"Mum"
"Yes,love?" Chaeyoung glanced at her daughter that was comfortably seated at the bed ready for her nap while she sets the latter's dress for later
"I'm sorry"
"For what, bub?" the blonde got alarmed of what her daughter was pertaining to so she quickly made her way on her side
"For telling you that I wanted to meet mama just for once but now I keep asking for her"
Chaeyoung understood what her daughter meant, she always do, and her daughter is undeniably smart for her age and is already thinking ahead everytime you input knowledge into her. Even her teachers are amazed on how advance Jamie is, her intellectual capacity is beyond for a six-turning-seven year-old kid and that made chaeyoung proud even then.
But then, chaeyoung didn't expect her daughter in this emotional aspect, she assumed that it's only academic-related stuffs that her daughter is into but never up to this stage that Jamie's already thinking about family. Sure, her family is present by her side and so does Lisa's but Jamie never had that concept of what it's like to have parents that are together. That made the blonde realise that Jamie's still a kid too, a simple kid that wants to have what some other kids have, a complete family. The sole reason why her daughter is so adamant on getting to know and meeting her mama.
"It's okay, Love. You all have the right to, alright? I'm already aware that this would happen and I'm not stopping you or your mama jen in spending time together because you both deserve it. Understand?"
"Yes,Mum. Thank you" Jamie nodded and hugged her mum
"Do you still have something else to tell mummy?"
"Are we still going back to melbourne after vacation?" Jamie asked looking at chaeyoung
"Hmmm, we need to,love. your visa here is just for vacation purposes only. Why? Do you wanna stay here?"
"is it bad if I say yes?"
"No, it's not, what made you think of staying here?"
"Because...I love it here mum. I know I do have friends over there at my school but here, I have you,mama,grandpa,grandma,aunt ally and aunt lisa together that I can see and hug everytime I want to"
"Well, let's see what will happen this vacation,alright?" chaeyoung smiled at her daughter who nods furiously "and speaking of you wanting to stay here, it means that you also need to start learning how to speak korean,Jamie"
"I will,mum! Teacher Sam told me that I'm intelligent so I can learn it fast"
"That,you are, my love" chaeyoung tapped her daughter's nose "but for now, it's time for your nap,missy. You don't wanna let your mama jen know that you didn't do what she said, do you?"
Jamie giggled and fixed herself sleep while Chaeyoung continued to do what she was doing earlier. She glanced at her daughter one last time and think of what risks is she taking from now on with Jennie, she barely made it by herself before but now with their daughter on board, what else does the world could offer for them?

"You're late, Jennie Kim"
"For two minutes, cut me off some slack, old man. This place is way too far from my penthouse" Jennie snickered as she sat across her parents at their mansion
"Wait, what's gotten into you? Are you seeing this, Richard?" Now it's time for her mother,Jane, to scrutinize her
"What do you mean?" Jennie asked, a smile is still prominent on her face. It's been there since morning,actually.
"You're smiling" Her father pointed out
"So?"
"So, What is happening?"
"I'm just happy. That's all" Jennie even did an overly-action in placing napkin on her thighs
"We never saw you smile since..." Richard started but was stopped when her wife elbowed his side
"Since Rosie left?" Jennie said nonchalantly and already starting to eat the food infront of her
"I thought we established that here that we can't mention her name?" Jane curiously asked her daughter
"Well...the thing is..." Jennie started off "...she's back"
"What do you mean she's back? Here in Korea or you're back with her again?" her father inquired and giving her wife a glance
"Kind of? and I also need to tell you something important" the CEO placed her utensils down "We have a daughter...so that means, you're an old man and woman now"
"What? It was your child that she was carrying?!" her mother exaggeratedly asked looking at her daughter, and back to his husband that's completely astounded as well
"What do you mean she was carrying? You knew that she was pregnant?!" Now, It's Jennie's time to throw questions back at her parents who obviously was hiding something
"We did not know it was yours, let alone our own grandaughter she was carrying" Her mother explained "that only means that I'm a grandmother now" she continued
"Obviously!" Now, Jennie's getting all hot in madness that her parents hid this type of information and knew all along but never had the guts to tell her
"Let us explain, okay?" Richard asked her daughter while nursing her crying wife in his shoulders "First of all, when we knew you had that huge fight, we thought that that was all, that everything will be alright again. But then, before we had our cruise ship adventures, roseanne wasn't still here and we didn't had the chance to talk again. When we came back after a few months here and you, having anger issues and the rule of not-mentioning-her-name anywhere made us curious of what was really happening. You are our daughter, we can't endure seeing you in that situation and when our lawyer informed us of that divorce paper that was sent to you, we needed to know what were the reasons behind it. So we tried finding her parents first but our investigators failed to locate them here in Korea not until when her brother died and we followed through their travel details when they were here for the funeral and brought us the lead to australia. The investigators sent us photos and information about roseanne being pregnant. That moment, we assumed that is was the reason why you two separated,that she cheated on you. After that, we stopped the investigation in respect for her own privacy regardless of what happened between you two" her father explained
Jennie, still dumbfounded couldn't believe on the chances she could have. But then, as with everything that's happening right now, all she can do is accept it and move forward.
"I can't believe you saw her when she was pregnant" Jennie voiced out her realisation
"How did it happen?" Jane, that was now over with her emotional breakdown asked her daughter
"We went through IVF Process as planned, with my eggs and his brother's that were planted in her and we did not expect it to go through in first try because our doctor said that it is very rare to happen so we need to wait for another three weeks to do it again but then we never had the chance so... "
"We still wanted to be sure, Jennie. Is it really yours? Did you do a DNA test?" His father asked being cautious
"Here," Jennie showed them Jamie's photos that they took yesterday and both of her parents was astound for the second time "Her name's Jamie. Jamie Park-Kim" while her mother was going at it again and his father, teary eyed. Who would have thought, right? The most powerful family in South Korea is a big ass emotional babies.
"I can't believe it, you reacted exactly like me when I knew" Jennie continued
"She looks exactly like you when you were in her age,Jennie-ya" her mother commented
"Since when did you knew?"
"Literally just two days ago. We met yesterday and they stayed the night in my place"
"We need to meet her, and also to get back with the Parks. I've miss them" her mother informed her
"Jennie, this is enough proof of her being our grandchild but still, we need confirmation through DNA Test to put this through my will since you and roseanne separated for years, hence the divorce that was still unclear until now. I need to contact Mason for this" Richard handed Jennie's phone back
"What's with the will?"
"She's a Kim, princess. She'll be included in my will" His father answered
"Are they staying here in Korea for good?"
"Chaeyoung planned this being a vacation only but she's still weighing things if Jamie wants to stay here or not. It really depends on our daughter" Jennie paused for a while "I can't just easily convice them to stay though I really wanted to. They have a life there,too"
"But you need to,Jennie. You need to convince Roseanne especially now that we know about Jamie. We need to look over her safety" Richard informed her daughter
"Yes,Dad. I already handled that and they have their security with them"
"Okay good"
"When can we meet her?" her mother asked,eager. "Now I have someone to go with when shopping" jane muttered
"Rosie and her will visit me at the office after lunch so I'll ask her first about it" Jennie motioned while raising her phone
"Sure, go ahead"

"Hello?"
"Uhm, Hi. This is Jennie"
"I'm well aware if that, Ms.Kim" Chaeyoung jested
Jennie rolled her eyes in chaeyoung's remark but still, a smile is plastered all over her face "Good. I'm having lunch with my parents and well, now... they' want to meet Jamie asap"
"Oh, Alright. We can do that. What time do you want us to come?"
"It depends on you, Mom and Dad will be available later on"
"Okay, I'll just wait for Jamie to wake up and have her lunch before going. I'll let you know"
"Sure. See you later"
"See you"

"Rosie said it was okay" Jennie infromed her parents after the phone call
"Okay, We'll just have some things to do before heading to your office"
"Sure"
"Anyway, the KGC Gala's upcoming, Maybe we can introduce Jamie to people?" her mother asked
"Oh, yeah. That. I don't know mom, I'm worried about the media's impact to Jamie. All eyes will be on her"
"We needed a cover up of Roseanne's disappearance Jen, and that Jamie can be a reason behind it. We barely covered the divorce issue. What more if people starts to notice things?"
"No. I won't use our daughter to cover up our mess mum. Let the people think of what they think of us. I don't care. Just not our Jamie. She's too precious for the world and maybe we can do that on the next few years when she gets older but, just not this early" Jennie thought of her daughter's welfare. She experienced it herself. Being under her parents' shadow and expectations of people for her to do well and she had no choice but to live up to it and she doesn't want Jamie to feel that way
"Alright. She have a point here, hon" Richard agreed
"Okay, you got this one. I'm proud of you being a mother already jennie-ya"
Jennie smiled on her mother's remark but then, she still has this doubt on herself if she'll do good on being a mother to Jamie.

"Lisa"
"Go away,Anna" The black-haired girl turned her body away from her bestfriend
"What are we? A frozen musical that I'm not aware of?"
"Maybe"
"Come on, get up!" chaeyoung tapped her bestfriend "what got you so sleepy anyway?"
"I woke up early morning and wasn't able to sleep and then slept again and now, my sleeping pattern is ruined" Lisa complained "anyway, why didn't you come home last night?" as she turned back to face chaeyoung
"We stayed at Jennie's. The traffic was pretty bad and it was already late"
"You sure that's the reason?"
"Yeah, what else?"
"You and her getting back together?"
"That's nearly impossible lis, we just got here and literally with her for just two days"
"So? What's your point?"
"My point is, We did not come here to fix my failed marriage but for Jamie's sake only"
"I'll let you go away with that since I haven't met your ex-wife yet, so tell me about what happened yesterday"
"Speaking of, Do you want to come with us in her office?"
"Really? You'll let me tag along?"
"Of course, what will you do here?"
"Oh My God! I'm meeting The Jennie KIm!"
"Don't be overdramatic, alright? and also, don't ever embarass yourself please"
"I won't. Now tell me things" Lisa pulled chaeyoung into her bed and both of them talked all throughout

Chaeyoung, together with Lisa and Jamie who's walking hand in hand entering the KGC building was stopped by a middle-aged woman who recognized hte blonde
"Hi" the woman approached them and motioned to rosie
"Hello" chaeyoung greeted back,confused "I'm sorry but, have we met?"
"uhm..no, not exactly, I've seen you before but we never talk because, I mean, You're Roseanne Park, right?" The stranger asked, unsure
"Yes, I am" Chaeyoung confirmed smiling
"I knew it" the stranger whispered "I'm...I was your fan, I mean, I still am but when you went abroad, we haven't heard any exhibits from you again. My husband and I are always a fan of your art, we do have two of your works at home. We're waiting for your next one" she continued with utter amazement
"Oh...That's...that's cute. Thank you so much for your support. I really appreciate it" chaeyoung said amused. She never expected that some people still recognizes her as an artist
"Mind if we take a photo? I would love to see my husband jealous"
"Sure" chaeyoung laughed and granted her fan's request
"Lis, can you take one for us?" chaeyoung motioned to Lisa and Jamie that were both confused since the two were talking in Korean
"Sure" her bestfriend replied before taking the woman's phone and captured a photo of them. The woman said her thanks and another "Hoping to have you back in arts again" statement to chaeyoung before bidding her goodbyes
Three of them are now on the private elevator that brings straight to Jennie's office floor when the two asked chaeyoung about what happened
"She said she was a fan of my works and she hopes that I'll have another exhibit soon"
"Omo, You have a fan, Mum? Are you really that famous? Like Van Gogh"
"yeah, Chaeng. I know you can paint but you never said you were famous here"
"Because I'm not. It's just a coincident" the blonde replied laughing on how amazed the two were "and I'm way too far from Van Gogh, love."
Three of them entered the CEO's office and saw the brunette being busy signing papers
"Mama" Jamie quickly ran over Jennie's table and hugged her mother
"Hi, baby" Jennie reciprocated her daughter's hug and kissed the top of her head and turned her attention to two tall woman "Hello, you two"
"Hello, Ms.Kim" Chaeyoung snickered "by the way, this is my bestfriend, Lalisa Manoban" she motioned to Lisa while the CEO made her way out of her glass table to come closer to the two "Lisa, this is Jennie"
"Pleased to meet you, Ms.Kim" Lisa bowed 90 degree while Jamie is laughing on her side
"What are you doing, Aunt Lisa? It's just Mama" the six year old kid commented
"Yeah, It's just me, Ms.Manoban" Jennie laughed and offered her hand
"No, please don't call me that, just Lisa" as Lisa shook the CEO's hand
"Well, It's just Jennie for me" the shorter woman smiled
"Okay then, Jennie"
"Excuse me for awhile, I need to go to the restroom" Chaeyoung slid in the conversation
"oh, it's in there" Jennie pointed the door across the room
"Thank you"
"You guys need something? You can chill here for awhile" Jennie asked the two while they sat down in her couch
"No, I'm good. How bout u, J?"
"Can I have some cookies here, ma?" Jamie asked pointing on the cookies in her mama's table
"Suit yourself, loves" Jennie answered her daughter while the latter did not waste any time devouring the snacks
"I believe she got that from chaeyoung" Lisa commented
"Yeah, she does"
"Got what?" Rosie jumped in the conversation as she went out from the restroom
"That" Lisa pointed Jamie that was busy hovering the cookies in jennie's table
"Jamie, you just had your lunch" chaeyoung getting her daughter's attention
"I know, mum but these cookies are so good"
"Excuse me, Jennie does a fair share in eating snacks non-stop"
"Yeah because it got into me, from you"
"Oh..I'm not—" their banter was cut off when another woman entered the room
"Jen, I got chicken for your daughter..." Jisoo's smiled was faltered when she saw the black-haired woman sitting comfortably in Jennie's couch "What the—"
"Language, Kim Jisoo. My daughter's here" Jennie warned the COO who's carefully eyeing rosie's bestfriend
"Why are you looking at my bestfriend like that? Have you two met?" Chaeyoung asked, confused
"AGC"
"GenCon"
Both of them muttered at the same time
"What are you guys talking about?" Jennie asked her bestfriend as well
Jisoo walked near to Jamie and bent to level the kid "Hi Jamie, I'm your shorter-mom's bestfriend, Kim Jisoo" as she held and shook the child's hand "I'm sorry to cut our introduction short but I just have some important thing to do, Alright? We'll eat more chicken when we meet again" Jisoo said it like she was spitting fires in rap and handed her bestfriend's daughter the box of chicken. "Now..." Jisoo looked at Lisa while the latter was sporting a sly smirk on her
"Jen,Roseanne, Excuse me but I'll just borrow this twig for a while" Jisoo motioned to the two while she dragged Lisa out of the door but not before Lisa stating a "Pray for me y'all"
and that left the little family in the room. Jamie's now caught up on her chicken while Jennie and the blonde was looking at each other, addled.
"Do they know each other? Well, obviously they do, but how?" Chaeyoung sat beside the CEO, bringing her one leg up and placed a pillow above, facing Jennie
Jennie who was still confused,hands playing her lower lip, That was obviously noticed by the blonde, too. "AGC...AGC...I can't remember anything about her talking about AGC. What even does AGC meant?"
"Well, they got things to explain for that"
"Mum, I'm already full" their daughter announced after finishing three parts of the chicken
"Okay, Let's wash your hands off, baby" Jennie stood up and led their daughter to the restroom
"Okay ma" Jamie obliged following her mama
Chaeyoung smiled at the interaction. She can clearly see how Jennie's getting into motherhood in short amount of time and she's grateful to have additional people who loves Jamie as much as she do.
A subtle knock was heard when the two J's went out of the restroom
"Come in" Jennie announced at the person behind the door "Oh, Hi mom, dad" she greeted her parents
Chaeyoung quickly sat up as soon as she was aware that Jennie's parents entered the office.
"Goodafternoon, Mrs.Kim,Chairman" The blonde greeted with utmost respect for the two
"Oh Roseanne, I've missed you, my dear" Mrs.Kim quickly enveloped chaeyoung in a hug and was followed by Chairman Kim's pat on her back
and then the older Kims noticed the girl who's standing behind Jennie, sheepishly watching at the interraction between her mummy and the two person.
"Hi Jamie" Mrs. Kim ended the hug and motioned to the little kid behind her daughter
Jennie turned her back and leveled her body to her daughter while holding both of her hands "Jamie, I want you to meet my mom and dad, They're your another set of grandparents"
"I have another granmommy and grandaddy?" Jamie asked gaining her confidence
"Yes you do, love. Now, how about you give them big big hugs and kisses?" the CEO asked her daughter
Jamie, ofcourse went infront of her grandparents and introduced herself in her natural aussie accent "Hi grandma, grandpa, I'm Jamie Park-Kim" as the six-year-old did her bestest smile
"Oh,princess" Jane hugged her grandaughter
"How about me?" Richard stated on the side and of course, Jamie went to embrace him as well
"I can't believe it, I have lots of family here"
"Uhuh? So how about some shopping with me and grandma claire?" Jane asked her grandaughter
"Are you with Mom and Dad?" chaeyoung asked
"Yeah, we went to your house after lunch and had a catch-up talk" Richard answered "and now, the two ladies literally planned out the whole afternoon for us. They're waiting downstairs" he motioned to his wife
"Yeah, and we will have a dinner with the whole family later" Jennie's mother informed the two "and you two should talk too before going in there" she continued while the ex-wives looked at each other with understading
"Yes mom" Jennie replied
"Now, Do you want to go with us, Jamie?"
Jamie looked at her mothers, asking if she's allowed to. Rosie always thought her this, that she needs to ask permission first before doing something "Can I go with them Ma? Mummy?" as she sported her bestest puppy-eyes
Jennie cooed at the sight of her daughter while holding into her chest "She'll be the death of me" she whispered into chaeyoung
"Just promise us you'll behave, okay?" Chaeyoung asked her daughter
"Yes mum" Jamie beamed up as she kissed and hugged both of her mother goodbye before holding into Jane and Richard's hands heading out Jennie's office
Both of them looked at their daughter leave with jennie's parents and as they did, silence hit the room.
"Now, what?" Rosie asked sitting back on the couch
"Is that will always be the feeling?" Jennie sat down as well
"Feeling of what?"
"Sharing Jamie's attention to others"
"Jen, They're literally your parents"
"But still" Jennie plastered a pout
"Are you really sulking about Jamie spending time with our parents?"
"I'm not, It's just that I can't get enough of her" the CEO remembering her daughter's cute moments
"Tell me that when we're in her tantrum time" Chaeyoung laughed
"Oh, really? Well, You're in charge of that. I'm the cooler mom, as you know"
"Hmmm, Sure" chaeyoung smirked
"I really am though" the brunette said,proud and not backing down before looking at chaeyoung who's smiling all throughout their banter "You know what, It doesn't matter anyway" Oh well, she kinda did
Rosie laughed one more time at Jennie's action "So, you wanna talk now?" she continued trying to keep the cool atmosphere between them
"Well, yeah but not here" Jennie paused for a while thinking
"Com'on I'll show you something"
Jennie swiftly grab chaeyoung's hand and yes, they both felt it. The familiarity, warmth, closeness and intimacy that they used to have.
Aware of what happened, the CEO looked into chaeyoung's eyes as they both paused fo a while, expecting that the blonde would rectract from her hold but then, Chaeyoung stood up, still having her hand intertwined with Jennie. They're about to settle things and this is the first risk she's taking. Not solely for Jamie, but for herself.
