He says holding on to my shoulders so I stop and look at him.
"Let go." I say and twist out of his arms.
"Genesis." He says standing there waiting for me to give in.
"I can talk to him about getting you a new position. So don't worry about it." I say as I go through my jewelry box.
He sighs and runs his hands through his hair.
"Get out. I'm getting dressed." I say and trying to push his out.
"Wait." He tries to stop me.
"Seriously just go." I open the door for him.
He walks out and leans up against the other side of the door.
I put on the black dress.
I sit at the vanity and curl my hair.
I look at my phone and the time is 8:13 pm.
I lock my door.
Of course I know all the hidden routes the members use to escape. So I take one. It leads all the way out to the front gate.
I make a run for it and head out to the party Alina is throwing.

I'm leaning against the door waiting for her to open it. But she never does. I knock on the door and there's no answer.
"Genesis?" I ask in stern voice.
Nothing.
I slowly pull on the handle and the door is locked.
Quickly I radio people to get to her room.
I break the door open.
I look around with my gun but she's no where.
We are all looking around.
"She probably snuck out again." Says one of the other body guards.
I look in her closet and see a hidden trap door.
"How long has this been here?" I ask bending down and inspecting it.
"Ever since base has been made. It leads to the escape route." Replies one of them.
"I'm going after her." I say.
I go down the trap door and out towards the front gate.
She took one of the Range Rovers.
I get in the other one with the driver.
The radio goes off.
"Sending you her location."
"On it." I reply.
I start driving until I reach a house. Tons of cars are parked everywhere. I see the Range Rover.
I get out of the car and walk up the steps to the house.
It's dark outside. She could be anywhere. This is my fault. I stepped out and she left on my watch. If her father finds out he will kill me. Good thing he won't be back until Sunday. It's only Tuesday.
I open the door and the house is blasting music.
Tons of 18-20 year olds are dancing and talking with their red solo cups. Except their all dressed fancy.
I don't see her any where.
"Hey." I pull aside a kid.
"Woah, back off man." He says pulling away.
I grab him by the collar.
"Have you seen Genesis Carrera anywhere?" I say in a stern forceful voice.
He points in a direction of a table.
I walk over and I see Genesis dancing on the table.
You have got to be kidding me. No wonder this job pays higher than others.
I push past people. They are getting aggravated at me for pushing through them.
"Genesis!" I grab her hand. She's laughing until she sees me.
"Liam??" She asks resisting.
"Get down." I tell her.
"No. Go away." She says. She stands up and hits her head on the light.
"Ow." She falls back and I catch her.
"Are you ok?" I ask.
"Uhh I don't know." She says.
I lift her up and carry her through all these people.
"What's with the mask?" Someone asks.
I ignore them and take her out to the car.
"Go to the base. I'll meet you there." I tell the other driver.
He nods and does so.
"Are you drunk?" I ask her.
"Maybe." She replies.
I roll my eyes seat her down in the car that she took here.
"Wait are we leaving?" She asks.
"Yes." I say.
I pull out of the drive way.
"I can't believe you snuck out to come here." I say as I focus on the road.
"Well your just a bitch who is no fun." She laughs and rolls her head back.
I look over at her and she's staring at me.
"What?" I ask.
"I thought I liked you. But your just like the rest of them." She says.
I get unsteady by her words.
I keep driving until we get to the front gate.
"Liam..?" She asks. She looks sick. But still gorgeous as ever.
"What?" I ask in a stern voice, trying to stay in control.
"Do you like me? Because I like you. When you look at me I just want to kiss you." She says as she reaches out for me.
"Calm down." I say as I push her arm back.
Secretly though, I love this. And I do like her. But it could never happen. If anything did, her father would kill me.
Once I park the car, I get out and open the car door for her.
She gets out on her own but stumbles into my arms.
"I don't feel good." She says.
"Yeah I can tell." I say.
I try to get her up to her room.
As we're walking through the back patio she stops.
"What? What's wrong?" I ask still holding onto her.
She turns away and throws up in the grass.
I roll my eyes and hold back her hair.
She coughs and finishes.
"How much did you have?" I ask and she clings to me.
"I don't know." She says as she slurs her words.
I walk her up to her room.
The maid walks in and she grabs hold of her.
"I'll be right out with her." She says.
I nod and wait outside her door.
