You can chose your height as long as you are shorter then 5'5 but taller then 5'0 (sorry if you're taller)
Quirk: Soul Wings
Allows the user to create spiritual like wings, these wings are not attached to you. The bigger the wings the shorter they stay for.
For your hero costume it's pretty much up to you but your legs have to be showing.
