"I wanna see Tokyo Tower!" Hinata screeched, flying past Naomi as she stood up from her seat, pins and needles in her left foot.

"We've been here before, Hinata. The Tokyo Tower isn't around here." Daichi called after the human orange who had already leapt off the bus. Much slower, Naomi shuffled off the bus, grabbing her bag and wandering into the place they were staying, not bothering to wait for the rest of them.

"Where are you going, Koyama-senpai?" Yamaguchi called, watching her walk away.

"Bed." She grumbled, startling the team. She was never grumpy, or quiet. She was quite a loud and fun person most of the time, although she could occasionally be quite reserved. Had someone said something wrong?

Alas, they had done nothing, but in Naomi's mind, she had. She was the one who had been the backbone of her team, even if she wasn't the captain. She had been the Ace. She had been the Vice-Captain (which was actually accepted by her quite reluctantly). And she had been the one forced to move to Japan. To destroy the hopes of winning Nationals once more. Her world-famous international team that represented NSW as a side-job had lost. Not even lost. They never even got the chance to play.

Because of her.

The boys brushed it off, all getting ready for bed as the sun dipped underneath the horizon. Slotting herself in between the wall and Shimizu, Naomi felt her eyes flutter close, and back open as the morning sun filter through the curtains and fell onto her face.

She groaned, slowly waking up. Her surroundings were quiet, signalling that no one had woken up yet.

Or the team was actually being quiet, which she highly doubted.

Getting dressed, she made her way to where the boys had set up camp, most of them sprawled out of the futons. Tanaka snored quite loudly as she carefully stepped over body parts, getting closer to the curtained window.

Screeches filled the room as she yanked the curtains to the side, the bright sun startling everyone awake.

"I'm melting!" Hinata wailed, arms and legs going everywhere.

"You all have four minutes to get ready, we're leaving in five." She called, sending everyone into a whirlwind. The last thing she heard before the echoes of her sneakers drowned them out, was a very high-pitched screech from Tanaka once Nishinoya put his cold hands on his bare back.

She sighed, her breathe coming out as a cold. It would warm up quite quickly, especially when they began all their practice matches.

Her breathe visibly lingered once more as she stepped outside, the bus parked on the curb. She knew it would get better when they got to the venue. It would have to.

Blinking out of her thoughts, she heard the door she had previously step through open, Sugawara leading the suddenly perky team. Had someone given them sugar already, or were they always like this?

He filed himself out of the way so everyone could haul themselves on the bus, standing next to Naomi.

"Are you alright, Naomi-chan?" He asked quietly, concern written all over his face. Her heart almost melted at the puppy dog eyes he didn't seem to know he was giving her.

"Been better." She grinned half-heartedly. "I'll be okay though." Scanning for any sign of her lying, Sugawara nodded, before moving aside so she could get on the bus.

"Naomi!" The bus simultaneously yelled, a smile unable to stop itself from sliding onto her face.

"Whose ready to play?" She yelled back, grinning. They roared in reply as she sat down next to Ukai. "Let's go kick some ass!"

________

The venue they would be attending was quite large, able to host several teams easily. And with each team selectively having their own ball of energy player (unfortunately Karasuno had multiple that Naomi would need to keep in line; including herself), the extra space they had been given was needed.

"Move or I'll kick you." Naomi warned, only half-serious. Three of the boys had decided to go through the bus doorway at once, and had gotten slightly stuck, wedged between each other.

"Naomi-chan, you wouldn't!" Tanaka cried at her, only to be catapulted to the grass alongside Nishinoya and Kageyama. Laughing at them, Hinata toppled down as well from where he stood.

"Karma, bitch." She grinned maniacally.

The rest of the team decided to head out the other sets of doors.

The rest of the teams had evidently arrived, gathered in one hall, from the sound of it. The team started towards the hall, entering the foyer and chatting wildly.

Ping!

Naomi pulled her phone from her pocket, quickly stopping to open it.

Bathroom.

The text was short, but sent her head flying, trying to find the sign that would lead her to the bathroom.

Spotting it, she called that she was going to the toilet, she shifted her bag, walking down a corridor before turning into the women's toilets.

"Took you long enough." A figure called, obviously waiting for her. Naomi dropped her bag, taking three large strides before engulfing her twin sister in a tight hug. "I heard. I'm so, so sorry Nao."

"It was my fault."

"And what are you going to do about it?"

"So no 'Oh no, it isn't your fault'?" She mocked in a high-pitched voice, rolling her eyes.

"Well that's what you think, isn't it? Nothing I say will change that." Naomi hesitated. She did have a point.

"Changing the subject, who tortured you to become their manager?" She asked, looking at the jacket around her sister. She laughed.

"It was voluntary, actually. As we're second years, we're supposed to choose a club, even if it isn't compulsory. You?"

"Uncle Ukai made me. He also wanted me to coach alongside, but I said no."

"Speaking of volleyball, shall we head on out?" Ayana questioned, noticing how the boys, whether they be theirs or other team's, were getting louder. Naomi nodded, grabbing both her sister and her bag before heading on out.

The closer the girls got, the more they realised who was yelling. And as they reached the door to the hall, they were able to put picture to audio.

Both their teams were attempting to hold their members back as they yelled at each other.

"Our new manager is the prettiest!"

"No, city boy! Our's is!"

"Don't call me that!"

Glancing at each other as they got closer, both took a deep breath.

"Tanaka, what the hell is happening?"

"Yamamoto, what the hell is happening?"

Their voices were in sync, so it wasn't until the two teams turned to them that they realised, there was actually two of them.

The girls glared at their respective teams, hands shoved in their pockets and standing next to one another.

"There's two of them!" Tanaka screamed, startled, immediately falling limp in Daichi and Ennoshita's arms. "I have been blessed!"

"I suggest you shut up, otherwise you won't be having children Tanaka." She growled lowly, taking a step towards them. "And considering you chose the topic of both Ayana and myself to cause a ruckus, the entire team can take a lap." She smiled sweetly, daring anyone to object.

"That goes for all of you as well." Ayana called to Nekoma, who looked alarmed.

"But!"

"That isn't fair!"

"Would you like me to go get Nekomata-sensei?" She countered, immediately shutting them down. Both teams grumbling, they headed to the outside oval, smacking their teammate who had gotten them into trouble with their manager. "Giraffe with bedhair on my team is oogling at you." Naomi quickly spotted the lanky boy who had quickly looked away.

"You don't say." She laughed. "He couldn't have made it any more obvious. Probably baffled that there's two of us."

"Eh, I'm not too sure that's the reason." Ayana laughed at their retreating figures. They wouldn't be back for a while. She turned, catching a glimpse of a figure she hadn't seen in a while.

"Uncle Ukai!"
