all the men shoot with their gun toward uiharu
time seems to slow down
by reflex uiharu push last order to the side to make sure she is not hurt,she was ready to risk her life
uiharu close her eyes ,her entire life flash before her eyes..................... she hear a strange sound first like someone pushing a button,but she didn't have the time to think about it,she was going to die
but the bullets never reaches their target

he had a smile on his face,a crazy smile and his look felt like he was looking at their own souls
the men started shaking of fear,they knew who was in front of them,and they knew what was coming

they started going in the car again,and started to leave
accelerator was just standing there with his smile looking at them,analyze them,judging them...he was not moving, his look was fix,he just look at the men leaving
« go as fast you can ! »order one of the men
they start to leave the driver was looking at accelerator through the mirror of the car
he could still see his smile from here and still feel the pressure of accelerator presence
the man blink and accelerator could not be seen in the mirror anymore

Accelerator stand in the middle of the road in front of the car with a smile on his face
the car hit him at full speed, but his reflection protect him from any damage and completely stop the car
all the men almost fell unconscious due to the shock

the driver get back to his mind and manage to take control of the car again and back off at fast he can
« already leaving ! I see« said accelerator with a maniac voice
the car was still backing off, she now around 20 meters away from accelerator
« but there's something thing that you don't seem to understand! »said accelerator as he hit his foot on the ground using his vector control and suddenly a Shockwave from the ground under the car, propel the car in the air and bring her back right in front of accelerator
the doors and window of the car shattered in mid air causing the men except the driver to get out of the car
the car end up on the side
the driver was unconscious ,but not the other men who managed to get out of the car in mid air,
the men were on the ground because of their injuries were looking at accelerator who was slowly approaching,they were frozen because of fear

accelerator took one of the men by the neck,and he lifts him

the men were shacking of fear they couldn't move

the man started screaming,but accelerator quickly loses his smile
the man passed out because of the pain

he just turn around to the others

as he said that accelerator appeared instantly in front ot one of the men and completely turn that man's legs around with his vector,it was followed with the man's scream
the rest of the men back to their mind due to what they just saw took their gun and start shooting at accelerator
accelerator reflected all the bullet but this time the bullets were redirect right back at the ones who shooted them
« don't you get it ?....it's a one way road from now on ! »said the number 1
then accelerator just look at one of the men who passed out due to blood loss,that man was gravely injured

he started to go toward the men who were still conscious

« huh ? »accelerator turn around to see the girl he just saved
« they already beaten,you don't need to do more ! »said uiharu [that's not justice]
accelerator look around to see the damage he caused,the car,the driver, the guy he just torture
he sees last order by the side of uiharu

anti-skill quickly arrives,they rapidily took the mercenaries....they didn't bother to ask question when they saw accelerator,they just ignore him and ask questions to uiharu and left with the mercenaries.

mikoto took her momentum and kick the vending machine who was a new one because the one before was broken
but she kicked the machine so many in less than a minute that the machine broke a again
while she was kicking the machine to death

at the end mikoto was tired and lost,she didn't even to who she was talking to nor about what

now let's talk about uiharu(i really like that character)
she is a level 1 thermal hand,(basically she can produce heat with her hand)
but where she really shine is with a computer,(i'm just show example to show it)
-uiharu can hack almost every security system in academy city
-in the railgun manga at some point, she hack an entire prison (by herself)to free a prisoner
-she created one of the best security system in academy city,which make it one of world's best security system
-she actually has big reputation in the world of hacking,she is know as "goalkeeper" (in japanese "guardina deity") and it lead to multiple arrestation of hackers(so she probably has her own share of enemy)
-in the manga railgun,uiharu will be kinapped because her hacking skill are insane
-in the manga railgun,uiharu will win a lot of money and give it(all of it) to charity and saten will (basically) tell that she should have keep some for herself and uiharu respond
-uiharu is a better hacker than mikoto(at some point mikoto tries to hack through the database of academy city and uiharu stop her)
-uiharu also has an incredible memory(she is able to memorize an entire manual on how to pilot a giant mecha in a single night and actually be able to apply it in battle)
-the board director of academy city doesn't trust trust her and refuse to place her in command of the public security system academy city because they are afrait of how dangerous she could potentiallybe with it.
basically uiharu is kinda OP in some ways
the next chapter should arrive around tuesday or friday
and don't worry accelerator and mikoto will talk to each other at some point,i promise
