Those on Starlight, had gotten ready to go. Lucinda broke down hers, Kim's, and Laurance's armor and they were passed around the six of them.
After going over what little they knew, they went to the docks.
Laurance made the rest of them hide as he took the boat.
"Captain! We've been waiting on you to get to the island." One of the soldiers said. "Where's your armor?"
"Put to good use. We have some people coming with us." He waved the others over.
"Sir! Those are the ones we're supposed to be capturing!" One of them exclaimed.
"I know. Problem?" Laurance raised an eyebrow, nodding for the others to get on the ship.
"We can't allow them on."
"I still outrank you, and..." he grabbed the barrel of one soldier and slammed it into the other's head. He threw the other over his shoulder and slammed him on the ground before hitting him in the head. Effectively knocking them both out.
"Whoa, when'd you learn how to do that?" Aphmau asked as Laurance dropped the gun.
"Training." Laurance answered. "You gotta be good to join the Guardian Forces."
"Oh."
They got on the boat. Dante, even though he had trouble standing, he, Zane, and Kawaii-Chan manned the boat and got it going.
"Laurance? What are you doing?" Kim asked.
Laurance was at the back of the boat with his radio, listening. He brought a finger to his lips, telling Kim to stay quiet before holding the button on his radio.
"Again, I am only transmitting orders. All ships by the island must be gone within the hour."
"I... yes sir. They'll be gone."
"Good." He clicked off the radio then looked over at Kim. "Now all the ships will be out of the way when we get there. We shouldn't have a problem getting on the island."
"Oh, I guess it's a good thing one of our friends is a high ranking officer than." She said.
Laurance chuckled. "I guess."
Once by the cannon, they came to a stop and climbed up.
One by one they climbed up. Just as Laurance was pulling Dante up, the cannon began to shake.
They began to scream and try to steady themselves.
"What's going on?!" Lucinda demanded.
"He can't be... EVERYONE HOLD ONTO SOMETHING!" Terry yelled.
"Guys?" Laurance called. He was barely able to stay on the cannon while keeping a grip on Dante.
"Oh no." Zane let Kawaii-Chan down, she held onto the ground as the whole place shook, and ran over to help.
Just as Zane grabbed Dante's other arm, the cannon shot into the air.
They pulled the injured bluenet up against the rushing wind and slowly it came to a stop.
"Thanks." Dante panted.
"Yeah, thanks." Laurance nodded.
Zane just nodded. It took a bit to pull someone up normally, it's another thing when the wind is pushing them down.
"Where..." Kim trailed off.
"We're in the sky." Dante said. Pulling attention to the three men by the edge.
They slid down by the others.
"Oh no." Lucinda breathed as they all saw Katelyn, eyes glowing green ever so slightly, running at them.
"LUCINDA! RUN!" Aphmau screamed.
Aphmau jumped between Katelyn and Lucinda. They both got hit and hit to the ground.
Laurance ran forward and grabbed Katelyn's arm, Kim grabbed her other arm.
Katelyn threw Laurance off her and into Zane who was running over to help. She flipped Kim onto the ground behind her then kicked her into the two men.
Katelyn trained her gaze on Kawaii-Chan, Dante stepped between them, despite being as injured as Kawaii-Chan, ready to fight.
(Btw I am prolly gonna just disregard Terry from now on)
Katelyn ran towards them before Lucinda threw a fireball at her.
Aphmau tackled Katelyn and they rolled for a bit before Katelyn was on top. She started to hit Aphmau before jumping up.
Aphmau rolled away just as Katelyn punched the ground she was a second before, creating a small creator.
Aphmau and Katelyn continued to fight, Laurance ran over and started to help but even so, they didn't get much ground.
Aphmau went in for a kick but Katelyn caught it. She jumped up and threw Aphmau on top of Laurance, they both broke through the ground, creating a hole into the hallway below them.
"Are you ok?" Aphmau coughed.
"Just fine." Laurance assured though he probably broke a rib. Unlike Aphmau, he had a helmet, she had a breastplate.
Aphmau nodded. She looked up.
"I'll boost you." He offered.
"Ok." Laurance launches Aphmau up the hole and she tackled Katelyn.
"Hold her!" Lucinda yelled.
"I'm trying!" Aphmau gasped.
Lucinda sent a ice breeze, Aphmau jumped aside just in time for Katelyn to be frozen in a block of ice.
"Is she..." Aphmau trailed off.
"She's suspended in a block of ice and it might not last as long as I'd hope. Come on, let's go." She dropped down into the hole.
Everyone else was down there, none of the injured were doing that well at all. Dante was definitely doing the worst but Kawaii-Chan was right behind him. Aphmau wasn't doing that well either.
Aphmau coughed into her hand, blood coming out.
"Aphmau!"
"I'm fine. I'm fine. I just... got thrown around a little that's all." She assured.
"That's an understatement." Kim said, looking at the hole Aphmau and Laurance made. "At least Laurance broke your fall."
"Yeah... how are you doing Laurance?" Lucinda asked.
Laurance was leaning against the wall. "Oh? I'm fine. Probably broke a rib or two but I can keep going." He swallowed.
"You two can't push yourself too much." Lucinda said.
Terry had a few medical supplies and he went across the hall to give to Dante, who was in the worst condition.
"No. I'll be fine." Dante denied it quickly. "Use it on Kawaii-Chan."
Terry sighed, he went over to Zane and Kawaii-Chan, using the supplies on her.
"Keep pressure on it, you know that?" Terry looked over at Zane.
"Yeah, it'll be ok." Zane nodded.
"How long is that ice going to hold Katelyn?" Aphmau asked.
"For a while hopefully. The duration of an entrapment spell is usually determined by the strength of the person held... I haven't used that spell since..." Lucinda trailed off.
