Randy looks at the knight that is panting in front of his office. Slowly, his calm face turn into a scowl.

Emerald is sitting in her room alone.
She is sitting on the chair while looking at the dark night in front of her open wide window.
She is playing with her feet, swaying them.
She never thought that one day she will be love by her parents.
But she also never imagine them selling her out so openly.
The West part of the kingdom near the boundary of the Muffery Kingdom is not a very safe place.
On top of the threat of invasion, there's also some mountain bandits lurking around.
The villagers are not very familiar with the Royal family. Nobody even know the face of them because they are ten days away from the capital. But they often trade with the city and they know the most famous princess in the street. Princess Emerald.
They said she was kind and lovely.
They want to reach out to her.
Because of that the King wants to send her away.
To handle the West side of the Kingdom as a royalty member it was her obligation to answer the needs of the masses.
But......She is 9 years old.
And on top of that, he place is really unsafe.
Its very unnatural for the King to tell her to go.
Its like he has sentence her to her death.
Emerald sighs.
She stands up and look at her dress she never thought she owned.

It matches her eyes.
She clenched her fist.
"Well...Whatever." she said and took a deep breath.

The King frowns seeing Froilan entering the King throne room without permission.
The prime minister is also shock.
They are about to reprimand him but Froilan is faster.
"I am resigning. Good bye."
He said and bow respectfully and left.
All they can watch is his cape swaying in the air.
"Wha--what?" The King hurriedly stood up.
The prime minister trembles.
"What...so rude!"
"What? Hurry and call him back!" The King panics.
The Prime Minister long been disatisfied with the General so he shakes his head.
"Your highness, it is time to let him go."
"What are you talking about? We need Sir Froilan's influence to make the Military stable!"
The Prime Minister shakes his head.
"As long as he is here. The military will not trully accept Prince Rodrigo as the new commander. Let him go. He is already old."
The King weigh the pros and cons and slowly he heave a sigh.
"Maybe........you are right..." the King heart is still a mess but he is already calm in the outside.
Randy walks to the King's throne room.
The King and the Prime Minister paused.

Randy looks at the King.
"I will resign. Good bye."

The King heart trembles.
This man?
This man who threatens his life and position all his life will gladly leave? What is going on?
Unlike the King, the Prime Minister happily claps his hand.
"Finally! Your highness," he shouted happily.
The King also rejoice.
But somehow he felt that he is forgetting something very important.
Randy is bound to the palace.
He has always been someone who never step outside no matter what.
But he smiles at the border line he made himself.
He once almost irradicate the whole kingdom and killed countless of lives. From then, he promise never to mingle in the palace affair and also never to step outside.
He keep that promise for so many decades and centuries.
Now...He breaks his own boundary.
The sound of the breaking invisible array creates confusion to the experts inside the palace.
There is little disturbance but it doesn't create much of a ruckus.
Emerald is already packing her clothes.
Her maids are all going with her.
She laughs about it but also felt relieved.
Jess and Zeo built a huge carriage to fit all her personal things.
Emerald gave her last lesson and also left a bunch of exercises.
Everyone in the Brown Bear are depress when she left.
"Brother..." Emerald happily hugs Yosef.
Yosef hugs her back.
"Be a good girl out there."
"Hmm..Take care brother."
"Emerald.....I am sorry."
"Huh?"
Yosef looks at her face and rub her cheeks.
"I have no power or real strength. But...I am your brother. So...What I am saying is.....Someday, I will make you proud."
Emerald chuckles.
"Well,... I hope someday is not that long. I am not going to live forever."

"Are you sure you won't say good bye to the squads, princess?" Jess asks.
Emerald shakes her head.

"They will be heart broken." Zeo added.
Emerald bites her lower lip.
"They are good people... I will live and see them again..So I can apologize." She said and climb the carriage.
Jess and Zeo shake their head and follow her to the carriage.
Usually maids should be near her but they decided that it is too dangerous so they havr to be near Princess Emerald at all times.
The maids also agreed with this set up.
Emerald only have six carriage with her.
It is so lonely and quiet.

The carriage stops and shake for a while.
Jess immediately carry Emerald in his arms and ready to jump any moment while Zeo is holding his personal sword. A firy red sword that is huge and heavy.
Emerald clasps her hand together praying silently.
"What is happening?" Zeo shouted.
"Ah....Uh..." the knights are all stammering.
"What?" Zeo went outside to see what is happening and then paused to watch too.
Jess went to peek and blinks.
"Princess,"
Emerald opens her eyes and watch hundred familiar faces in their knight robes.
"What....what are you all foing here?" Emerald smiles and ask Jess to put her down.
"Are you...sending me off?" She said and walks to Froilan and Randy on their horses.
Ansley and his squad. The knight guards. The Falcon Squad.
They are all here looking so dashing.
Surprisingly noticable is their blue robes. It is not the same robes of the Larksen knights robe she usually see.
"Princess, we will follow you where ever you go." Ansley said.
"For me, you are my only Master."
"Princess, you can't get rid of us now." Michael grins.
The other squad leaders laugh and thr soldiers cheers.
Emerald shakes her head.
"Wha-what are you talking about? What about your honor? Your sworn duty to the country? Your family! They need money! Go back!"
Randy laughs.
"You see little Emerald. If you are worrying about money, you only have to look for me. That is always been the case right?"
Emerald tilts her head.
"Randy, you are coming too?"
"I...do not want to watch an empty palace."
Emerald doesn't know what to say. She suddenly stomp her feet in anger.
"What is wrong with everyone of you?" Tears are running down her eyes. "So much exaggeration! Too much patriotism!I....I am just....." she hides her eyes and cry louder and louder.
Her parents throws her out.
But her family...follows behind her.
Her heart is being filled.
Froilan rubs her hair.
"Come on. We have to go to the dock before it gets dark."
Emerald nods.
"Thank you...Everyone...Thank you."
