(YURRRRTTT!!!!! Aye, before we get into this chapter just finna let y'all know I got a sequel and other stories in the same lane on the way for this one. But without further a do let's get into it)
Sweat trickled down my face in rapid speeds as I began to hyperventilate.
Is it just me or are the walls closing in on me? The sound caught in my throat as the bodily spasms began to take place.
I was looking every which way in this hoe as the sounds of innocence screams and panic fill the air around me. Was I conscious? I couldn't move.... I used the little strength I had to see Pimp trying to get to me while Ronnie was holding onto a wound.
This shit always seems to happen to me when I least expect it, I'm just glad the kids are safe.
I could feel my pulse calling a quits on me as Pimp was above me smacking my face while yelling something inaudible "S....n! S......EN! S....EAN! BABY!" He yelled over and over again while checking my pulse every couple minutes as Donnie came around and they hurriedly carried me away.
I felt like I was flying as my eyes began to droop only to earn a smack from Pimp who was on the verge of cussing up a storm right now.
Bullets are flying and mommas are crying it's not the first that it was a war going on in this neighborhood. I mean come on we live in a gang influenced area so this is normal.
But by now I was probably shot but not killed in action, in fact holding onto dear life as I was rushed into the hospital. Pimp was gone after arguing with the doctors to get me a room now and Donnie kept on sighing while watching my monitor as every breath I took caused me to cough.
A whole half of LA was engaged in a war that I didn't even know I started.
I stared off into space when I finally woke up to see the news "It is a complete massacre going on outside where we are getting the sky view from, this local neighborhood has been a victim of gang violence more so a war now so things aren't looking to hot right now as the chaos begins to spread across Los Angeles" she begins as shots could be heard from below while the camera man zoomed in to take the opportunity.
"We are in the eye of the chaos right now who civilians believe to have been New York king pin Lucian brown who has caused all this damage with video footage before it took off but back to you Karen with the weather" she finishes as I cringe at his name.
What a punk ass bitch he was!
Before
We were on our way to Airi's house to have a lil "chat" with her about our current situation.
When we arrived I noticed Pimp was waiting on us impatiently while glaring at me and Ronnie while we made our way around the car. "Let's get this shit over with" he growled in frustration while pulling out a pistol before handing us two something as well.
Pimp was preparing for something by the look in his eyes. He often spaced out and the only time I remembered seeing him like this was when one of his good ole pals from NY said that he wanted to kill me and Pimp cut ties with him after hearing it.
"Come on let's go" he nonchalantly said while walking into the house as if we weren't about to kill someone. But Airi was getting out of control and was a issue that needed to be solved before she gains power and tries to run me out of my turf.
My turf.
Yeah that's right. The only thing that mattered to me and why I really came back. I didn't come back to help those people I just came back to get back what belongs to me. It just so happens that my kids got involved and things started getting out there was why I cared, but to be honest how would Ray find that kind of dirt on me or even know where I was in the first place.
Airi.
It's always been Airi even after everything I've done for her.
And now since Rays dead she moves onto her next prey. She's just like a predator when she doesn't get her way, she was a thorn in my side and a person who needed to die years ago.
I thought over and over again about the situation and rage took over me as the more we walked into the house killing the individuals inside.
I clenched my free hand before snatching my phone out of my pocket as we ran upstairs. I called Liza who was at her house chilling with her twin boys and husband. "Sean? For what do I owe the pleasure" she said sarcastically as the sound of the boys rough housing and her husband yelling at them comes through the phone.
All my reason and morals went out the window "I got a favor that I want you to do for me" I said barely above a whisper so Ronnie and Pimp don't over hear me and I could practically hear the smirk in Liza's voice.
"What is it?" She asks "You know my number one rule, I want you to break it, eye for an eye" I said before hanging up and kicking down the door to see Airi smirking while standing next to some dark skin who is surrounded by a damn assembly of niggas with guns.
"Kris what a surprise" the dark skin stated while walking forward with a cocky smile before he spotted me "and Sean I'm surprised your still alive" he said with a eye roll as I heard some people yelling "lucky" with snickers.
He completely ignored Ronnie before escorting Pimp outside to have a "talk" about Airi. The only reason he didn't tell his goons to shoot right now was because he wanted to get back on good graces with Pimp and he doesn't what to risk Airi getting shot in the process with these trigger happy mother fuckas.
They allowed us to get close to Airi but not to close before you hear them inching forward.
"Can you not stand so close, nigga I can feel your balls on my back! Back the fuck up" Ronnie barked as ole dude took a whole 6 feet back after that statement.
"What's wrong Sean? Can't seem to do anything without Pimp?" She asked in a wondered tone holding back her laughter at that stupid joke. I scoffed and said "I can handle myself perfectly fine without you running to any dude who promises to protect you and that dumb ass lil boy you got with red" and her smile dropped to a frown.
"See here you go again! Always thinking about yourself! Maybe if you helped us out sometimes just like you shut down everything over your kids then maybe this wouldn't have been an issue! But this doesn't matter now, my baby is safe and away from you and your friends reaches" she said with a smirk at the end.
I almost laughed but Ronnie had beaten me to it.
"Sure hoe you believe what you want" he said before the door busted open and Pimp came waltzing in with his old friend behind him trying to stop him "Bitch you got an hour to leave the country before I send everyone after your ass" he spat venomously at Airi who looked at the other dude in question who put his hands up "Aye you ain't finna disrespect her like that-" he started before Pimp stopped him.
"Listen here Lucían I don't have time to be dealing with your bullshit right now, aight!! So what ever happens in NY or LA with you ain't got shit to do with me because you already crossed that line and quite frankly I'm this close to killing you my damn self!!" Pimp snapped and Lucían's goons all pointed there guns at Pimp who gave them all a blank stare "Shoot me if you want I don't give a damn but just know you are going to face the consequences regardless of the outcome" he barked.
As one dude got ready to shoot a chick ran into the room screaming with a bloody arm as the squad ran into the house.
"Put it down" one dude on our side said as everyone is just glaring at each other in the room "Now who called you niggas?!" Pimp hissed as Donnie tried to hide in the back.
"Airi it's your son-" she started before Pimp shot her in the head and shit hit the fan quickly after that.
We was ducking and dodging or whatever as bodies began to drop an Airi's phone lit up showing a picture of her dead son that was graphically murdered.
And thus began me and Ronnie trying to get Airi who was dashing out the door with tears in her eyes. "DAMMIT WE WAS SUPPOSED TO-" Ronnie shouted as the battle began moving to outside then the street.
A massacre was going on and Airi just ran by without getting a bullet in her.
Ronnie and I were doing the best we could but ammo was very limited right now as trucks began pulling up for both sides, it was just a mess.
Ronnie got shot in the arm while trying to get our main target here, Airi.
Pimp was so far gone that I couldn't even keep up with the bodies he caught anymore as Donnie kept reloading his gun when it got low. "Ronnie put it down" I said as he winced in pain as I tried to stop the bleeding "AYE DONNIE!!" I shouted as Ronnie started cursing while shooting blindly.
"Fuck" I said out loud while trying to protect the idiot, losing sight of Airi.
And that's when it happened...
Lucían aimed his gun at me from behind and as if instinctively when I turned around to get down and reload he shot me three times.
I fell to the ground barely being able to move and here we are with Pimp yelling at me to stay awake.
Now
My kids came and were talking up a storm as Liza continued to blow up my phone with message after message to see if I was ok.
I sighed exasperatedly while laying down with the kids sitting on the bed while Ronnie was in another room bitching about his arm.
Deon snuggled up to me while the sound of heels clacked down the hall as multiple doctors were heard through muffled voices trying to stop this person.
Ian think much of it at first until the heels started nearing my door and I could just tell by the sound that they were finna do some fuck shit. My eyes switching between the TV, my kids, and the door just groaning at the fact that if this person so happens heard I've been hospitalized then they could do some serious damage.
I gulp as the heels come towards a stop and the door swings open revealing Liza with flushed cheeks and her twins in hand as the doctors tried to stop her from coming in, but she just slammed the door on their faces.
"Sean!" She snaps and DeDe try's to hide under me like I'm not hurt or some shit. "What?!" I whined just not in the mood for some more bad news.
She silently walks over to me and hands me a gun before I put it under my pillow.
"She's coming that's all I have to say" Liza says while spinning on her heels and dragging her twin boys out of the hospital.
