CHAPTER ONE:
SCHOOL DAYS
[ Y/n ]'s POV:
It was a rainy Saturday morning and I was studying for my Finals in my dorm. "Hey! Roomie!" Lily shouted. "Hey, Lily.." I smiled. She sat down on her bed. "Are you still studying?" She asked, I nodded silently.
"What are you studying for?" Lily asked. "Uhm, my art finals and my English Finals." I scoffed. Lily nodded. "Well, come on you need a break. We we're planning on going somewhere tonight. So like do you wanna come?" Lily asked, I shook my head.
"No, I have to study for this final. Besides if I fail Wyatt is gonna kill me." I mentioned. "Well, he won't kill you if he doesn't find out." Lily added. "'Doesn't find out' have you met my brother?" I asked.
"Yeah, but you're an adult. Capable of making your own decisions. You don't need him to be watching your every move now do you?" She asked. "Well no-" "Exactly, so come with us." Lily continued. A small sigh escaped my mouth.
Nia and Bri opened the door and walked in. "Hey whatcha doing?" Bri asked. I shrugged. "Nothing.." I mumbled. Nia and Bri chuckled. "We were talking about how Y/n shouldn't be staying in this stupid dorm all day today." Lily spat.
"Come on Y/n, let's go out tonight. Pleaseee!" Lily begged. "Yeah, isn't today the day of Timothee's party?" Nia asked. Lily nodded and blushed. "Ooh!" Bri laughed. I rolled my eyes and scoffed.
"I'm not going, and your not gonna make me go." I hissed. "Oh yes we are." Bri spat. "No your not." I rolled my eyes. "Come on Y/n! Just for a little bit!" Lily pleaded. "No! Why do you guys even want me to go?!" I asked.
"Because you're always in this dorm and you never do anything fun. And we all really miss hanging out with you. Remember our first year? And how we would always go walking around central Park?" Lilly asked.
"Yeah, that was first year. I was dumb and I didn't study at those times. Now I realized how Important it is to study.." I added.
"I'm not going. I have more important things to do rather than go to some stupid party. Besides I'm not good at socializing." I mumbled. Nia and Bri sat beside me, they rolled their eyes. "Come on, we haven't had a girls night in. How long?" Nia asked.
"A while?" I paused. "Exactly-" "Sorry I'm late what did I miss?" Millie asked as she walked in the dorm. "Were forcing Y/n to come with us to Timmy's party." Lily explained. Millie smirked. "I'm not going." I hissed.
"Oh yes you are. Or I'm telling Wyatt about your little thing with Jack." Nia chuckled. "We're just friends-" "You said that about You know who and well, look where that lead up to." Millie continued. I rolled my eyes and sighed. I closed my Textbook.
"If I got to this stupid party of yours will you leave me alone and let me study?" I asked. They nodded. "Fine I'll go." I sighed. "Yay!" They cheered. I rolled my eyes. "Get ready! party starts in like an hour!" Lily squealed. I grabbed something from my closet and slipped it on quickly.
*1st Outfit above*
I walked out, literally everyone else was wearing dresses except me. "Come on Y/n dont tell me your going out like that-" "I am not wearing a dress." I hissed. "Fine.." Lily sighed. Then we started walking to Timothee's dorm room.
Once we got there, the smell of sweaty bodies and alcohol filled the air. There was so much people there. I covered my nose, "It smells so bad." I mumbled. "I know.." Lily mumbled back. Then Timothee walked up to Lily. "Hey girls!" Timothee smiled. "Hey Timmy!" Lily blushed as she gave him a quick hug.
"Welcome, Nia, Bri, Millie, and who are you?" He asked as he pointed towards me. "This is Y/n." Lily explained. "Shes usually studying at this time so its other worldly for her." Millie mentioned. "Plus shes an introvert." Nia added. "And a goodie two shoes." Bri added also. I rolled my eyes.
"Welcome Y/n. Come on Lily. Let's get this party started." He held her hand and walked off. "You two better not leave me." I mumbled. "Well we gotta dip I see Mace and Kalden so piece." Nia smiled. I rolled my eyes. "Mills?" I asked. "I just spotted Noah, sorry Y/n." Millie walked off.
I was left alone. "You have got to be kidding me.." I sighed. Then Jack spotted me and walked over. "Hey Y/n! I wouldnt expect you to be here!" Jack smiled. I smirked a little. "Yeah. I was forced." I laughed. "By Nia and Bri?" Jack asked. "Yep, Lily and Millie as well." I added.
Jack turned around for a short second then turned back to face me. "Hold on give me a minute." He walked off. Then I started walking around until I bumped into someone. "Sorry-" I mumbled I turned around and Sophia.
"Hey Soph!" I smiled, "Hey Y/n! How you. Been?!" She asked. "Fine I guess.." I chuckled nervously. "Ya know, I'd never expect you to be at parties." Sophia laughed.
"Me either.." I giggled. I looked around the room and saw what I thought was Finn. No- It was Finn- Righ- "Y/n!" Sophia shouted. "Huh?!" I asked. I turned back and it was gone. I sighed.
It was probably just my eyes messing with me, Right. Hopefully. I sighed out of nervousness. "I think I'm just gonna go back to my dorm.." I sighed, Sophia nodded. "Can you tell Lily guys for me?" I asked. "Sure." Sophia nodded
"Thanks.." I smiled, then I walked out of their dorm. I sighed to myself and continued to walk to my dorm, once I made it back I took a quick shower because I smelt like alcohol a little bit. I changed into some casual clothes.
*2nd Outfit Above*
I sat down on my bed and sighed to myself, trying to make up excuses as to how and why I saw him. "There's no way he's going her. Besides hes in California not New York." I mumbled. "Any why would he be going to this art school.." I muttered. I got up and picked up my phone,
I opened Instagram, then I clicked on the search bar. "Should I?" I whispered to myself. I sighed, "No, I'm not dumb. I don't wanna see him ever again." I mumbled. I closed the app then I got a call from Millie.
ON THE CALL:
M: HEY Y/N WERE YOU AT?!
Y: At the dorm.
M: WHAT WHY?
Y: I uh, too much people.
Y: Besides I don't wanna be there.
M: Fine suit yourself!
Y: Have you been drinking?
M: NO!
Y: Bull.
M: I HAVEN'T LEGIT EVERYONE ELSE IS
Y: Mhm..
Y: Stay safe, I'm going to sleep
M: Alright night.
Y: Night.
*END OF CALL*
I turned off my phone and turned off all the lights in the dorm. I rolled into my cozy bed and slowly drifted off to sleep.
Finn's POV:
It was late, and I was hanging around Timothee and Maddie. I sighed to myself, earlier that night I saw someone that looked like Y/n. But I doubt it was her. Maybe I was just seeing things. "Hold on be right back." Maddie said as she walked off. I nodded and smirked.
"So you and Maddie huh?" Timothee asked. "Yeah.." I chuckled. "How long you guys been together?" He asked. "Almost 8 Months..." I mumbled. Timothee nodded and took a sip of his beer.
"So, did you get your new schedule for the new semester?" Timothee asked. "Yeah, my classes suck but at least I have Music class." I mentioned. "Yeah, my schedule is shit too. I have all the bad classes. Mainly my Liberals." Timothee added.
"Same." I agreed, "But at least I don't have to deal with Mr Johnson, the dumbass math teacher..." I rolled my eyes. "I know, hes an asshole." Timothee mumbled. I set my beer bottle down, "I think I'm gonna go back to my dorm.." I chuckled.
"Wow, your leaving already? The party just started?" Timothee scoffed. I crossed my arm. "I'm tried alright. By the way, tell Maddie I'm going back to my dorm." I mentioned. I walked off and walked out of the room. Once I got to my dorm, I took my jacket off and sat on my bed.
I sighed and yawned, "Well, at least winter break is coming up soon. I can finally go back to California.." I mumbled to myself. I took off my shoes and laid down on my bed. I stared up at the sealing and thought to myself.
"Was that really Y/n?" I whispered to myself. "No, it can't be. She can't be going here." I made excuses upon excuses for myself. There's no way that I could have been her. Besides, if it really was her wouldn't I have seen her around campus?
"It can be her." I chuckled. All these thoughts came to a halt as I heard someone step into my dorm. "Hey! Jack.." I mumbled. "Hey, are you alright? I heard you talking to yourself. Let me guess too many drinks?" He asked.
"Shut up, I only had like three." I scoffed. "Sure.." Jack rolled his eyes. "Well I'm gonna go take a shower. Peace." Jack said as he grabbed his clothes and walked into the bathroom. I sighed heavily, closed my eyes and slowly drifted off to sleep....

Okay. WHAT. Finn and Y/n obviously are tripping like tf? How could they not recognize each other. Like? HOW?! ANYWAYS. We stan Lily shes a queen and shes such a mom, so is Timothee. But like how do yall feel about Timmy and Eiza? Tbh I don't like them, like she did so much racist things in her past but. thats just my opinion. THANK YOU FOR READING!
