Alex's Pov
This morning I woke up in Kelley's arms today was our big game but at the same time it was the twins birthday
"Kelley..baby wake up" I shake her a little
"Fine I am up" she rubs her eyes
"you know you are cute when you just woke up" I smiled and kisses her cheek
"today is going to be a long day" she said "we have a game then the twin's birthday"
"I just can't belive both of them are turning 15" I looked at her "I missed 14 years of their lifes"
"but now you found them again and spend time with them again" she smiled "now come on we better get ready"
I got up from bed and got in the shower Kelley walked in few minutes later
"I was thinking we can shower together" she smirks
"fine but no funny buisness" I smiled and she got in the shower
"No promises" She smirks
"Kelley...Fine maybe tonight you might get a prize..after what we have to do today"
After the shower we both got dressed in our uniforms
"Lex did you see my phone?" Kelley asked from the room while I was in the bathroom finishing getting ready
"I don't know where did you leave it last night?" I asked her
In that moment mads walked in
"Morning mom"
I walked out of the bathroom
"Morning baby" I have her a hug "Happy birthday baby I can't belive you are 15 now"
she smiles and sits down "Yeah thanks mom good thing I am spending this birthday with you and kelley and everyone else on the team"
"so what do you do for your birthday or what do you want to do" Kelley asked her
"Well back home I used to hang out with my friends and that's basucally it" she said
"sounds like fun" I smiled
"Kate on the other hand she went to the local dinner and spent it there like another day she just hates her birthday or never really celebrates it mom"
"why?" I asked her
"I don't really know I asked her but she dosen't really want to talk about it"
"well this year is going to be different" I said "you just wait and see"
"do you guys hear that noise" Kelley said
Kate's Pov
I woke up this morning earlier than what I should have and I mean I woke up at 5 am great today is my birthday not really a fun day for me but for mads it is so I try and make it special for her. The problem with me is I wake up and can't fall asleep again I looked over at Hazel she was still asleep she looks like chirs but she can act like tobin or ash talking about the team today is their big game against spain probably mom is so focused on her game that she is going to forger my birthday but thats fine Ii am not going to remind her about it.
"why are you awake so early?" I hear her soft morning voice and that made me smile
"I am not sure I guess I am not tired at all" I looked at her "why are you awake?"
"I don't know maybe because today its your birthday"
"How do you know that" I asked her
"I asked your sister and how can I forget my girlfriend's birthday"
"yeah well I guess happy birthday to me" I smiled
"Happy birthday baby" she smiled and gave me a kiss on the cheek
"well now I am not going to go back to sleep"
"Neither will I"
"so what do you want to do?" I asked her
"How about we put a prank on someone?" she said
"oh good Idea to who?" I asked
"Maybe ash and tobs" she said "My mom was staying with Julie and gave me the key to her room just in case and tobin said she was going to watch a movie with ash"
"okay so what do we do?" I asked sitting up
"well I know ash is scared of spiders" she said
"Yeah so? you want to go get a real spider?" I asked confused
"Not that this time for this trip I came prepared to do a prank on someone" she smiled "so don't worry I have a plan"
"As long as we don't get in trouble" I said "but whatever lets do it"
I got off bed and grabbed one of my hoddies both of us just had no time to get into other clothes so we were still in pijamas we went down the hall and into the looby of the hotel
"why did you have to order whiped cream at almost 6 am?" I asked her
"Trust me"
"Okay just making sure" Once we were ready we both went to tobin's room Hazel opened the door both Tobin and Ashlyn were deep asleep. we put some whiped cream in ash and tobin's Face to our luck tobin moved and the next thing we knew she was wide awake with whiped cream all over her face
"YOU TWO ARE DEAD"
The moment Tobin scream that made hazel drop the rubber spider she had and it feel into ashlyn's Face then another scream but this time from ashlyn
"umm we should run" I said
"um good idea" we both got out of the room and ran down the hall from all of the rooms we could hear groans shit we woke everybody up soon the groans where replaced by laugher
"COME BACK YOU TWO!" we heard ash scream
Alex's Pov
We looked out of the room and we saw Kate and Hazel running from ash and tobin who were coverded in whiped cream
"oh my god what did those two do?" I said
"I don't know but did you see tobin" kelley said laughing
"side note Kate always has been good at pranks" Mads said
"Makes sense"
Hazel's Pov
We keept running until we reached our room I pulled Kate inside before ash and tobin followed us
"w-well that was fun" Kate said out of breath
"y-yeah for sure but now we need to get ready for breakfast"
she frowns "noo I am so tired now"
"oh so now you are tired" I smiled "come on get your ass up and get ready"
"besides if we leave this room I bet tobin and ashlyn will be looking for both of us and that might not end well" she said
"yes but we need to eat breakfast because its going to be a long day and we need energy"
she groans "fine but at least can I have a kiss"
"Fine just because you are cute" I smiled and kissed her and trust me when I tell you I am the luckyest girl when I kiss her
"Okay now move and get ready" I told her
Kate's Pov
Aafter getting ready we both made our way downstairs to breakfast as usual we were both late I walked over and sat with both of my moms and mads
"Hey mads happy birthday" I smiled
"Morning kiddo happy birthday" mom said
"Thanks mom" she gave me a hug
"Care to explain why Tobin and Ashlyn were chasing after you with whipped cream all over their faces" Kelley asked me
"Well...maybe later" I said "we might have done a little prank on them?"
"we?" Mads said and smirked
"umm.." I continued to eat my breakfast
"What I tought" Mads said
We finished eating breakfast
"Kate you have 5 minutes to brush your teeth before the bus leaves you" Mom told me
"Yeah ofcourse" I smiled and ran upstairs I walked in our room and Hazel was getting ready "you might want to hurry up before the bus leaves us" I walked into the bathroom and brushed my teeth once I was ready I grabbed my phone and my jacket
"Ready to go?" I asked Hazel and she nods we both walked downstairs and before getting on the bus Pinoe stoped me
"When will you ask her out?"
"um I don't have a crush on her" I told her
"Oh yeah even a blind person can see you two are in love with each other" she said and got in the bus
I got in the bus and went to sit next to my mom
"now tell me what is going on between you and Hazel" she asked me
She is my mom I need to tell her right I can't lie to her I suck at lying
"Okay fine you are right" I said "Is kinda of a long story"
"Well is a long ride we have time" she said
So I did I told her everything that was going on and how we started to date and how she made me happy but I also told her that I am scared of ruining this relationship.
"but what if I mess this up mom I am scared to lose her she makes me really happy"
"Well don't be you are not going to mess this up Kate lisen as your mom I tell you follow your heart always and whatever makes you happy"
"Thanks mom" I smiled
"but when are you going to tell everyone?" she asked me
"You'll see mom just wait" I smiled once we arrived to the stadium Hazel,mads and me went up to the family and friends box all of the families of the players where there.
"Well to be a final this place is full" I said "mads follow me" Hazel went to say hi to some of her mom's friends and we walked over to mom's parents who were talking to chirsten's parents and kelley's parents "Hey grandma" I smiled
"Hey Kate-" she looked at us "is it my idea or there are two kates?" she asked
"That is a long story" I said
Kelley's mom came up to me and gave me a hug "Happy birthday kiddo"
"Thanks" They all gave us a hug
"come on the game is about to start" Hazel said and we sat down together.
Alex's Pov
we walked to the locker room and we got ready before the game during warms up chris came to talk to me
"Alex what's going on between our dauthers?" She asked me
"Well I don't know" I told her "why?"
"I don't know they have gotten close this past months"
"well I don't know what is going on between them" I said
After warm ups we went to the locker room while I was walking down the tunnel I felt a pair of arms around me
"What did chris want?" Kelley said
"Just what is going on between out dauthers"
"Even a blind person can see Hazel and Kate are in love with each other" She said
"Yeah but I asked her and she said they were only best friends"
"we were just best friends and now we are a thing" she said
"mhm come on o'hara we have a game to win" I smirked and kissed her cheek
We got in our uniforms and went to the field to be a game the stadium was full. The first half we did pretty good Kelley passed the ball to tobin then to me and I took a shot Goal!!
1-0
The first half eneded 4 to nothing two goals from me one from press and one from tobin.
"Good job baby" Kelley smiled and gave me a kiss ofcourse I kissed her back we might have got carried away in the kiss
"Alex get our tounge out of Kelley's mouth and lets go to the field" Pinoe said
"Pinoe! I was enjoying the moment" Kelley said
"Kelley!" I said and hit her arm playfully
"whatever guys come on" Pinoe walked out to the field
"we better go" I said
"yeah let go kick some ass!" I rolled my eyes and we walked to the field by the end of the game it was 5-2 when we were champions of the shebelives cup again. When the ref ended the match Kelley ran up to me and have me a super bear hug
"Kel baby I can't breath" I giggled
"We did it babe!" she smiled
"Yes we did it!" I smiled
We went back to the locker room where everyone was waiting for us
"Finally love birds" Ash said
"Well in honor of Kate and mads birthday we will party in the hotel and not in the locker room" Ali said
"Oh yeah and what did you guys plan?"
"It was kelley's Idea" They all said
"Let just say they are going to like it" she smiled
We went back to the field and we got our medals and we celebrated for a little bit with the fans after that we all went to the bus we all agreed to meet with our families in the hotel Kate and Mads went with Kelleys parents to get an ice crema so we can get changed for the party
Kate's Pov
Once the game was over we went to get some ice cream with kelley's parents
"so how have you guys been this days" Her dad asked us
"well being the dauther of two world reconized soccer players all of the eyes are on us and well they expect us to be like them" mads said
"Yeah true but aside from that life is good you know" I said
"You two have been trought a lot Kelley told us and its good you are finally happy" her mom said
"Yeah..." I looked at my phone "sorry I have to answer this text"
Mom: You guys come back to the hotel
Me:Is everything okay?
Mom:Just come
"Um well my mom texted me saying we should go back to the hotel"
"yeah lets go" we got in the car and drove back to the hotel
"Okay you two close your eyes we have a little suprise for you two"
me and mads looked at each other and closed out eyes anyway
both of them led us towards the big hotel community room near the pool
"can we open our eyes?" Mads said
"not yet"
"okay now open your eyes" Kelley's mom said
I opened my eyes
"Surprise!" All of the people in there screamed at once I was shocked do all of them care for us?
"Happy birthday Guys!"
"Thanks" I smiled
"now before the party starts we made you a little something" Ash smiled
"And what is it?"
"Pinoe turn off the lights"
we both walked over to mom and mama
"mom what's going on?" I asked
"Kate relax and enjoy"
They had a projector and a screen on the front of the wall so everyone could see then ali played the video they made us a happy birthday video with pictures of us and both of our moms and with the rest of the team and well some funny videos of us.When it ended they turned on the lights back on
"Thank you guys" we said
"Now let the party begin!" Pinoe said and the music started I grabbed a slice of cake and went outside to the pool.
"Hey what's up why are you not in the party?" I looke up and saw Hazel
"Just need it some fresh air"
she sat down next to me
"and why is that?" she asked me
I sighed "I never really celebrated my birthday and its just weird you know"
"yeah but they all care for you" she smiled "I care for you"
"I know but its hard for me I am not used to have all of the attention I guess I feel weird sometimes you know"
"Take your time you will get used to it eventually" she smiled
"I hope honestly"
"well is kinda of cold out here do you want go go back inside"
"not really" I told her
"well then I'll stay with you but..I don't want to die of coldness so can I borrow your hoddie?"
"well I don't want you go be cold and I enjoy your company so here you go" I took of my hoddie an gave it to her "but there is something else I need to ask you"
"and what is that?" she said
"I just ask you to be patient with me I don't want to mess this up okay?"
"Yeah okay but I have a birthday gift for you" she smiled
"oh yeah and what is it?" I asked
"A simple Kiss"
"A wha-" I did not finish my sentence she just pressed her lips against mine and there it was the butterflies in my stomach
Kelley's Pov
I was dancing with Tobin,Chris and Alex I turned around an looked at the window and I saw Kate kissing Hazel
"OH MY GOD GUYS LOOK!" All of the team or most of the team looked out of the window
"I KNEW IT ASH YOU OWE ME 30 BUCKS!" Pinoe screamed
"See I told you they had a thing" Chris said
"ofcourse are you all blind it was very ovious besides you don't kiss your best friend in the lips and Let me tell you that is Kate's favorite hoddie she never lets anyone wear it" mads said
"Nothing Pinoe you said they were not together I don't owe you anything" Ash said
"Can you all stop getting in my dauther's Love life?" Alex said
"Yeah That's true she'll tell us eventually lets not pressue her" I said
"Now lets continue the party" Ash said
"You really thing they are a thing" I said while holding Alex's Hand
"She will tell us just give her time" she smiled
"yeah now lets go I need another beer" I laughed and we walked back to the dancing floor.
