Did he really mean that? I mean he could've been joking just to be funny. But yet again, he did sound pretty serious. And why would he go as far as pretending to actually care for Izuku. Did he really want to see him hurt.
"Izuku!" Mina shouted. Izuku snapped out of his thoughts and turned towards Mina who was sitting up on the couch. They were all huddled in a circle, 3 people on the couch and the rest circled on the floor. "It's your turn." That's right, we're playing Truth Or Dare. I almost forgot about that... He looked up and around at the circle of people, deciding who to choose. His eyes landed on Katsuki, who was staring right at him with that stupid smirk that made butterflies fly in his stomach. Izuku looked away and found Uraraka, she smiled at him.
"Uraraka, truth or dare?" He asked. Uraraka put her pointer finger on her chin as she thought the question through.
"Truth."
Izuku began thinking of a truth to give. Most of them had been already asked, as he was listening in when he was in deep thought. Then something popped up, smirking he spoke up. "Do you have an idea who your soulmate is?" He questioned her. The brunette lit up like a tomato, blushing madly. She was hiding her blush under her hands as she shook her head. It was quite amusing to see this.
"Yes, I think so." She answered. The group was surprised by this answer and started to shout questions at her. Izuku smiled. He was actually really happy for her, he had his own assumptions about who it could be, after he saw another class mate do the same motion she did. Uraraka shook off her blush and sat up straight. "Okay anyways... Denki truth or dare?"
Izuku stood up from his spot, after telling them he was going to the kitchen. He started walking around the couch and down the hallway that lead into a dining area, where they also conveniently placed the kitchen. Izuku's mind went back to what Bakugou said in the elevator. It was surprising to him, and almost didn't seem real. He'd have to ask him if he was serious.
He found himself in the kitchen, pulling out a glass from the cabinets and filling it up with water, then taking a few sips relieving his thirst. Why would he say that? Now I'm being flustered because of it. Maybe that was his plan all along... Izuku sighed and set his cup down, now leaning on the island. Bakugou has always hated him, ever since middle school, so why would that change now? Wasn't it clear as day that they would never work out together? I mean come on, Bakugou is such a jerk and Izuku is... Nice and kind of scared of everything, they're complete opposites. Maybe something is wrong with the soulmate pairing, maybe somehow the system messed up and now here we are.
Izuku was now internally freaking out, bad thoughts and images clouded his mind. He was doubting himself even more now. "How is this possible?" He asked himself. Sighing, Izuku took a seat at the dining table, the table was placed near a big window that showed the other buildings and roads. The sun was just now setting, casting orange hues onto Izuku's face, which lit up his green hair. From someone elses view, Izuku looked like an angel. He can't like me... Right?
"Hey nerd." Izuku whipped around, scared by the sudden voice.
"Uwah! K-kacchan?" Izu yelped out, earning a smirk from Katsuki as he sat down next to him. Izuku's head filled up with thoughts as this happened.
"Can I-"
"Can I-"
Katsuki looked at Izu and chuckled, this made Deku smile and turn away shyly. It was strange how they did that, it almost felt unreal to Izuku. "Kacchan... Were you being serious?" Baku looked at him with confusion. "About what you said in the elevator?" Baku sighed and faced his whole body at Izuku, who was very concerned about what was gonna happen next. He didn't expect for Baku to grab ahold of his hands, and he definitely didn't expect him to kiss them again. At this moment, Izuku was a blushing mess, this only fueled Baku's smirk that seemed to keep growing.
"Why would I lie about that nerd?" Baku asked, the rasp in his voice coming out. Not gonna lie, but Izuku always loved Kacchan's raspy voice especially when he just woke up (he's had to sleep over at his house in 8th grade because his mom worked late). After hearing this, Izuku's eyes widened. He didn't expect that to come out of Katsuki's mouth at all. "If we're soulmates, we're soulmates. And it sure does fucking look like it, doesn't it?" To be fair, they were in sync a lot, so they were possibly soulmates. The only way they can tell for sure is if they kiss, kissing your soulmates triggers something in your heart. People said it was supposed to feel like your heart just completely filled up with love and all your bad thoughts just suddenly disappear. Others say that when you kiss you see a flash of color, that being your soulmates favorite color to flash in your eyes.
"Well, Kacchan. I think we are soulmates." Izuku stated feeling his heart race in his chest. It almost felt like it was going to explode. Katsuki smiled and let go of his hands.
"I like that answer Deku." Then suddenly Katsuki leaned forward and pressed his lips on Deku's. His eyes widened, but soon after he melted into it. He moved closer and set his hand on Katsuki's cheek, while Katsuki's hands were placed firmly on his waist, pulling him in more. Then all a sudden a flash of red filled his eyes, and as soon as it happened it was gone. That didn't stop them from kissing, however Katsuki pulled Izuku onto his lap as one of his hands found his way on Izu's butt and the other in his neck. Baku pressed his lips farther into Deku's, their lips moving in complete sync. This made him want to laugh, but he held it in for his own sake. He squeezed his hand on Deku's butt making the greenette moan, giving Baku the chance to stick his tongue in. Winning the little tongue battle easily, he explore the rest of his mouth. Izuku squeaked as he began carrying him into the living room, getting cheers from the group, and down to the elevator. He pressed the button to his floor and immediately pressed Izuku to the wall.
"Well me neither Deku." Katsuki growled into his ear. Just at that voice Izuku moaned and pressed his head against the wall. "You're still a nerd though." Katsuki jumped out of bed as Izuku did the same, chasing him around the room.
"Hey, take that back!" Izu yelled laughing a bit. Katsuki was laughing so hard that he fell back on the bed. Izuku giggled and jumped on Kacchan, hugging his chest.
After both calming down, Izuku fell down next to Kacchan, still hugging his chest. His hand began to run through his spikey hair as he stared at his face. Katsuki looked over at Izuku. "Thank you Kacchan."
"For what?"
"Accepting me as your soulmate."
