Once I hung up Rhian speaks up
"I'm sorry to question your decision Alpha but why am I here"
"you are coming with me, what you did help prove were your priorities are and I'm trusting you enough to come, also if the pack approve of you you will end up being my Beta"
"wait really I thought Mark was your beta"
"he sort of is but he's still my dad's I need my own and after today me and my wolf Daisy have decided if you pass with the pack you will be my beta so I might as well treat you as one now"
He stood there shocked than a smile crossed his face
"okay enough with the weird face expressions go find Lisa and John to help you grab the scouts and meet me out front"
"yes Alpha Maze"
He turns to leave but turns back around to face me with sadness written all over his face
"umm Alpha"
"yes Rhian"
"I know this is alot to ask you but I know what we can traid the scouts for"
"go on"
"Well you see I have found my mate but her father is the Alpha and refuses to let her come with me or even anywhere with out him really, and I carnt stand it anymore I know that her farther beats her and so does the other pack members"
It looked like he was trying to hold back some tears
"I'm guessing she is apart of the bright star pack"
"yes Alpha"
"okay then we will trade the scouts for your mate but please when we get there alllow me to do the talking"
"of course Alpha thank you so much you have no clue how much this means to me that I get to finally be happy and be with her"
"it's okay now go ill meet you out front"
He nodes egearly and rushes out the room
I smile at myself for some reason
I mindlinked Mark to tell him we were heading out and to keep an eye on the pack whilst I was gone

we arrive at the lake ten minutes early and everyone else sits whilst I stand there watching there side of land waiting for them to apear

About five minutes pass before I smelt wolves
"everyone there close by"
Everyone stands up behind me with the two scouts in Lisa's and John's arms whilst Rhian is beside me
About two minutes pass and I hear Rhian take a sharp breath I turn my head to look at him and I see him close his eyes and smell some thing he them becomes very fidgity so I presume that his mate is with her father
And just as I think this I see Alpha hood a blond young woman and two built men
Then Alpha Hoods booming voice reached my ears
"give me my members back?"
I wasn't really paying attention though I was looking at Rhian who looked like his wolf was going to force shift but he also had a tear in his eye I looked in the direction he was looking at and I saw the blond more clearly she had pretty eyes and soft features but she had bruises around her neck wrist and her left cheek my heart broke for her
I mind linked Rhian
Mindlink (Lydia-Rhian)
"what's her name"
"Sophie, Sophie Hood"
End of mindlink
I hear Alpha Hood shouting again
"are you listening to me you stupid girl"
And over my shoulder I hear one of the scouts yell over to their Alpha
"I wouldn't piss her off Alpha she is even worse than the romours say"
I yell at John
"GET HIM TO SHUT THE FUCK UP OR I'LL BREAK ALL YOUR VOCAL CHORDS"
and with that John hits the scout at the back of the head making him yelp
"Well Alpha Hood what a pleasent surprise I know what I want now"
"I don't care what you want little girl but I want my scouts"
"then give me Sophie Hood"
At this the scouts and two men gasp
"Noooo! You will not have my daughter"
"why not you don't sem to love or even care for her judging by the bruises on her"
He growls
"and you don't seem to care about your pack guessing from the bruises and cuts on two of them, NOW GIVE ME MY SCOUTS"
I give of a amused laugh but urgently stoped
"did you just use your Alpha voice on me"
He gulps but reply confidently and stupidly
"yes I did you bitch now hand them over"
And with that I forced my self to snap, if I didn't have a reputation I would have been calm and talked things out
I mind linked Rhian Lisa and John giving them orders
I run up to Alpha Hood and lift him off the ground by the neck which is surprising since I'm almost half the size of him
Lisa passed the scout she had to John and runs and grabd Sophie and pulls her back away from the violence that is about to happen
Rhian Steps in between me and the two guys so I can have a talk with him
I growl out my next words
"we can do this the easy way or the hard way"
"you can take your scouts and men and calmly walk away or I can kill your scouts and men and then I would paralyse you and either way we get Sophie so"
"FUCKING CHIOICE QUICKLY!"
He growls and I tighten my grip of him
"okay okay we will walk away calmly"
I tighten my grip slightly making his face turn red and purple before I realised him and he coughed and gasped for air
He calls of his men how started to walk away
John untied the scouts and they sprinted away as if their lives depended on it but I guess in their eye it did
Alpha Hood stood there until his men are out of sight then turns around and leave
Once gone Rhian runs up to Sophie and holds onto her so I speak up
"is anyone hurt is everyone okay?"
John and Lisa nod I look over to the mates and she slight shock on Sophie face that I asked and Rhian answers
"No we are all right, thank you alpha really I owe you my life because without Sophie I don't think I could truly live"
