"goodnight grandma and grandpa!" austin yelled out to them as lemon and drew left her and maddies shared apartment
"they are probably going to have sex. let them leave" chase told austin
"ew chase. we are actually just going to bed" lemon rolled her eyes
"i mean" drew dragged on. lemon gave him a look that said 'don't even try' making drew put his hands up in defense.
they eventually got settled in bed once they got back to drew's apartment.
"so are you excited to go back to charleston?" lemon asked facing drew
"yeah i miss it"
"so what are your plans?"
"um maybe pack next week and be gone by-"
"not those plans. your plans for us?" lemon was nervous to ask the question. it has been in the back of her mind ever since they found out they are filming season 2.
"oh" drew stopped
"like what is gonna happen" lemon paused, nervous to ask "do you want me to come with?"
"honestly" drew paused "no"
"oh" lemon could hear her heart shatter. maybe she was being too clingy. she shouldn't have asked. but did he not want her around? she started to get out of his bed
"wait where are you going?" drew asked cluelessly
"i think it would be nice to sleep in my own bed tonight"
"okay goodnight love you"
"night" lemon was astonished at how he could act like he didn't just say he didn't want her around. she could feel the tears stream down her face as she made it to her own apartment door. she could hear all her friends laughing and talking inside. she didn't want them to see her crying so she turned around to head back to drew's when the door opened. "lemon?" rudy asked
lemon turned around slowly. once he saw her face, his smile dropped "what's wrong" he asked hugging her
"he's not my nathan, he's my..." lemon stopped as she couldn't think of anyone else "it doesn't matter, but he's not my nathan" she cried louder "why were you leaving?" she tried changing the subject
"well i was just heading to grab my deck of cards to show them a magic trick- but that's not what matters. what happened"
"i don't want to talk about it right here. i'll just go sleep on his couch or something" lemon turned around to head back
"wait" rudy stopped her "we could just go to my apartment" once they entered his apartment she sat on the couch with her head in her hands.
"the thing is, i don't even think he knows how much his words hurt me"
"damn, what'd he say"
"he said he didn't want me to go with him in charleston"
"oh" rudy said shocked and not knowing how to respond "maybe he didn't mean that"
"rudy i straight up asked him if he wanted me to come with and he said 'honestly no'" lemon responded, making her voice deeper to sound more like a guy.
"yeah that's bad" rudy didn't know how to respond
"thanks" lemon looked at him straight-faced before crying harder. rudy didn't know what else to do except hug her.
"oh lemon! what's wrong" maddie asked as her and elaine walked into the apartment
"nothing, i'm fine" lemon lied as she wiped her tears. rudy started mouthing 'drew' behind her back to the girls "rudy stop"
"how did you even-"
i'm not dumb rudy" lemon cut him off "well anyways i feel much better i'm just gonna head to bed" lemon fake smiled as she walked back to her apartment as her friends followed. "actually you know what, i could go for a few drinks and magic tricks right now. rudy go grab your deck of cards!" lemon decided to put on facade of being perfectly fine
lemon was 14 drinks deep and elaine had been giving her dirty glares and comments the whole night
"elaine, i'm not gonna hang out with you if you're gonna act jealous" lemon rolled her eyes, catching the whole group of guard
"jealous?" elaine questioned, offended
"yeah jealous" lemon stood up from her seat but austin sat her back down when he saw her stumble a little, also not wanting her to fight elaine
"i mean what girl goes to another girl's boyfriend when in need, when her supposed 'best friends' are feet away" elaine started to get heated
"i didn't go to him elaine!"
"oh really?!" elaine questioned "what were you doing in his arms, in his apartment alone? is drew not enough?"
"someone call drew" austin turned quickly to chase and jonathan as he was trying to keep lemon under control
"maybe talk to your boyfriend about that. because you're too insecure in your relationship to trust him"
"says the one who is having relationship problems" elaine shot back. lemon had enough and jumped up to attack her as austin grabbed her waist mid-air and chase grabbed elaine. drew walked into apartment half-awake but immediately woke up when he saw what was happening
"woah, didn't know it was wrestling night" drew joked, not realizing the fight was serious. rudy shook his head at him telling him to stop
"great who called him" lemon yelled as austin let go of her as she started to lose balance and he caught her again
"okay let's get you to bed" austin said handing her off to drew
"i can walk myself" lemon struggled out his arms "i don't need your help" lemon turned to glare at him
"am i missing something?" drew asked
"yes!" everyone yelled at him
"now go fix it" madelyn pushed him into lemon's room with her "and you, elaine, what the hell?"
"elaine let's go talk" rudy lead her into the other room
"oh my god drew! i would must rather be locked in a room with elaine right now" lemon huffed as she sat on her bed
"i'm so confused right now" drew sighed
"obviously" lemon rolled her eyes
"would you stop being like that and explain why you're mad?"
"you don't want me to come with" lemon frowned
"that's why you're mad?" drew was annoyed "seriously?! this whole thing was because i answered your question honestly?"
"you said you didn't want me to come with you to charleston! you're gonna be gone for months!" lemon started to raise her voice "can you at least tell me why"
"because it's gonna be different."

"yes, different, lemon! charleston isn't the same as LA and i don't think you fit there, is that what you want to hear?!"
"i don't fit there?!" lemon was getting more mad at every word he said
"god lemon! you get mad over everything it seems like we're always fighting over something i said!"
"because what you say hurts me" lemon started to calm down "if you don't want me around then i don't see a point in us dating." drew's heart dropped and he started to tear up but anger quickly washed over him.
"about 7 months down the drain because you're being sensitive!"
"sensitive?! drew what you said hurt me! and rightfully so!"
"i'm leaving, i can't be around you!" drew stomped over to the door
"good! i don't want to see your stupid face" lemon said back, venom laced in her voice. when drew slammed her door shut all of their friends looked over to the fuming boy.
"what just happened?" madelyn asked
"maybe go ask your friend! be careful, she might cry over something you say, she's a little sensitive!" drew replied rudely
"leave the fucking apartment drew!" lemon yelled through her closed door. after he slammed their front door closed the friends all turned to each other in shock.
"i'm gonna go check on lem" maddie quickly stood up. she entered the room to see lemon curled up in a ball on her bed. "lem" she touched her back consolingly
"he's such a dick" lemon yelled into her pillow
