-Jin asked Toga to help him out with confessing to you. It was Toga (who was very excited about this) came up with the idea of writing you a letter
-He scribbled out the parts of the letter that contradicted what he meant to say, caused by his mental illness
-Later, when he saw you, he presented you the envelope as if it were the most precious and expensive thing on earth
My dearest Y/N,
I know that this might come a little sudden, but I feel like I need to get this off my chest.
I hope you know that I greatly appreciate you as a friend; you made me feel welcomed in the league, which was pretty awesome of you!! You're pretty awesome in general, you know? I like thinking back at all the times you helped me feel whole again – you're a great friend.
But that's not the sole point of this letter. The truth is, Y/N, over this whole time we spent "working" together at the league, I started seeing you as something more than a fellow criminal, as more than a friend. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I'm in love with you. I know that I can be a lot sometimes (no pun intended) but I'm working on that.
