@harrne: She was on set of Shadowhunters and she was shooting a scene, on the second episode of Shadowhunters. It was the nightclub scene, she was walking with Dom and Matt, she turned the corner and just has she turned the corner her foot failed her and she was standing one moment and on the floor the next. I remember this moment, it was funny after everyone was laughing including her.
