Hinayaan ko na lang siya. Nakita ko yung hawak-hawak ko at yung nakasulat dito naalala ko si Klio kaya siguro ako umiiyak ulit ngayon, nilagay ko na lahat ng information sa notebook pati mga important cellphone numbers na binigay sa'kin ng lalaking 'yon. Maya't- maya ay biglang pumasok si Mommy sa kwarto.
"Leyra, how's your day?" tanong sakin ni Mommy.
"Nothing good." buntong hiningang sabi ko.
"Why? Is there anything wrong? May masakit ba sayo? Is there something that bothers you?" tanong niya ulit.
"Wait chill Mom, ano to Q and A? You're stressing my amnestic brain." pamimilosopo ko kay Mommy.
"Lady! I'm serious. Is there anything wrong?" pagtataas ng boses nito and dude she's really serious. And, because of that naging seryoso na rin ako and show her what I always wanted.
"I want justice," I insisted.
"Here we go again, Lady! I already said NO. How many times should I tell you that!?" she exclaimed.
"I have amnesia." napabuntong hininga nalang si Mommy
"NO." She grabbed the notebook and right it down.
"Now I hope that's clear to you," she added.
"Please, Mommy." pagmamakaawa ko sa kanya
"Leyra, please stop this! I already lose your Dad, your memories, I can't lose you anymore, so please." mangiyak ngiyak na sabi ni Mommy.
"I know you're worried, Mom. But the shadows of my past hunts me everytime I remember Klio's name." pagpapaliwanag ko kay Mommy.
"But we're not in Las Haciendas anymore," she said.
"What do you mean?" I asked her
"After what happened to you, I decided to move us out from Las Haciendas for our safety, specially for you."
"Where are we?" I asked again.
"In the city."
"Is it far from Las Haciendas?" pagsabi ko iniba ni Mommy ang sagot.
"Just leave it to us. The Atticus still do their best to give justice to Klio's death."
"As far as I remember, Atticus are powerful so it means they have so much connections but why can't they give justice to Klio?" Ngayon nag iba na ang awra ni Mommy, naiinis na siguro 'to sa kakapilit ko.
"If that's the case the murderers must be powerful too. Las Haciendas rule, power over power. So please, Leyra," she said and then leave me with so much curiosity again.
Napahiga nalang tuloy ako sa kama. Maya't-maya naisipan kong i-search ang location namin at kung gaano kalayo ang Las Haciendas dito. Ayon loading na, malalaman ko na rin nang biglang nagblackout ang phone ko at ayaw na gumana. Pambihira, I love my life! Kung kailan ba naman kailangan. Buti nalang gumagana pa rin ang utak ko kahit bobo ako at nagka-amnesia, kinuha ko mga photos sa cabinet at hinanap yung picture ni.... ayon Doctor. I used the Telephone to call him. It's ringing and he picked up.
"Who's this?" he asked, infairness ang ganda ng boses talaga. Ang deep ng voice niya with a little raspy.
"Dr. Kriogri Lanieri?" pagbabasa ko sa pangalan na nakalagay sa photo
"Speaking. Who is this please?"
"It's me, Leyra."
"Leyra Madrid?" he asked, bingi ba 'to?
"Inulit pa nga. May iba ka pa bang kilalang Leyra ha?" inis kong sabi sa kanya.
"Let me remind you, you're speaking with your Doctor." sungit naman nito, sa bagay ako rin naman.
"Wait ha."
"Wait, what?"
"Hanapin ko lang yung pake ko." sabi sainyo attitude talaga ako sa attitude rin sa'kin
"What do you want? Is there any problem?"
"Search for my location going to Las Haciendas. I need that tomorrow. Thankyou. Bye." Hindi ko na siya pinasalita baka kung ano-ano na naman sabihin niya eh at baka makalimutan ko pa maya-maya. Sana naman may mabuting kalooban din yung Doctor na 'yon at gawin niya. I was looking at the ceilings now and di ko namalayan nakatulog na pala ako. Then I dreamt something.
"You must be Klio's girlfriend?" This guy approached me, he has a gruff voice. He looks mysterious, maybe because of how he looks, he has this black eyeliner, he wears a bonnet, has piercings in his ears, rings in his fingers and he wears a simple plain t-shirt. I think a 6'1 tall just like Klio's height and he's good looking.
"Yes I am. Who are you? And why'd you ask?" I question.
"Klio has a really good taste. So lucky," he said and then smiled at me
"Excuse me?" I asked at medyo naiinis na rin ako sa lalaking ito.
"Don't worry Kliosate is a nice guy but be ca—"
"Leyra!" Napatingin ako sa nagsalita, it was Klio who interrupted at hinawakan ako sa bewang, medyo nagulat din ako sobrang higpit. Tinitigan niya ang kamay ni Klio na hawak hawak ako sa bewang habang ngumunguso ang labi at biglang ngumiti.
"Nothing to do, Riush?" he asked, and this guy just laughed na para bang nang aasar.
"I'm Riushan Atticus Luxell. Kliosate's brother. I mean half-brother." He offer his hand and I looked at Klio, so he's Klio's brother kaya pala medyo hawig. I was about to shake his hands but Klio grabbed my hand.
"Let's go, Love. We still have something to do," he said while looking at his brother. Anong meron bakit parang ang awkward nila sa isa't isa? Siguro hindi magkasundo itong dalawa.
"C'mon, Klio. I'm just being nice to your girlfriend. Aren't you gonna introduce her to your family?" he said and he's still smiling tapos chill pa rin siya.
"Riushan, please not now." I looked at Klio and his now pissed off.
"Sorry Riushan, we really need to go." I interrupted baka kung saan mapunta ang usapan na 'to eh, mukhang di talaga sila magkasundo. Then hinila ko na si Klio.
"Klio, are you okay?" I asked him mukhang tense siya eh
"You shouldn't talk to him that much." Nagtaka ako sa sinabi niya
"Is there anything going on between you and your brother?" I asked and he looked at me seriously.
"I just don't want his attitude. He plays with girls so you should be careful!" he warned.
"But, I'm his brother's girlfriend? For sure he'll respect that." Klio looked at me again.
"He don't have respect, that's it." Nauna na si Klio maglakad and I'm just here standing like...okay fine. No choice rin naman ako kaya sinundan ko siya. Grabeng suyuan na naman 'to. Mga lalaki talaga ngayon daig pa babae kung magtampo. No choice I love him.

The next day.
Maaga akong nagising, I followed my daily routine syempre, di ko alam kung bakit, basta maaga ako nagising. Weird, pero naalala ko yung panaginip ko kagabi bakit ko kaya napanaginipan 'yon? As of now di ko pa masyado naalala ang memories ko kay Riushan o kahit sino man sa family ni Klio. And because of this curiosity mas lalo ako na encourage to do something with this case.
I hope what I remember from some of this memories in the past will help me unlock the justice me and Klio deserves.
