Percy's P.o.v
It's been three months since the war and we had alot of new campers comming in
there were a few Ares campers and a couple of Apollo and Hermes campers along with a about 13 other demigods but what suprised me and nearly everyone at camp was when a little 6 year old boy, John Peters was claimed
he is son of Posioden and that may or may not have reminded me of my brother but I pushed past that and got those thoughts out of my head
I groaned as I felt a sudden weight land on my body
I open my eyes to see a pair off sea green eyes and a blob of brown hair on my chest
"Really John, I was sleeping" I complained and he smirked before running out of the cabin
"Stupid dreams" I grumbled as I got out of bed and went over to the bathroom as I quickly grabbed some clothes
I had woken up at around 3am which ment I got around two hours of sleep which is probably a record for this week since I couldn't sleep with Annabeth to calm our dreams as she was with her dad but she was comming back today and I plan to propose to her since Athena accepted our relationship
I sighed as I felt the hot water drip on my body getting rid of the dried blood from my "dream" which was really just Tartarus torturing me by pulling my soul into the underworld
I quickly wash my hair with my blueberry scented shampoo and conditioner and get out the shower and get changed into my normal clothes as I was taking Annabeth on a date
I looked at myself in the mirror, I was wearing an over-sized blue hoddie with a pair of black ripped denim jeans and some black and blue sneakers with white socks so i all in all really comfy
I styled my hair so I put put it in a waterfall braid and curled my hair and just as I was opening my door the room filled with white and i immediately groaned knowing who it was by the smell of perfume
"What is it now!" I complain as I walk in the room to be faced with Aphrodite
"Well I heard what your doing and i want to be apart of it!" She exclaimed as she squealed but i just groaned just hoping that none of the other gods come down
Cabin 10 had found out and spread it through camp and now everyone knew and basically planned a whole lot of things for me to do but I turned them all down except they still wanted to be apart of it so I agreed to let them decorate the mess hall
"What do you mean you want to be apart of it? I already have a plan so you can help the rest of the campers" I knew she was planning something so I quickly shot her down
"Awww fine but I get to help with your wedding!" I sighed as I nodded as I knew this was the only way to get her to back down
"Just no overdoing it and I dont even know if she's going to say yes!" i stressed and she just burst out laughing....LAUGHING
I quickly walked out of cabin 3 leaving a sulking Godess behind before she flashed back to Olympus
I walked over to the mess hall and sat at the Poseidon table next to where John was eating
"Hey sis! Are you eating?" OMG he is soooo innocent and cute and ywndjsiuxjrbjxks
"I'm not hungry, are you excited to meet Annabeth?" He looked up at me and stopped eating
"YES! I mean yeah" he tried to play if off but I just started laughing but soon he leaned over to me
"Are you going to do it tonight?" He asked as he started smiling like a maniac
"Yeah I can-" before i could finish my eyes widen as i stare at the boy before me
"Who told you!" I shrieked but all he did was shrug
"Camp, word got around fast" I groan as I start banging my head on the table making everyone look at me
"What's going on?" Shouted a camper, from which cabin I dont know I am banging my head against a wooden bench
"Dont you dare" I growl and he nods but I noticed a glint in his eyes and I went to tackle him but I was too late
"She asking Annabeth to-" the rest was muffled by my hand as I tackled him too the ground
The campers were shocked and silent but then erupted into cheers of joy and happiness
"Really! Johnnn" I said dragging out his name but stop as I hear an all to familiar shout which caused everyone to shut up
"Hey seaweed brain!" I turned around dropping John and started running up the the hill leaving a confused John
"Wise girl!" I yelled as I slammed my lips onto hers
I heard her chuckle
"I missed you" our foreheads were touching and I could feel her breath on my skin
"I missed you too" we sat on the grass of the hill just leaning on each other when I realized something
"Hey wise girl?" I spoke quietly as I didn't want to leave, she hummed in response
"I need to go" all she did was groan and snuggle closer to me
"Noooo don't leave meee" she whined
"I have to go" u quickly kissed her before getting up and running over to Cabin 10
I sighed as I knocked on the door
《Annabeth's P.o.v》
《That night》
I was walking around camp all day and I straight away knew something was wrong because people were talking and whispering and as soon as I got near they would shut up or glare at anyone who was still talking
I groaned as I stomped into my cabin
"What's wrong?" Emma a new camper asked but all I did was groan
"Everyones whispering and I dont know what's going on!" I shouted as I screamed into my pillow
"You dont know!?" She whisper shouted and by now the while cabin was watching and glaring at Emma
"Know what?" I questioned as I stopped screaming and looked up at her face
"Percy is-" she was stopped as multiple people threw pillows at her
"So Annabeth how was your trip?" Malcom said and for some reason when he said my name Emma froze and ran over to her bed with a red face
"Why did you do that!" I shouted pointing a finger at him
"Do what?" He said calmly but I knew he was nervous
"Why did you say my name like that" I was getting really mad and I could tell that showed because of all the people moving away from the pale Malcom
"Ptfff like what" he waved his hand around but his confidence was leaving him but just and as I was about to yell at him there was a knock at the door and everyone sighed in relief
I took a few deep breaths as someone opened the door
There was a little boy who had eyes like Percy's but he had brown hair
"Hey John what's up" Emma shouted from her bed
"Uhhh, is Annabeth here?" He said weakly as he noticed the stares he was getting
"I'm here" I called out as I walked closer to the door
"Well Percy wants to meet you at the beach in five minutes and she said to wear something nice" he said then ran out the door
I had completely forgotten about our date!
I rushed over to my drawers and quickly grabbed out a pair of black tights and a grey crop top that had a fish in the corner and a black jacket and some black combat boots with white socks and put them on the bed
"Annabeth you dont have time for a shower" Shouted Anastasia another new camper well she might not be a new camper anymore
"Your right" I groan as I grab the clothes and run into the small closet and turn on the light before getting dressed
I quickly put my hair into a high pony before rushing out of my cabin and down to the beach
"I'm sorry I'm late Perce" I yell as I reach our spot
I gasp as I look around, there was a giant picnic blanket on the sand and there was a basket full of food on top of it but that wasn't what caught my eye
What caught my eye were the fairy lights tied to some wooden poles and trees that lit up the night sky
I walked over to the blanket standing under all the lights
I looked around but I couldn't see her anywhere
"Wise girl" I quickly turned around to face Percy walking towards me
"Seaweed brain this is amazing" I said as I turned around to take it all I again before facing her again
"Annabeth chase, you are the most wonderful, beautiful, smart, scary and important person that I have ever laid eyes on and I want to grow old with you and create a family together so I ask you"
She got down on one knee as I let out a gasp and tears were threatening to fall out
"Will you marry me and together we can defeat whatever comes in our way together" I smiled as I leaped into her arms and not even a second later our lips were touching and we both had tears of joy rolling down our face
We stopped kissing when I heard a click and a squeal and that's when Percy groaned
"I love you wise girl" i smiled as she slid the ring on my finger
The ring was celestial bronze with a grayish blueish crystal in the middle and a wave design was holding the gem in place and Percy's was the same except hers had a very clear blue crystal instead and had and owl
"Is this writing?" I ask as I point to the inside of the ring, she nods
Mine read ' Wise girl I love you and together we can defeat anything the fates throw at us '
I chuckled a little at the end
"I love it" she smiled and we kissed again
"So how did the campers find out?" I laughed as she groaned
"Cabin 10" and with that we spent the whole night chatting and partying with the campers and others (*cough*Aphrodite*cough*)
"I love you seaweed brain" I mumbled as we fell asleep on the bed in cabin 3
