Oh Hodor, thy singular speech
Was heard but now and then
Thy towering frame, thy gentle touch
Set thee apart from men
Whose only answer to affront
Was to wield an axe or sword
For when questions of thee were asked
Thou answered just one word.
With three eyed raven on thy back
Thou bravely sallied forth
Through fire and ice, not thinking twice
Took Bran into the North
That he might reach his destiny
Thou had one job to do
And ne'er a thought upon thyself
Valiantly saw it through.
The armies of the dead, inspired
To march upon the South,
Were held back by this single word
That issued from your mouth.
This simple deed that thou hast done
Should be remembered when
They speak of acts of courage that
Were done by living men
