After the war, the Golden Trio and other remaining members of the Order of the Phoenix helped lower the prejudice against werewolves.
My headcanon is that Fenrir Greyback died in the Battle of Hogwarts and all victims of werewolves were treated the same and had easy access to Wolfsbane Potion.
