Imagine; you and Steve flirt a lot. But you're with Clint, he gets very jealous whenever you flirt with Steve.

You and Clint have a happy relationship, very happy even. You're the perfect couple.
You're both incredibly skilled in hitting targets, he with arrows and you're the best sniper and gun woman in the world.
You enjoy his goofy nature and he enjoys.. well your everything. But he does have one flaw, well it's not really a flaw but it can get very annoying.
He can get immensely jealous of none other than Captain America himself. Your best friend. Your GAY best friend. But clearly, Clint is too ignorant to get it. To get that Steve is in fact already taken and has no interest in you as anything else than a best friend.
But that doesn't stop you two from flirting with each other just to mess a little with Clint. Mean, you know, but he sometimes deserves it.
Like today, you told him to not put himself in any more danger than he had to. And what does Clint do when his girlfriend tells him to not do something?, he does it anyway.
He then himself in front of a bullet to save your teammate, which is sweet and all, but you're not going to let that one slide, especially when he can get mad at the slightest risk you take in the field.
'How is he?' You ask leaning against the doorframe.
'Not good... full recovery...' Tony comments and you chuckle. 'He will be up in a couple minutes, they're finishing patching him up..'
'Okay...'
'Oh and y/n... don't go too hard on him.. he meant well..'
'He meant well my ass, he promised he wouldn't and he did.. but don't worry, it won't be physical...' you smirk.
'Oh boy, this is not gonna go well...'

'How are you feeling baby?' You ask sitting down next to him.
'Better now that I've got this pretty little thing next to me...'
'Who?, Me?' You ask with a smile before kissing his cheek.
'I'm pretty sure he meant you y/n...' Steve smirks and you chuckle at him while Clint goes into "death glare mode".
'You think so Rogers?, thought you had a thing for your broody, emotional support assassin..'
'He's good, but he ain't you doll..' he winks.
Clint's hand travels to your thigh and you can feel his fingers digging into your skin.
Your eyes have this sparkle in them, the silent hint for Steve to go all in. To give the final blow.
'Careful Rogers.. I'm taken...' You purr.
'Well, you know what they say... all things end sooner or later...'
Clint pushes himself away from you and angrily shoots up before forming out of the living room area and moving to your bedroom.
You groan as you get up yourself.
'Maybe we were a little too flirty...' Steve comments and you nod.
'He still deserves it though.. I'm gonna go and check on him.. see you later beefcake...' you kiss his cheek.
'Later doll..' he mutters.
You move to the bedroom, seeing the door creaked open and the bathroom door, also open. You frown as you walk in.
He's in the bathroom, pushing a rag against his stitches, probably the quick getup from the couch wasn't such a good idea for him.
'Shouldn't you be in the living room with your new boyfriend..'
'Clint come on, you and I both know Steve is in love with Bucky.. we joke about how gross they are together all the time... it was harmless flirting..'
'You know it makes me jealous y/n!'
'Then you shouldn't run into danger, like you promised.. I wanted to get back at you without having to yell or be the nagging girlfriend... and here you are, still facing the consequences of your stupid ass decision...you know that me and Steve are just friends..'
'I'm sorry Okay?, I just couldn't let anybody else get hit by a bullet...'
'I get it.. but you promised...'
'Guess we both broke a promise...' he sighs as he presses the fresh plaster on it.
'Lets make a new one... we both from now on keep our promises...or else we get to yell at one another...'
'You are one crazy lady...'
'Your crazy lady thank you very much...' you chuckle.
'I'm sorry...'
'It's okay...I'm not the one in pain...'
'But if I see you flirting with him like that again, I'll put an arrow in him...I swear...'
'Oh please.. as if that will kill him...'
'Okay so why don't we test that right now?' He walks past you but you stop him.
