Am I a fool??
It took me years to realize Beam's love was the sincerest love I ever had..
Jean's plan worked out perfectly, she just wanted to hurt her brother.. She used everyone for that..
But how could I do those things to someone.. I feel like dying each minute am alive..
I divorced Jean when Danny was 4, and he grew up without his mother.. and my mother bought up him well, knowing everything about his mother and father, along with the cruelty towards his uncle..
Danny was the one that suffered in between us... He was plucked away from his mother when he needed a mother the most, and I never became a good father..
When ever I see Danny, he remind me of all those tears Beam had to shed.. Beam's feelings come running into me when Danny smiles..
So I kept my distance from my son.. And he too started avoiding me when he was able to understand the reason of my distance from him..
Call me heartless.. But I don't deserve happiness until Beam forgive me..
My mother kept in touch with Beam's mother to know Beam's update.. But all her effort was in wain..
Today too it's a day which my mom accompany Danny to Anne's work place, Wayo's bakery..
That's when I heard that news, the news for which I waited for years..

I took my car and went to the destination... But why was my mother going to hospital, am following my mother's mobile GPS
It didn't take much time for me to cancel all my meetings and reach the hospital.. At the entrance I saw Anne carrying Danny and my mom following Wayo..
Jaruji and my father somehow reached after I arrived.. We all followed, wherever Wayo went..
3rd person pov
Reaching near an expensive hospital room Wayo stopped them from going inside.. Only Anne was allowed to enter
Anne didn't wait for a argument she dropped Danny from her hips and she rushed through the VIP room, there in the room.. Phana was standing beside the bed..
On the bed there was a boy in hospital gown leaning on bed-head, still connected to different cables.. With pale skin, dry lips, it looked like the boy has starved.. The boys bones were protruded..
Anne gasped seeing the boy
"Beam.. Is that you??" Anne's heart broke, she sat beside the bed
"My.. Child.." Anne caressed Beam's face "My beautiful child" She leaned forward and kissed his forehead
"M..om.. Mom" Beam cried in her arms
"Yes.. My baby.. It's mom.." Anne cried hard seeing tears in Beam's eyes "Mom will take care of you now.. My baby"
That's when the room opened and others came in.. Except for Forth and Danny, even though Wayo wanted to see Beam.. He didn't want Forth to see Beam
Beam suddenly hid his face in his mother's shoulders
"Bea...m" Jaruji hesitated
Anne was staring draggers to Jaruji.. But Jaruji was determined to walk closed to his wife and son..
Beam shook his head in fear and kept whispering..
"Bad.. Bad.. Run.. Run"
Jaruji stopped his steps when he heard Beam whispering.. He teared up and looked at his son pleading for forgiveness
"Son.." Jaruji whispered "Am sorry.. Please" He lifted his hands to touch Beam's head
"Don't you dare" Anne hissed and wrapped her son in her arms "Don't touch him without his permission"
"Anne please.. He is my son too" Jaruji pleaded, even though he was aware of response
"You lost your rights" Anne stated sternly knowing Beam was shivering in her arms
Jaruji didn't move from his spot.. He wanted to have a glance of Beam's face at least once..
"Beam" Bella called out
Beam peaked through his mothers shoulder.. But they immediately went back hiding..
"Son.. Please look at me" Bella softly asked, but Beam curled up to his mother
"Dr. Phana.. Can you explain what happened?" Darvid
All eyes was now on Phana.. As far as they know, Beam didn't want to meet them.. But what they now see is a malnourished boy in a hospital bed..
"Am sorry I can not give any details until I do future examination.." Phana signed "I can only say that Beam was in a coma.. And just woke up today"
"Coma" Jaruji gasped and looked at Beam
"Oh my.. Poor child" Bella cried
"Baby" Anne hugged Beam tighter
Phana explained about the complications Beam had when he became a donor, and after effects he had to go through because of lack of treatment before the operation..
Jaruji cried had listening to the doctors explanation.. And Anne was determining her decision on never letting her husband or daughter near her son...
"Am.. Sorry.. Really sorry" Jaruji cried
There was silence in the room.. All were waiting for Beam to say something, but Beam was still hiding
"Beam.. Why don't you talk to your mom" Phana took the initiative to make Beam talk
Beam slowly looked at his mom.. He stared at her for some time
"Old" Beam
"Ahhh" Anne frowned, all were looking at Beam confused
"You look old" Beam
Anne frowned but still had a smile on her face.. Bella chuckled.. Jaruji was happy to see his son opening up
"Were did you go??" Beam asked Anne
"What??" Anne was confused
"I was playing with you" Beam
Anne got confused and worried.. She looked at Phana.. Phana was observing Beam.. He asked Anne to continue talking
"Baby when was I playing with you" Anne
"Till now we were playing" Beam pouted
"Baby.. You were sleeping till now" Anne
"No.. We were playing.. You sang me songs" Beam teared
"Yes.. Yes.. You were playing" Phana interrupted
Anne looked at Phana, she then looked around her.. All were confused and exchanging glances at each other ..
"Beam.. Who am I??" Phana moved closer to Beam
Beam looked at Phana for some time and suddenly raised his hands and hugged Phana
"P' Phana.." Beam looked at Phana happily
"Them.." Phana pointed at Bella and Darvid
Beam looked at them for some time.. Belle was happily waiting to go and hug Beam.. But was taken aback when Beam shook his head indicating he doesn't remember..
"Beam, what all do you remember?" Phana
"Mom.." Beam looked at Anne, he smiled like a kid..
But suddenly his smile vanished.. His eyes got teary.. He held Anne's hand tightly...
"You.. fell down.." Beam started crying again
Anne suddenly hugged Beam...
"Shh.. Shh.. It's fine baby.. Am fine.. Look" Anne consoled Beam
"Ahh.. You.. were in...hic hospital... Ahh.. They.. Hic.. didn't allow Beam..hic ahh.... To see you.." Beam cried hard not leaving Anne
"They... Hic... Ahhh.. Hit Beam... Hic.. Beam.. Ahh.. Was hungry.." Beam was trying to talk between his cry.. But Anne understood what her son was trying to say..
She angrily looked at her husband.. Who was now crying in guilt..
"Am sorry..." Jaruji wept hearing his son
"Shh.. No baby.. Don't cry naa... Mama is here.. Shh.. Please don't cry" Anne patted Beam's head hugging him
Hearing Beam crying, Wayo who was guarding the door came in to see if his friend was alright..
"Wayo.." Beam immediately stopped crying, and happily called out for his friend
Beam left Anne and raised his hand to his friend.. Wayo ran to his friend and hugged him..
Forth was impatiently waiting to see Beam.. Seeing that the door was clear for him Forth took the opportunity to see Beam, he rushed opened the door
Beam was startled and stared at Forth for some time.. Forth walked closer to Beam...
"Beam" Forth cried seeing his Beam all tiered, but still beautiful
Beam jerked off.. He stared at a familiar yet unfamiliar face
"F..for..th" Beam called out Forth's name.. And smiled happily..
Forth's heart jumped a beat when he saw Beam's smile for him.. But it didn't last for long..
Beam suddenly started remembering all that he went through... Forth could see Beam's face changing from happy to sad and hurt
"No.. No.. NO.." Beam screamed covering his ears
Everyone around there was shocked to hear Beam scream
"Beam.. Please listen" Forth tried walking close to Beam
Beam looked around and immediately took a knife that was on the side table and held it near his wrist...
"Noo" Forth was shocked, he ran to Beam, but before he could reach
