one thing i know for sure is that time waits for no one.
when you look back, you wouldn't remember the negative emotions. you'd think about the time you and your friends got stomachaches from laughing too much; the times where you'd lie down under the sky vibing to the music in the background; the times where you did not let those negative emotions overcome you.
i used to think that i had to find a solution for everything, for that was the only way to defeat the voices in my head for good.
but there isn't a solution for everything.
worrying can't change anything.
it took me a while, but i finally accepted that.
so instead of dwelling on those negative thoughts today, do something that you'll remember for the rest of your life.
time waits for no one.
