*Your POV*
I slowly opened my eyes, looking around my surroundings, my vision was blurry as I laid sideways on the moist ground. I could faintly hear two people talking, one with a familiar french accent but I could see them probably because they were behind me.
"I didn't kill her, she just unconscious" the french female voice said.
"I didn't say you did but she been unconscious for a while now" A deep voice told her.
I tried to get up but my head started to throb causing me to groan in pain which caught there attention.
"Y/n? Your awake!" the French female exclaimed.
"Melina?" I asked as I felt myself being sat up and Melina stooped in front of me with a smile as Lucas sat next to me, holding me up by my shoulders.
It was night but the moon shone so bright that I could see them along with the help of Melina and Lucas who's hair had a glow to it matching the gems.
"Ah, you're back with us, wi?" She asked.
I nodded.
"Other than a mass headache, I'm okay" I told her.
She continued you to stare me down.
"Is something wrong?" I asked.
"Your hair" She stated.
I gave her a confused look nothing knowing what she means.
"It's more purple than pink now"
"What?!"
I quickly looked for my phone in my pocket to see what she was talking about.
As soon as I opened my screen my camera came on and I saw what she was talking about.

"My hair..." I said lost for words when I remember what Pink had told me in my dream.
'You're no longer mines'
'Your gem says it all'
'You're your own Diamond'
I was finally my own Diamond.
"In all on honest, you look more mature with that hair" Lucas told me causing me to look at him.
"Did- did you go through the same thing as me?" I asked and he nodded.
"At the beginning of your years of a being a Diamond child as I like to call it" Melina started to explain.
"-We have looked just like your Diamonds but as we grow we get to become over own Diamonds if that makes sense to you"
I nodded slowly.
"So the Diamonds are a foundation for us to find out who were are as your own Diamond?" I asked.
Melina smiled and nodded.
"Oh!" Melina gasped as she abruptly got up for her stooping position.
"The reason why we are here"
"What I thought it was to knock her unconscious and traumatize her mate" Lucas said sarcastically as he got up and help me up.
"Oh no! What happened to Sour Cream?!' I asked as I tried to get out Lucas' grip to look for him
"Don't ma chérie, Lucas only knocked him unconscious if he wakes up, he has other respects as a fighter" Melina told me making my blood run cool.
Lucas' hit could almost crack a gem so I was beyond worried if he was okay.
"As Melina said don't worry he's over there" Lucas said as he pointed to a nearby tree where Sour Cream leaned against the tree eyes closed but there was a pair of icy grey eyes right back at me on his lap.
The creature slowly began to approach us and my eyes turned to stars when it came into the moonlight.
I couldn't help but walk over to the Snow Leopard and pet their head.
"Hello there" I greeted as it purred and nudged its head to me causing me to smile.
"What's their name?" I asked as I turned to face Lucas and Melina.
"Well, he's your's so we didn't name him but we call him Leo" Lucas informed me.
"Humm. I like it" I smiled as I hugged my new companion as he licked my face casing a tingling to happen on my face
"Ma chérie the is something else we must tell you" The seriousness in Melina's tone caused me to stop smiling and
"We are obviously not here to take you back to Homeworld you seem so happy on Earth" Melina started.
"And know your secret is safe with us"
I got up and when over to them and gave them a hug as they hugged me back.
"Thank you so much"
"You're welcome Y/n"
We separated from the hug as a question came to mind.
"Do you want to stay on Earth?" I asked them.
"Oh no, I prefer to rule over the gems on the plant I rule" Melina quickly said.
"And someone needs to make sure she stays in check" Lucas added as I nodded when I heard a groan from were Sour Cream, I quickly turned to see him conscious and holding his head but when I turn back to face to Melina and Lucas, they were gone.
I smiled softly knowing that might have been the last time I ever say then. My attention was diverted to Leo who nudged my leg.
"Right, Sour Cream" I reminded myself as I rushed over to him.
I kneeled in front of him as Leo came and sat next to me.
"Sour Cream, are you alright?" I asked.
"Other than this massive pain in the back of my head and I'm seeing a Snow Leopard I'm okay" He told me causing me to sigh in relief and hug him.
He was startled but wrapped his arms around me.
"Um Y/n...Is the Leopard suppose to be here and larger than the normal ones?" He asked as I pulled away from the hug and wrapped an arm around Leo.
"Two gem friends of mines came and gave him to me" I told him as he held a suspicious look but Leo moved up to Cream and licked his cheek, surprising him.
His suspicious look melted into a smile.
"Hey, my headaches are gone" He stated.
"That's amazing!" I said as I got up and lend my hand to help him up.
"Well, you ready to go back to Steven's place?" He asked me as we didn't let go of each other hands.
"Yes, but in style" I told him causing his eyebrow to cock-up in confusion.
I pointed at Leo and he mouthed "Ohh", getting my plan.
We walked up to Leo and probably senses laid down for us to climb on.
As we got on Leo's back Sour Cream wrapped his arms around my waist.
"Does he know where he's going?" Sour Cream question.
"I hope" I told him honestly as I lend forward to Leo's ear.
"Hey Snowy. I know you might not know where this place is but can you take us to the Beach house?" I asked him.
He growled and started to
"What is he doing?" Sour Cream asked.
"I'm not too sure"
Leo began to paw the ground blowing him as he began to run, his breathing becoming heavier.
Whenever we came crossed a tree branch we dodged it.
"Um, any idea what's going on?" Sour Cream asked me, panic rising in his voice as Leo ran faster and held on to my waist tighter.
"I-" Before I could start my sentence there was a grey glow coming from Leo's eyes and before I know it, there was a grey right in front of Leo and he ran into it.

Before I knew it we were by the beach, the Beach house in the distant.
"Wow" Was all Sour Cream could say.
"Did you know he could do that?" He quickly asked
I was still a bit shock on what just happened
"I had a hunch so" I told him.
Leo laid down as we got of him.
We began walking toward the beach house, Sout Cream on my left and Leo on my right.
Silents loomed over us as we walked.
"Well, that was a very interesting night," I said.
Sour Cream let out a short laugh and passed his hand through his hair.
"Yeah, one minute I was knocked cold then to see a Leopard twice its normal size that happens to be able to make portals, yeah tonight was definitely wild" Sour Cream agreed as he draped his arms around me as we walked pulling me closer making me wrapped my arms around his torso.
"Want to do it again?" I asked playfully.
"Sure, why not?" Sour Cream said shocking me a bit.
"I mean who knows what we could find, maybe a unicorn or some lost treasure" Sour Cream jokes as we went up the stairs leading to the Beach house, Leo following right behind us.
When we made it to the front of the door, surprisingly the lights were still on.
As I faced Sour Cream he looked baffled. It didn't take me long to realise why he was.
"Ohh my hair"
"Yeah- I'm just noticing that"
He titled his head a bit, stared at me for a while before smiling.
"You look beautiful with it" Sour Cream commented as he played with a strand of hair making my cheeks flush.
Sour Cream began to grin.
"Yeah you totally pull off the look"
His statement caused me to laugh
Leo started to rub himself against Sour Cream's side causing him to look at him.
"Hey, I think he likes me" He as he starched his ears causing him to purr.
I looked at to two of them amused.
"Well he certainly doesn't dislike you" I teased.
Sour Cream playfully rolled his eyes and turned to face me.
"Good night Y/n, call you in the morning?"
I smiled and nodded.
"Of course"
He smiled and leaned in for a hug which I hugged him back.
He titled my head and placed a kiss good night on my lips before breaking the hug.
With Sour Cream made his way back to town.
I took a deep breath in and tried to ready myself as I looked down at Leo who was by my side licking his right front paw.
"Surely they won't mind another magical cat in the house?" I asked.
Leo looked at me for a second before going back licking his paw.
I sighed realizing I was asking a Leopard for answers.
Without any more hesitation, I opened the door with Leo right behind me.
As soon as I entered I saw Pearl and Sapphire sitting on the couch and they raised their heads as they enter.
That's when I realised. I left when Sapphire and Ruby unfuse and I was in the dark for the most part of what happened.
"So...What'd I miss?"
Hello, Starlings! I hope this you like this chapter! I'm thinking about writing a chapter explaining a few thinks about Melina, Lucas and Leo if you have any questions about them I'll gladly answer them for you Starlings, I mean if you guys don't want then the story will (finally) continue as normal.
